I also enjoyed the banchan, and I finished everything except the fish cakes, which are just not my favorite. Overall, I really appreciated the meal and the experience. My bowl was lovely and had tofu and veggies including sprouts, carrots, and bok choy. The rice on the bottom kept cooking so it became crunchy and delicious. The server brought us hot sauce (gochujang?) and I asked for soy sauce, since there was no sauce or flavor added to my bowl. I did like that it was fresh and healthy, and a good portion. I would've ordered the tofu bibimbap from the regular section since it comes with an egg on top, maybe next time. I was most excited about their banchan and trying the different small dishes. I did like that our server told us all the items in it were vegetarian except the fish cakes, that was helpful. Wondering why there was an empty space in the plate, though. I really enjoyed the fish cakes, the kimchi, and pickled cucumber as the latter two came in a tasty hot sauce. Not a big seaweed fan but it was fine, and the pickled beets/cabbage were on the sweet side but refreshing. We had a nice lunch here and this was a good introduction to Korean food! I'd be interested in trying more items in the future as the appetizers and soups looked appealing.

If you're not into eating inside parts of animals, I would recommend getting the brisket or kalbi cuts. The Banchan (sides) were good too. They had fish cake, kimchi, pickled radish and cucumbers available. We also tried the tofu soup, steamed egg and corn cheese which all came out hot and tasted flavorful. This spot is a-la-carte, so you order off the menu and pay by items. My only downside is that they didn't have rice paper here since I don't really eat the white rice since it fills me up too quickly. Other than that, I would come back here again next time I'm visiting family. Service here was awesome too! We were checked on throughout our whole meal and the servers were friendly.

Definitely a bang for your buck, especially since you also get unlimited rice and banchan! They say you eat with your eyes first, and the quality of the meat immediately made a great first impression. Everything looked so fresh and beautifully prepared. From the banchan and stew to the meat and steamed egg, everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I was genuinely surprised..dare I say, blown away! The customer service was also top notch. Shortly after placing order, we received a call from the Bibio team that they were out of a few sauces we had selected, as well as the chicken bulgogi, we made some quick substitutes and upon delivery they had included some complimentary mandu which were delicious and a really kind gesture and really went the extra mile without having to. Overall, everything we got was delicious, flavorful, awesome portions and great as leftovers. The kimchi fries were very good, but I think better for dining in, as most fries are, so I would absolutely order and try them again on an in person visit, but maybe avoid for long drives. One piece of feedback I had was that the kimchi was lacking the strong flavor it normally does. Otherwise, it's pretty solid if you want quick and healthy. The service was fine. The tables were sticky and the bathroom was grimy so it just seemed like the place needed a deep clean.

This is by far the BEST Korean BBQ restaurant I have EVER been to. My previous favorite KBBQ used to be Gen Korean BBQ House, but they have been a massive let down as of lately. This is 100% my new go to KBBQ spot. Extremely affordable pricing for the quality and selection of food you get. $31 per person for all you can eat KBBQ, and for an additional $5 you can add all you can hot pot to that. There is an unlimited and free snack bar that has a bunch of different sides (my favorite being the gyoza), and there are even free deserts there too (all phenomenal and highly recommended). There is also a sauce bar that has I think close to almost 20 different sauces to pick and choose from. All of the food was extremely fresh and amazing. The restaurant was extremely clean, the atmosphere was amazing, and the music from the DJ wasn't too loud but you could still hear it while holding normal conversations which was very nice. This was also the first time I have ever gone to a Korean BBQ restaurant where you would order with an iPad. It made it so easy to look through all of the options on their menu and choose exactly how many orders of each food item you wanted! I think by far the best part of the experience had to come from my server Jake. Jake was extremely attentive and hospitable. Every single time my drink was about half full, he would notice and asked if I would like a refill (which every time I indeed need a refill as I was going to finish the rest of my soda very quickly). He explained everything about the place and the menu in great detail, and even made a ton of amazing recommendations for food. I have never had hot pot before, so he was even able to provide a great description of what each of the broths tasted like so that I could figure out which one of those would be my preferred broth (which ended up being his recommendation of the Golden Chicken broth). Any time we needed something from him, he was there and we never had to wait long for him to come back either. To make things even better than it could have been already, I actually took my mom here on her birthday because she said she wanted to eat Korean BBQ. I had spent a ton of time researching new places to go to since Gen BBQ was no longer a place I would visit, and so I was extremely relieved when I learned they were open today. My brother had arrived a bit before my mom and I did, and he told us that unfortunately they cannot do anything for birthdays unless you are a party of 4. This was a bit unfortunate, but obviously didn't ruin anything for us since we were never expecting it to begin with. Towards the end of our dinner though, Jake came out with several other staff holding this massive LED sign and a slice of cheesecake to sing a special happy birthday! I have a video of it but could not upload it as I can only upload images, but it truly was such a great surprise! If you get Jake as your server, just know you are in great hands and can expect an amazing experience! I am a strong believer that tipping culture is ridiculous and you genuinely have to work to earn a tip. I'll say Jake GENUINELY earned that tip, I have rarely experienced the type of service and attention that he provided and I do not think I could have gotten a better server than him whatsoever. 10/10 experience 10/10 food 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 worth the money 11/10 if you get Jake as your server Side note: Please disregard Teresa A's wrongful 1* review. Not only did they not even eat at the restaurant, but they gave this place a 1* review simply because they were not opened on the predicted opening day. After speaking with the owner, he explained that they tried to do a test run before opening (because who in their right mind would not want to test everything works?) and after turning all the grills in the restaurant on, all the circuits were popped. This is a completely justified reason for not opening on the originally planned opening day, as they need to ensure everything will be perfect for the consumers. On top of that, I was frequently checking yesterday to see if they were open because I really wanted to bring my mom here for her birthday and knew if they were open yesterday, they would definitely be open today. Google Maps quite literally showed that KPOT was "Temporarily Closed" when I looked it up. I would understand a 1* review for a bad experience, but not for the restaurant having to do emergency maintenance before opening. read more

I am beyond disappointed to write this, especially since we have been frequent regulars here, but our latest experience was absolutely unacceptable. What used to be a go-to spot has completely gone downhill. The issues started immediately with the service and cleanliness. The restrooms were filthy, and the service was incredibly disorganized. The food took forever to arrive, and we weren't even given basic ladles or bowls for our hotpot--we had to track our waiter down just to get the essentials. We also had to ask twice just to get our grill changed out. To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge us for drinks that were clearly ordered during happy hour. When we pointed it out, the attitude didn't improve. Then, despite there being at least 15 open tables and only one person waiting at the front, our waiter told us that we've hit a "2-hour limit" and relayed that the manager asked us to leave because people were waiting. It's not okay that they interrupted our meal prior to the 2 hour limit to give us the check and asked us to pay - we should've been given the full 2 hours to enjoy our meal. Had the service not been so slow, had our waiter been more attentive and had we not have to stop eating to dispute the bill that was brought to our table prematurely, the 2 hours limit wouldn't have been an issue. The most serious issue, however, was the food safety. All the "hot" appetizers--the egg rolls, fried shrimp, and fried chicken--were served cold. Unsurprisingly, our entire group ended up with food poisoning after this meal. This was a blatant violation of health regulations. It is ridiculous to treat loyal customers this way and it's never okay to disregard health regulations. We will be reporting this establishment to the appropriate health authorities. This is one establishment that we will not be coming back to and we'll be sure to let everyone we know to stay away as well. read more

Danny was such an amazing server. I had such an amazing experience at this KBBQ restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt lively and inviting, with that perfect balance of comfort and excitement. My favorites were the pork belly, beef brisket, and beef tongue brisket. Everything cooked up perfectly at the table and tasted fresh and flavorful. I also loved how many additional items were available. There was a huge selection, so it's easy to try something new every visit. Whether you're coming for Korean BBQ, hot pot, or both, there's something for everyone. The biggest highlight was the service. Acryan was our server, and he was absolutely amazing. Even though he seemed to be running the entire floor, he never made us feel forgotten or neglected. Walked in expecting this place to be amazing like everyone had been saying! Nope it was quite literally the complete opposite. Servers need to actually know their tables and check up on them, found hair in my food! We asked our server to get another plate for us it took 40 minutes JUST FOR ONE PLATE. It's not even cooked why is it taking this long. Don't even bother asking for a manger, he's unprofessional, immature and doesn't know how to talk to customers correctly. Went in for Kpot this afternoon for lunch and Aryen was my server. UGHHH he was the best server I've ever had and he lowkey big. Dude definitely works out and the food i was eating was working me out as well because I got full fast. I had a mango tango which tastes so good and I love the concept of being able to eat hotpot and korean barbeque together. Will definitely be coming back and hope Aryen is my server again! Hope he gets promoted soon if that's possible. read more

We always come here for birthdays and it's always on point. The service is great and friendly and always fast to deliver new orders of food. The food is delicious and they even sing a great song for birthdays with a cheesecake and candle! They also have Korean ice cream bars for dessert which taste great, first time I've tried them was here. Overall great atmosphere, service and good and will definitely always come back. read more

Usually with AYCE, I get Beef brisket, beef belly, spicy beef belly, and spicy bulgogi. All of these items were delicious! Also got some Pork ribs as well. There wasn't any dish that I didn't like. I also love the soondubu. Tip: ask for less tofu if you want more of the broth to go with the meat as you eat instead of being full from the tofu. They also have many sauces you can try to dip your meat in. I got the garlic sauce, spicy sauce, and bean paste. All were great! Instead of listening to the questions he kept answering with whatever he wanted to say. "5 fit in the booth" "yes they do" "if you don't want it than that's fine" when we were trying to get two tables for our party to accommodate someone larger in the group. The whole interaction started when him checking the name and shutting down the initial request to speak to him with "____ yeah you've already checked in" and started speaking to another group behind us.
