Conveyor belt timing must be off because they needed to cook just a while longer to avoid this. I went through the drive thru and ordered the valentine dough-notes for a special event for my kids. My bad for not checking before I pulled off. I paid for the full dozen of heart doughnuts but was given these with 4 original glazed in place of the others. This location is conveniently located on Battlefield BLVD. They have a drive-thru at this location, however, I typically enjoy walking in vice going through their drive thru. Inside their tables and bathrooms are always clean. I also find that the wait inside is typically shorter than waiting in the drive thru. I ordered via mobile app. When I arrived the order was not there for pickup, apparently someone took my order and I was refused a refund initially. We will NEVER return to this store ever again. We went to this donut shop this morning, KKDs has always been a favorite of my family but this one really needs some training for the employees. My wife stood in line for over ten minutes while one of the employees argued with her manager in front of all the customers. Let's start with the fact that I'm a big fan of GREAT customer service. Just, genuine, nice, "here's a little on us" service. So here's the breakdown. Location: Located on a busy street, but easy to access, roll into and grab a donut. This location has a convenient drive-through and large seating area. The seating area is clean, almost impeccable clean, the tables have little hats waiting for you, and the staff - well there are LOTS of them. This location is very well staffed, with a 'greet and help immediately' attitude, so you don't feel as though you aren't being taken care of. Customer Service - As mentioned before, when I walked in I was greeted immediately. One staffer greeted me, another grabbed my donut, another grabbed my coffee and (not kidding) another one checked me out. I had four different staffers, working as a team to greet, treat and check me out. Then as I sit and utilize the FREE wi-fi, they also bring me free samples of their slushies. If you've never had a fresh donut right off the assembly line you're missing out! This location is just a few months old! It's super clean and perfect for a quick bite and cup of coffee after lunch! I end up getting there after lunch (3-5pm, late lunch haha) just right when they make some fresh donuts. My personal favorite is the classic "original glazed." Gave 24 hrs notice before I needed to pick up gift certificates- they were super friendly when I came in to pick them up.
