Guess you can't trust anyone anymore, I needed a refrigerator water line hooked up and a water softener reprogrammed, when I called they said $140 an hour plus any parts they might need to replace. Little did I know there was hidden charges, charges of travel time, I was being charged before they even walked in to my home. They replaced a shut off valve and supposedly replaced my water line, must been dipped in gold because my 1 hour of them being here turned into $290! And I know for a fact they were there only an hour. And even on my receipt it says replaced valve and hooked up frig, nothing about a new line. never again will I be taken advantage of by these so called "plumbers"

My husband called today and canceled the monthly $12 fee for them coming out because we will never use them again and feel we were also lied to on our furnace- because we are Senior Citizens they took advantage of us... why were we paying a fee when they charged us anyway...
