I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Since handing over my property, the experience has been nothing short of transformative. * True "Hands-Off" Experience: They really do handle everything. From rigorous tenant screening and maintenance coordination to the finer details of local compliance, I haven't had to lift a finger or worry about a "middle of the night" emergency call. * Flourishing Results: My rental performance has never been better and they optimized my pricing perfectly. * Elite Customer Service: Their communication is top-notch. I'm always kept in the loop with transparent reporting, and whenever I have a question, they respond with professional, expert advice almost immediately. If you're looking for a partner who treats your investment like their own while providing a seamless experience for both owners and guests look no further. Thank you Deja Blue!

I'd much rather support a small business than give my money to a big corporation. The customer service was definitely way better than dealing with a big company. We had one question when we got to the house and we had our own specific contact at Deja Blue who responded immediately. We also let them know that we had a baby and they made sure the house had a pack and play for us to use there. I would highly recommend this company and we will be booking through them again the next time we are in the Palm Springs area.

I wanted to hire the best and decided on Ryson. Jason and Ryan are incredibly hard working. Sometimes I send emails in the middle of the night and feel bad because I know they will still respond quickly. Yes, they have a pre-set onboarding process, but I found it to be very professional. I wanted to open at lighting speed because I had been delayed so long with the pool construction. I bought a lot of things that just weren't needed like duvet covers that weren't white or pillow cases that were special and only in a set of two and those had to go. That was disappointing, but we didn't want sheets in the photos that were impossible to replace. It's better to have things done perfectly so your first guests will be 10 star happy and ours were. The consistent comments I get from guests are that the management company is quick to respond and resolve problems. From their website identify their properties and look at the reviews there and on Airbnb. Many of the comments will not only compliment the house, but also Ryson typically it's related to communication, problem resolution or cleanliness. I've had pool issues and after many months of dead ends, they helped me get to the bottom of the problem. With our city getting serious about neighbor complaints, I'm not worried because I know Ryson will be on top of it. We had one group during Cochella that was playing meditation music so loud that I got a call from the neighbors in the middle of the night. Ryan let them know that they would be out there right away and if he could hear the music from the exterior of the home he would immediately terminate the stay if the guests didn't comply. They were also protective to ensure the safety of their cleaning staff. It cost me money, but I respect that. If staff are treated well, they will take care of the home well. No management company is perfect. It's a demanding job with lot of surprises every day. We look at the house as a business. It doesn't have to be my way, it just needs to be safe, beautiful, professionally managed and provide our guests with a great experience. Where do I begin ? .... This is the second time I have…read morerented through a property management company. Mostly, I have written the check directly to the owner. The first management company was great. "Same day response, two day repair" Obviously exceptions for parts availability and weekends. McClean is a resounding, overwhelming disappointment. What took previous landlords and a management company days takes McClean weeks and in on case months to repair simple things. We're not talking rocket science. A broken kitchen shelf, broken prior to my move in, is still broken. It's going on four months. I should add the fact that I found the replacement part. I printed out the information regarding price and availability. Waiting, waiting, waiting.... When I moved in the refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. What the heck? Prior to my move in I found the air conditioning not working. One month later, after my scheduled move in, it was finally repaired. It's Palm Springs! Hello? Anybody there? When I moved in I found: Mold in the shower stall and ceiling and plenty of it. Closet light unable to turn on. AC floor register in the bedroom sticking up 3/8 inch and very sharp. Window blinds unable to remain open, sinking down. Unable to open a window in the office area. No lights working over the stovetop. Debris strewn about in back storage area. Unable to unlock storage area. Trash piled around garbage area. Hot water in tub difficult to turn completely off. The collapsed kitchen shelf and etc. What is this company doing? Lastly, the documents claim the unit as two bedrooms. Nope. The second "bedroom" falls short in numerous ways. Unpermitted and illegal addition constructed to within 4 1/2 feet of the property line in the rear. Windows too small for fire egress. One wall measures 4 1/2 feet across, less then the 7 foot minimum. Heat and air are a window unit in the wall, also doesn't meet code for a bedroom. False advertising? Fraud? Not an attorney but if someone dies in that "bedroom" ... look out! I submitted a work order on 9/20/25 for a non working remote controlled driveway gate. It's now October first. I'm still waiting..... Mind you, I'm not paying market value for my place. For the one bedroom + that it is I'm paying top dollar plus a $300 "utilities" charge every month. I've lived in many places paying my own utilities and never came close to $3,600 in utilities for a year and everything was electric in my previous rentals. This unit is a mix of gas (drier, heat and stove) and with the AC being electric. For this kind of rent I should receive top drawer service....it's bottom basement. So, gravy on top of premium rent for McLean. Rent through McClean of you must but get ready to wait and wait with a laughably, tragic sense of communication. Almost every single email and text sent from McLean is sent as expiring. Meaning, it disappears quite quickly. What reputable company would communicate in such a way? When you email...don't expect a timely, lasting reaponse....just don't. Dan

They did not do a move- in walk-through. They did not take pictures before I moved in. They tried to charge me for two days rent when the property wasn't ready. When I moved out two of them showed up to do the pre-inspection. The property is only 400 ft.². There was no need for that. It was clearly an intimidation attempt. They checked inside the cabinets where my personal lingerie was kept in addition, checking things like the garbage disposal. Of course they had no idea if it worked or not when I moved in because like I said there was no move-in. When I moved out, they came and took all these pictures. But they had no previous pictures to compare it to. I had asked writing several times for move-in pictures. And I was informed that the Broker didn't want to give them to me. That's not really an option that's an obligation. Dave asked me what I needed the pictures for. Which was a complete idiotic question. Obviously I needed the pictures to compare what you want the unit to look like when I leave. Was never given any pictures. And never did they own up to the fact that there were no pictures. I have a good relationship with all of my previous landlords, including the homeowner of this particular property. They also, put in the lease, a $250 nonrefundable cleaning fee. Which is illegal. You can only charge what it actually cost and then you must show receipts. I made them take that out of the lease. This is the most unprofessional uneducated company I have ever worked with. I asked for the Broker phone number and left him three messages and was never returned a single phone call. An absolute nightmare of a company for a renter. I was also informed by the landlord that they were having a difficult time receiving their rent that I had paid early. My advice is stay far far away. Just read the response from the Broker. Which I'm not able to respond to. They're absolutely was not a walk-through with the move-in. I requested pictures several times and was told that you didn't want to provide them. I knew that you didn't have them because when I moved in the apartment wasn't clean and I had to wait six hours in my car for it to be ready at which point there was nobody there to do a move-in or take pictures. If pictures would've been taken prior to that that was not move-in pictures. As they were still food in the refrigerator and the place was filthy. You didn't do me any favors. The place was left spotless therefore there was nothing to charge me for is a cleaning fee goes. That was legally what you were obligated to do was to return my cleaning deposit. As it was completely clean. The owner was there to verify that. I stand by my original post. This is a horrible, horrible management company. And I reached out to you three times and you never responded once to me. At no time did anyone bend over backwards to do me any favors whatsoever. Let's get it straight.

Vacation rental in Palm Springs is definitely a tricky space, and I was shocked about their failure on so many levels. Luckily I had enough complaints, they did let me terminate my contract. As a short term rental owner for the better part of 15 years, I had fairly miserable experiences with pretty much every other company, as they really only put their time and energy in the big mansions in the hills in Palm Springs, and rarely gave my condominium the attention and bandwidth l it deserved - ESPECIALLY as it was booked SOLID SEPT-MAY... and especially as I paid handsomely for my own marketing to ensure that it stayed full and busy. The last straw was with a company named ACME that pretty much made me nothing, and asked me to pay insurance that was insanely over budget for a small one bedroom condo; when I was enough to meet KEVIN and his team, he graciously took me on and quickly learned everything there was to know about short term rentals, how to best market small condos for short term, etc, treating my condo as if it were his own. From warmly greeting guests and giving them a tour of the facilities, to answering patiently all of the tourist questions that come in short term renters, dealing with last-minute emergencies in the middle of the night... The full band width of what a great property manager should be doing, KEVIN did with grace, patience, and an integrity and attention to detail that was unparalleled. The money was always 100% accurate, he handled everything and paid thru collected rent exactly on time every month, and honestly waived fees he really should have charged for outstanding presence and execution ... Things that most rental companies will charge a premium for- sticking around for the three hour window for the cable company to come repair a line, standing around waiting for the air-conditioning company to come by for its maintenance and repairs, even schlepping out on a weekend to deal with Guest complaints... KEVIN graciously did so without trying to nickel and dime. Once word got out about how outstanding KEVIN's team was, he quickly took over pretty much every rental in my association, and now carefully considers taking on new properties to ensure he can give it the best possible service. Whether you have a short term, long-term, or full on regular lease property, Kevin should be your first car. Even if he cannot take you on, he will give you options as to the next best possible management company in the area. MUST CALL.
