I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I was contacted by someone from Joshua's team, offering to "settle" the issue and remove the my review after I posted my initial review on 7/24. However, the "settlement" never came. There is no record of the company in Contractors State License Board, https://cslb.ca.gov I made a mistake of hiring Clean Out Pros LLC for a roof repair after reading the positive Yelp reviews. Josh from Clean Out Pros LLC is unreachable, so, I can only leave a review here. SUMMARY The roof repair failed in the next rain following the repair, Clean Out Pros came out to inspect the leak (in the same area they repaired) and said a larger area of the roof would need to be re-roofed since the house "shifted". I hired a licensed contractor to repair the same roof area, only to discover the repair work was not done correctly, the new waterproofing paper was installed on top of the old waterproofing paper and the actual repair area is smaller than what was quoted, missing the actual water intrusion point. DETAILS Clean Out Pros LLC performed roof repair work, and the repair was provided with a written ten-year warranty as reflected on the invoice. I relied on Clean Out Pros LLC's representations regarding the quality of the repair and the warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the repair proved defective. Beginning on or about October 14, 2025, following rainfall, water intrusion and leaking occurred in the same area that had been repaired by Clean Out Pros LLC. The leak continued during subsequent rain events. I contacted Josh from Clean Out Pros LLC regarding the problem. On or about October 21, 2025, Clean Out Pros LLC inspected the area and advised that the prior repair was adequate and that a LARGER area of the roof would need to be re-roofed. Concerned by this explanation, I obtained independent inspections from several licensed contractors. The inspections revealed significant deficiencies in the work performed by Clean Out Pros LLC, including: 1. Waterproofing paper was improperly installed on top of existing paper rather than underneath it, contrary to applicable roofing standards and resulting in water being able to flow beneath the new material and enter the home; 2. Damaged plywood was only partially replaced, leaving portions of damaged material in place; 3. The repaired area was substantially smaller than the area represented and promised, comprising approximately seventy percent (70%) of the agreed repair scope. I retained a licensed contractor to correct the defective work in the same area, the licensed contractor actually charged $2300 LESS than Clean Out Pros LLC, and the leak stopped completely.

My first two services were exterior-only and went fine, so I trusted them enough to hire him again for interior and exterior cleaning. The initial quote was $480 total -- $312 for cleaning 24 windows plus $160 for 1 hour of power washing. Victor has been to my home before and already knew the distance, yet a $40 trip fee was never disclosed in the original quote. I let it go and didn't make an issue of it. The bigger problem was the quality of the work. A few days later, I opened a window and noticed it was still dirty and dusty. After checking, I found four windows that had not been cleaned at all. I also had to remind Victor multiple times during the service to clean the interior tracks because he kept missing them. We also added screen repairs, bringing the final bill to $822. The repairs took much longer than expected, and about a month later, one of the repaired screens already had a tear. Victor said he would come back to fix it. I've been texting him every week since, and he has completely stopped responding. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm willing to work with a business when there is an issue. What I expect is professional communication and follow-through. When Victor wanted my business, he responded immediately. Once there was a problem, he stopped responding. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after using someone three times, but this level of service and communication is unprofessional.
