After they Ransacked through the car looking for contraband they had D & S Tow it to their place. The tow was 390 dollars the fuel surcharge was 129 dollars. And 53 dollars for storing my vehicle for one day . What a fuel surcharge is, is a mystery to me. Because my gas gauge was still at the same level . So grand total, to get my car back was 572 dollars. Please Don't DRINK and then DRIVE . The Service was great, so if I needed to have my car towed , I would call them .

Insurance quoted a two hour wait for a tow. No Uber of Lyft (duh). 107 degree weather. Car's not working. We called Cal-Nevada and Carlos came through in 20 minutes and it was way cheaper than what insurance quoted us for their tow. Got where we needed to go and the driver was super nice and helpful. In what was a horrible situation, my young daughter along with her 3 year old daughter, were broke down on I 80 West of Lovelock...I was nearly 4 hours away and every tow I contacted was unavailable! Needless to say I felt helpless but when I reached Katrina on the other line she too said her drivers were tied up and they were short handed. Once Katrina knew my situation I feel like she went an extra mile and more to help us out, she was able to 1) reassure me, and 2) somehow able to get a tow to them within 30 minutes - absolutely above and beyond and I am sooo grateful to Katrina for this, I'm sure she does this everyday but I wanted her to know HOW MUCH THIS MEANT AND IM SO THANKFUL FOR HUMANS LIKE HER- I had tears in my eyes when I realized I could not help my daughter, I was too far away and that was the first time I ever felt like that, completely helpless! Why did your driver shove the other person's bumper into the back seat of MY car, ripping and staining the interior? Why did you not respond to one single inquiry that I made online, since all I was trying to do was locate my car? All of these questions land on one answer, because you had the intent to sell my car, you are thieves. I may have been in an accident, and had I not smacked my head, I would not have let my car be towed by you, not when I have my own roadside assistance. But as soon as your driver saw that I started AND drove my car to the other side of the freeway, he stopped answering questions and providing me with information (like where it was going, it's on the slip was his answer, no surprise, it wasn't) because he, like you, knew that it would get maximum $ at auction. Hence the fast lien(in case I was able to get the car, you get to charge for that) and, wait for it, a SECOND charge for the filing for a lien. This company is ran by and staffed with half-wits and thieves at best. I know my next move, but I hope you get so much more than you deserve. You may tell yourselves that you're not that bad, good even. But deep down, you know what you all are, and what you all deserve. I just hope that I have the opportunity to give you some of it.

But both my drives Zack & Brandon were nice enough to let me sit in their trucks while they did all dirty work. They were friendly and communicative on both my tows to my destination. I called them and they said they would send someone as soon as I paid the $245 fee, which I did. They said it would be 30-60 minutes, the driver would call as he got closer, and I agreed. 45 minutes later, I am still sitting there so I call back and they tell me "the driver said we undercharged you and he needs an additional $100." So I paid it and they tell me "it's going to be 30-60 and if I cancel, I won't get all of my money back." I called them every 20-30 minutes and they would tell me "the driver is on his way and he's not picking up his phone because he's driving." By 8:45am I am furious and called again, sat on hold for 10 minutes and they came back on the line to tell me "the driver isn't coming so we're sending a different driver who will be there in 30-45 minutes, 9:30am at the latest." I told them that I don't believe they're sending anyone and if someone isn't here by 9:30am, I am canceling this and figuring something else out which they proceeded to tell me their spiel about "not getting my money back." At 9:25am, I called them again and I was fuming. They tell me "the driver is close" and I exploded letting them know for the 20th time that I am a woman, alone on a deserted highway with a busted tire and they proceeded to tell me about "not getting my money back." I am fortunate to know someone in Reno who called her son, who lives an hour away, and he got there in an hour. I had been sitting on the side of that highway from 6am until 11am and they had absolutely NO concern for my safety. Thank goodness I had water, snacks and a friend who cared.
