My 2014 Ram 1500 truck had hail damage, and visiting a customer I found a little post it note on my mirror that said "Call XXX-XXX-XXXX"... thinking that someone damaged my truck, so, I called and this guy said "His Mother" was there and saw my truck with some damage and left that note, needless to say I was visiting a nursing home, so I more or less beleived that. (turned out to be not true) After a guy named DeLorean introduced himself I told him I would be willing to claim the hail damage, so he promised to give me a rental car while the insurance approves. I also asked them to process a claim for an old accident under litigation. I went ahead and the first thing that caught my eye was the cleanliness of the shop and the professional people workign on it, I was amazed, but is that impression going to change?. .YES. After calling the Insurance claims and all, I got in a rental volkswagen that DeLorean said it was an "agreement between the rental companies and the shop". I told him I needed a truck because I needed to keep working. He said that he'll give me this car and I can change it to a truck at the rental location, so I hopped in and the car had no AC.. first... Then the time to change the car came and they sent me to Budget in Love Field, so I went with my son and I delivered the car and went to the desk, gave them the paperwork and they looked at me like,.. "who are you?".. I said they have an agreement with Kral Brothers they said... "Theres no such thing as an agreement". .and they booted me out, not counting that I broke My phone in the process of calling Kral... so there we were standing on the sidewalk (it was cold that day btw) waiting for my wife who I pulled of her work to pick us up. Delorean apologized and apologized.. but for me, my discomfort were the lies about this "agreement" that was not true, that car was rented by the owner for personal use and when I delivered it they gave me a pep talk about using a rental car when not authorized.... But wait.. theres more... My wife dropped us at her office and Delorean swore he had another vehicle for me ready at my house so I walked all the way there to meet him, 1 hour later he shows up very apologetic, and brought a salvage recovered Nissan and told me he talked to the owners and they were going to give me a check for 500.00 dollars to compensate for this. .I said, its not needed but ok. 2 days after, I got a call saying the insurance approved the rental car, and it was ready at Enterprise to pick up.. I said.. i needed a truck... they said yes sir its a truck. There I went all the way to Lewisville, to enterprise and when I got the rental agreement, I had to pay 50 dollars deposit and my debit card was going to get charged 14 dollars a day, I asked why?.. they said the insurance approved only 30 dollars a day.. so I went and the Owner assured me that because the total approved by the insurance was 900 dollars the rental company would grab the difference from there and i would be ok. (that turned out to be not true, I did get charged about 200 dollars) Truck ready, I went to pick up, they did miss one hit, gave me this warranty card and they could not fix the collision damage due to the case is still on litigation. I went home and remembered the 500.00 check.. so I sent a message to DeLorean. no answer Sent another one..no answer 2 days sent another one no answer 3 days another one no answer 3 days more and I told him I was driving to the owner myself because I feel he was hiding and this check thing was BS. Turns out it was BS... the owner did not know anything about this check, and after talking back and forth and Deloran denied agreeing with me, I told them I had the Ring vide at my door of Delorean Promising it, then they started moving.. So at the end he was going to give me less than half of it becuase he "had to pay for the rental car"... which was promised for free.. and I defintiely said.. lets stp this.. I got more work and money to deal with this than keep flying in a tornado of lies and false promises. and it looked like I was begging them.. So the Shop is fantastic, very professional, their sales people are NOT and the information flow, customer - vendor agreements are horrible be very very careful, I mean they perform superbly but the paperwork is bad. at the end I got my truck fixed except for 2 spots, 200 dollars less for rental and 500 promised dollars out. read more

I had a big dent/paint scrape on the side of my Acura TL. Got some quotes to fix from numerous places, which were very expensive. However, I happened to drive by Kral Bros and talked to Jeffrey. I got it repaired at a great price, and the work is perfect. My mother in law needed to get her cars fixed last March due to hail. Two guys came to our house and said they didn't have any rentals so we had to go to hertz but they would cover the cost of tolls and everything in regards to the rental. It has been 7 months now and Hertz is still trying to charge me tolls and rental days after I have continuously spoken to Kral bros and they told me they would take care of everything. I would leave one star if I could because the second they are done with you they will ignore your calls and texts so they don't have to take responsibility for their actions. read more

Hail Valet did a splendid job on my Honda Civic . Provide a rental and they even fixed some stuff on the back and front of it that was not related to Hail.
