It was indeed quite spicy! I love curry and the flavor did not disappoint. My husband ordered a beef and broccoli dish. He said the veggies were cooked to perfection, but the beef was a little tough. All in all, he thought it was a tasty dish. There was live music by a local solo musician. The music was pleasant but it was too loud for such a small space. I ordered their chicken stir fried plate with veggies and a side of sticky rice. First thing I tasted it, it did not have enough flavor. If you're Asian, you know that everything you make is rich in flavor. This was not. I added in some chili oil, extra salt, and then it was a little better. I eat at kour Thai pretty often and find the food fresh and flavorful and the service to be above par. My go to is the spicy red curry. Sometimes I test myself on the spice level but the red curry is always on point. If you like curry you won't be disappointed. There is a noodle salad on the menu id also recommend. We were in Glenhaven for a night and went here for dinner. Food is good, we ordered Tom Kha Gai soup and Sizzling chicken. They were served quickly, hot and fresh. Also ordered a side of Jasmine rice as they ran out of sticky rice. The soup was initially tasty because of the tangy lemon grass and sweet coconut milk but we got fed up with the tanginess of the soup and the flavorless chicken in the soup. Sizzling chicken is ok ok as a chicken dish, however it is not like a sizzler. Service is ok, mostly distracted. The restaurant is by the lake so there are great views of the lake. read more

I have ordered many times from this restaurant as it's the only restaurant near by that has Thai food but they always get my order wrong. I order the same thing every time because it's the only thing I like from their restaurant and every time they get it wrong even when I thoroughly ask them to check to make sure my order is correct before paying. I'd rather travel a bit further to spend $80 on a correct order than to deal with them. It's just always a hassle trying to correct them as well they don't take criticism very well. This one can easily given them all the run for their money and would surely win a blind-tasting competition. In 3 days visit we ate there twice and thoroughly enjoyed it.
