Came here to meet my friend for Lunch. I ordered the chicken lemon soup and chicken kabob platter. The soup was okay the chicken in the soup was on the dry side. The chicken kabob platter came with just rice and some peas it was delicious but for the price I was surprised that it didn't include a salad. The dessert was amazing the tea came in a cool pot and the brownie cake was very enjoyable!

I went here with a friend on a sunday afternoon . The vibe is bright , modern and casual . Our server was a bit abrupt and misunderstood a few things we said . We did ultimately get what we wanted. I had a greek salad with well done chicken gyro . The salad was fresh and had all the elements required ! The chicken gyro was crispy and delicious . perfectly spiced . My friend had the salad with shrimp and was very happy. The pita was definitely better than most i have had . It was fluffy warm and really tasty ! Nice spot for a friendly meal .

People rave about this place so I was expecting some of the best Mediterranean/ Greek food I've had, and I can't say it lived up to that! Don't get me wrong, it was pretty good, but nothing I feel the need to go back for. The cheapest bottle of red wine was $46- wow! The app sampler was pretty small. The tzatziki served to the table was really bland and runny. We had to ask for pita- not sure if that was unusual or typical there. I got the marouli salad with chicken gyro. The chicken gyro was sliced thinly and good, but the salad tasted kind of greasy- not sure if it was from the chicken, or a bit too much olive oil on the salad. My husband got a gyro platter, and the veggie it was served with which peas, which I we didn't think was that impressive of a side. He and our friend who also got a gyro platter finished the whole thing- portions aren't that big. Honestly, I think Pete the Greek has better food and bigger portions, and Greek restaurants in Astoria are definitely better!

As appetizers we got the sampler appetizer which I would recommend, you had a variety to choose from. ( I got baba ganoush, hummus, spicy tomatoes, and haydari) all which were very good. -fried calamari also very good - saganaki was very greasy, I would not recommend - Cigar Borkek this was also tasty For my entree I got the lamb chops (halal) extra well done and it was honestly perfect. It wasn't chewy like some places. And you had the option to choose rice or fries.

lime & lemon slice frozen in ice cube for water glass

My brother was in from California, he had a long day and was hungry and wanted a place that had beans or rice or some type of Mediterranean food. As I live 10 minutes away, we thought it would be perfect to try as we've never been. The ambiance on a week night was nice and not too crowded, so it gave us time to chat and enjoy some appetizers. Service was very good and food was good. The Moussaka was excellent and so were the appetizers. Any Gyros you get will be good, just don't forget the yogurt sauce is on the table to add to it. Everything was good and would recommend as it was a nice setting to sit, chat and enjoy good food. We also like the lemon & lime slice frozen in the ice cube for the water glass, so if you don't want that, make sure you mention it.

If you're looking for INCREDIBLE Mediterranean food I found your spot! Krinti blew my mind I could stop smiling after each dish came out. We def shocked our waiter because we just kept ordering things It was just too good to stop eating. Plus it was a cheat day so it was allowed. Everything has such incredible flavor, and is super freshly made. It's really spacious and clean in here so no worries on that. If you're a veggie eater or meat they have something for everyone. The servings are really good I was thoroughly surprised. You're def gonna love the food here trust me.

My friend and I had a delicious lunch at Krinti. We ordered a bunch of apps and then a salad. The cigars and grape leaves were by far our favorite and I would definitely say they are a must have. Loved their pita bread too! I didn't love the soup, but my arugula and beet salad was delicious and my friend loved her Greek salad. We had a coffee to end our meal and even that was good too! We visited on a beautiful day and sat inside with the doors open, cute little spot! Our server was patient with us, as we had a slow moving lunch because we were catching up. Also random but the regular table water and Diet Coke and sprite sodas were so good here. Definitely will be back!

If one's a fan of healthy, natural, and delicious Mediterranean food, especially Greek food, one probably knows about this place. Described as a casual dining spot with an upscale vibe and the most delicious food this side of the Aegean Sea, The Address was our choice for lunch today. Located in the heart of a busy South Street, we were greeted by the host as first-timers without a reservation. Instead of being ushered to a table, my partner, his family, and I were asked which of the available tables that we would like. We opted for a table by the bar. The establishment was decorated in bright and inviting colors with olive plants throughout. It is a BYOB and also offers select California wine pairings. Their menu features Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, including entrées like Grilled Lavraki / Mediterranean Fillet Branzino and Grilled Chicken Souvlaki along with classic starters such as Spanakopita and Grilled Mediterranean Octopus. We decided on Grilled Chicken Souvlaki, Grilled Salmon, Fillet Branzino, Cauliflower Steak, and a side of Greek Lemon Potatoes for sharing. The food was truly top-notch, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. One can tell there's real attention to quality and detail in the kitchen. Our meal ended with complimentary Baklava. The staff who worked there were so friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable. This place is exceptionally good for anyone looking to experience a top-tier restaurant.

I hadn't had mediterranean in a while and I'm not head over heels for the place near me so I wanted to try something new. This place seemed decent enough. I ordered a greek salad and hummus with pita. There were varying gyros, another greek salad with chicken, some platters including the falafel platter that GF orderd. My salad was wonderful. The ingredients were fresh and that dressing was lovely. It was a salad I actually enjoyed instead of regretting the entire time I glared at my coworkers who ordered real shit with envy. The hummus was also very creamy, authentic hummus with a slightly different taste than I am used to but head and shoulders above any store bought bullshit. Everyone else said good shit about their food. I tried one of GF's falafel from her platter and it was really good. My only complaint is for $24 or whatever it is, i would expect more than a few falafel balls and one side. Kinda a rip off. But everything tasted really, really good.
