Such a cool experience! We had never done anything like this before. It was our first time and we were really confused. Our server was great and helped us figure it all out. The food was delicious!! It was so much fun cooking our own food in our hot pots. It can be a little overwhelming at first but by the end we were really enjoying it. There is also a little buffet up front with sauces, sides, and dessert! It was $30 for hot pot, $5 extra to do Korean bbq too. We just did hot pot but next time we will try bbq as well! What a great dining experience!! Great service (shoutout to our wonderful server Miyah), great selection of meats, sides and sauces in a restaurant with a cool ambiance. My boyfriend and I got the KBBQ and Hotpot just to try them both out. It's only a $5 add on to do both so we thought it was a pretty good deal. We both ended up enjoying the hot pot the most out of the two because you didnt have to really worry much about burning the food. Also each person got their own hot pot. The prime short rib that was in the KBBQ was INCREDIBLE. Service was fast and efficient. Miyah was on top of it, checking in on us, replacing our KBBQ grate and explaining the whole process to us. We've been to so many KBBQ restaurants from LA to Las Vegas and DC. This is a great middle of the run place offering decent quality cuts. We went for a Birthday lunch and enjoyed our time together. The place was very busy and had an hour wait time. Dinner would of been better since lunch doesn't have a lot of the meats available. We loved the fact that Springfield now has a legit KBBQ AYCE restaurant now. read more

Went over the weekend with friends on Sunday night. We all loved it! The atmosphere is great, almost invigorating. The servers are amazing- we had Lucy as our server. Very upbeat and helpful. She mixed us up her sauce blend and we named it LULU sauce. (Yummy!) Everything we tried we loved. We did the pot and grill combo and felt it was worth the wait for a table and a fair value for all you can choose from. Highly recommend you try the both! Logan was bartending and had us in stitches with his wit and made me a great Long Island. If you haven't been go try it out. It was both fun and delicious! Food was good, but our service was awful I came with some family over the weekend at the beginning of the day and there was one person who ruined the whole experience. The guy who brought us our food was EXTREMELY rude! Whenever we had asked for help or had questions, he would roll his eyes or complain. I believe his name was Ellie or Eli or something like that. Really fun atmosphere, but pretty expensive. We really liked the Korean barbecue and the food bar is really nice too. I love that they change out the grills when they get dirty and they use a tablet for ordering at your leisure. That was a big plus. The wait staff is great. read more

while the experience was very cool, the food itself was not good, I've cooked better at home for way cheaper. It was mostly flavorless and fatty and just covered in oil. We went at lunchtime, which was supposed to be $20 a person and they proceeded to try to charge us $30 per person for the dinner time pricing which put our total at $70 (for 2) for our few pieces of meat that we had ordered after being pretty unhappy with the food. luckily, the server fixed it after I asked why we were being charged dinner prices and he said it was written on the door, which we did not see. It's our first time going there. I was hoping he would've told us before we ordered that the pricing had gone up. Maybe this is my fault but I was just pretty unhappy with the service and the food in general, but the atmosphere is itself is really cool and the idea definitely has potential just the food needs to be adjusted to actually taste good.
