The store was laid out differently than the Sandy location so was a weird experience passing the front entrance and not seeing the checkout on the left wall as you enter the store... for those with a compass, near the northeast area of the store. Because of the experience we are now going to return the ring once its done, and order somewhere else. These guys are crooks! Read on for details, but would avoid them at all cost…read more My wife took her wedding ring in for resizing. They quoted her a price, which she paid up front, and gave her the completion date. After the completion date she went in to pick it up and they were giving her the run around a little bit and were acting like they didn't know where the ring was. Finally they told her they had not completed her ring, and to do so she would have to pay another $200 to get the resizing service done. This was multiple weeks later, and never did they call to say anything about the delay or the extra money. Additionally they said the diamond placements were damaged and needed repair, and would cost another couple hundred dollars on top of the increase they were demanding to do the work they'd already quoted and been paid for. My wife smartly just asked for a refund of what she paid and for her ring back, which they gave her issues with, but she stood her ground and got her ring. She went to a no-name ring place which resized her ring in 2 days for less than what was originally quoted by Morgan without the fake increased costs. My wife asked them to look at the diamond placement based upon what these crooks told her and the new ring place said everything else was perfect and the resizing was perfect. Again, I would strongly recommend avoiding this store. They were very shady and dishonest with my wife.
