Wow! I was so excited for this place to open and it exceeded my expectations. We went during lunch time on a Wednesday and got seated immediately. We were a party of 8 and got 2 grills to do ayce kbbq lunch. When you walk in you see two bars of food, one for sauces and the other filled with fruit, mini desserts, and smaller foods. The inside looked so modern, one of my favorite things was that the ventilation inside was good so there was not a strong kbbq scent when you leave and it was not smokey inside. They also had cute bears on the wall. We ordered on an IPad and it sent to the kitchen, there was a little pause between each order but that's ok! They had a variety of drinks and the piña colada was so good and their milk tea. Definitely get the piña colada! The food came out at a timely manner and our server Vincent was so attentive and helpful. He kept recommending things to us and helped us with our grill. Our grill had some issues but he was so helpful in fixing it. One of our friendliest kbbq servers ever! To top off the meal, there was ice cream in cups and ice cream bars in the back too! This is our third time coming here within a month. We live close by and we were super excited to go in and eat especially when we heard that there is a Korean BBQ at Rio Salado where we live. The food? It is what we loved so much of course. You can order your meat to bbq and you also have an option if you want soup on the side. We always get both because why would we miss out? (LoL). I love how they give you the options if you want only BBQ, SOUP or BOTH! Being able to bbq and chase it down with soup I highly recommend it. As you wait for your order to be delivered, you can make your way to the area where you can make your own sauce. (Exciting ). In that area you can also get dessert and fruits together with their kimchi, edamame, radish paper and so forth. If that is not enough then you can also get ice cream as well! They have their mascot which is a bear and it's always great to see him and the team celebrate people on their bday!!!! Please keep in mind that if you don't want to get up from your seat to get sauces and you, you can always ask the person serving your table and they are usually great with that favor. We like to get our own but this is what I also observed with other tables. They have great services and are always willing to help you out. This place is dirty af! The floors are dirty and sticky, the table they prepared for us was sticky. They sat us in a booth even though we wanted a table and there were so many tables unoccupied! Their AC was broken, and they didn't inform anyone. We waited for an hour before being seated, only to find out it was extremely hot inside due to the broken AC. A couple of people complained about the heat. What did they do? They kicked them out. After seeing that, we decided to leave before our food even arrived. We had been here once before and enjoyed their hot pot, which is why we came back. However, no food is good enough to justify being treated the way those customers were--simply for saying it was too hot. The manager didn't explain why they failed to disclose the AC issue. His attitude was completely unprofessional. It's unacceptable to pack people into a hot room, ignore safety concerns, and then remove anyone who speaks up. At those temperatures, food safety is also at risk--and they clearly didn't care. This isn't just bad service; it's irresponsible. I'll be reporting this to the state board. read more

Our server kaleb was fantastic and very knowledgeable in terms of what food is good, what soup option we would like based off the information we gave him, and gave us all the perfect cooking tips to make our food delicious! the ambiance of the restaurant was nice and neat, food came out in a timely manner but man was the service great! i'd recommend requesting kaleb for any future visits and i'd defiantly be coming back to request him in the future! seriously great food and even better service! Came here 11/30/25 at around 3pm, everything went well at FIRST, customer service here is awesome so I'm disappointed writing this review because honestly our waiter was so nice & attentive. I'm rating 1 star because I got food poisoning from either the shellfish or the fried rice. 1 hour after eating I noticed a horrible stomach ache and a lot of nausea. This was the only meal I consumed because I couldn't get myself to eat again because of the nausea. Fast forward after walking and being out all day, I threw up all the food I ate at KPOT.
