I purchased a vehicle on 6/8/2019. At that time fees were collected to bring the vehicles tags and license current, as well as, pay for the upcoming renewal for September 2019. I received a bill from the CA DMV on 6/28/2019 for the September 2019 tags renewal. After trying different numbers to contact Roger, I was finally able to do so on 7/8/2019. After a brief conversation, he asked me to forward a copy of the DMV renewal bill via text, and I did so along with sales contract showing the fees he collected for the vehicle's tags. Kunle (Roger) helped me find a dope car, but then proceeded to sell the title back to himself before delivering it to me. 2 years later, I couldn't register my car and found out that the title that I had was null and void. I had to spend a lot of time and money getting the title back, and the whole time, he tried really horrible tricks to distance himself from his own company so he wouldn't be held responsible for his actions. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May 2018. Not a month later I get a check engine light popping up on the dash.. I have the car diagnosed along with a routine check from a mechanic.. the result being 02 sensors that were on the car were not for this vehicle, oil pan leak, valve cover leak, and collapsed motor mounts...... And these guys have the nerve to false advertise in saying all services are up to date .. Best part of all...... I paid cash for this vehicle and I be still have yet to receive my title and registration that they charged me for when purchasing this car.. Before I dive in, I'll say the only reason I didn't give five stars is because it took a couple months to get some information I was promised at the time of purchase. And in all honesty, if I could give four and a half stars, I would. When my last car broke down, I fairly quickly decided a Toyota Corolla would fit my budget and needs. I looked at a number of options, but by far my favorite one was at KR Autobahn. My work schedule prevented me from going to look at the car during normal business hours, but Rogers was incredibly accommodating and came by on a weekend to open just so I could have a chance to test out the car. Before I took the car for a test drive, he pointed out a loose bearing that was making some noise. All the other cars I tested paled in comparison to the car at KR Autobahn, as did my experience with every other dealer. The car was a bit beyond what I had planned to spend, but when it came time to make the purchase Roger said he worked with a mechanic who could do all the minor repairs my mechanic had pointed out for a considerably lower price. At the time, he said he could get me a quote and the information for the mechanic by the end of the week. As mentioned above, this took a while longer (a few months, though if I had more time to contact Rogers with greater frequency, I'm sure it could've been sooner). The mechanic he referred me to (R&R Automotive) was excellent and did save me a fair bit compared to what my mechanic quoted for the repairs before I bought the car. All in all, I had an excellent experience at KR Autobahn and for a first car purchase (or any car purchase really), you can't ask for better. read more

I purchased a vehicle from Roger last July (2016). During the time of the sale, everything went through very smoothly. I felt that Roger was a very honest salesman at the time. He even took care of the DMV paperwork for me (registration & title), which we all know is a huge headache. Unfortunately, I have come to find out that the title that he provided me with is not valid. When I went to the DMV to register my car and get new tags for the 2018-2019 year a few months ago, they informed me that the title that Roger provided me with was not valid, as as a result of that, I am unable to update my registration. They were kind enough to issue a temporary operating permit until the end of November 2017 so that I could resolve the issue with Roger. This information was all given to me in the first week of October 2017. I reached out to Roger as soon as this all happened. At first, he seemed very confused, but he told me that he would "talk to his guy" at the DMV and provide me with a resolution. For the past TWO months, I have contacted him at least once every day and he has been dodging my calls and messages. I gave him every chance to straighten this out, and he has failed to do so. One time he picked up the phone and told me that his guy needed to "go through the archives" to identify what the issue was and that he'd get back to me in a week. A week later, he still didn't get back to me. Then I called him again, and he said that was in a shop and couldn't hear me. So he told me to call him back. I called him back the next day, and he was at a car auction. Another time he told me that he was going through family issues and that he would provide me with a status update within 24 hours. 24 hours passed by and nothing. He always says he'll call me back, but I have not gotten a single call from him once. I finally told him that I would be seeking legal action at this point and he finally responded saying that "he has a defense lawyer too." This guy has some nerve. My tags are expired, and as of right now, I am not able to register, drive, or even sell my vehicle because I can't get updated registration. If you purchase a vehicle from this guy, please DO NOT allow him to process the paperwork for you. You will regret it. The registration & title that he provided me with is invalid and now I am left with a car that I cannot use. After the sale of the car, he will become unresponsive and unhelpful. I basically wasted 6 grand for a car that I was only able to use for less than a year. I cannot believe that I've had to seek legal action to reach a resolution about this. What kind of a car dealer is this? More like a scam artist. Feel free to message me if you need more information. I have a record of emails, phone calls, and text messages as proof.
