Today we thought we'd stop in Krispy Kreme and I get a coffee drink and my son would get a doughnut. Sadly, their latte machine was broken so I did not get to have one. He got a chocolate doughnut and I just didn't realize how expensive donuts are nowadays. It was like over three dollars, and it was small but it hit the spot although I felt it was very sugary, but then I'm not surprised because shouldn't a donut be sugary? The people that worked there were really nice. The bathroom was clean and the tables were clean when we sat inside.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Krispy Kreme in Concord, California! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a smile, but Mario M always makes my experience extra special. I stopped by yesterday to pick up donuts, and as always, Mario M was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. He always has a smile on his face, treats every customer with respect, and makes sure I get the freshest and best donuts of the day. His positive attitude truly brightens my day. The donuts are always fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. Great customer service combined with amazing donuts is why I keep coming back. Thank you, Mario, for your outstanding service and for always making customers feel welcome. You are a true asset to Krispy Kreme! Thank you to the entire Concord team for consistently providing such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone craving the best donuts and exceptional customer service. Five stars without a doubt!

This is the Krispy Kreme next door to Benihana s in Concord close to the Veranda shopping center. Parking is never an issue here .I rarely go to the drive thru as I choose to see the donuts being made at their famous open bakery donut machine doing its magic. I love to see the new seasonal holiday donuts up front, I don't know it just seems rushed when I order a dozen in the drive thru because I like to take my time ordering. Service is always good here for me. Prices are fair. They offer military discount for vets. The coffee and fraps are pretty good. It's usually clean . Bathrooms are for customers only like most establishments now. There are not a lot of Krispy Kreme locations but now you can find their morning baked donuts at your local Walmarts and TARGETS which was a wonderful convenient idea for KK lovers.

Very clean location with tons of free parking! The donuts were truly made fresh and tasted delicious. Our order wasn't ready on time but I didn't mind the wait. This is a great option for yummy dessert!

its been years since my last visit at Krispy Kreme i got a maple donut and another one, i believe it was the Gryffindor. both delicious, with the Gryffindor was sweeter, although more beautiful too service and ambiance were both great: it was a busy morning and the area is always busy around this Veranda area don't get that coffee browskis: there is better black coffee. their latte and hot chocolate were down, so i could t judge it; i'll try their latte next time fasho

Not a bad place at all. I typically would get my donut here whenever there's a great deal going on. Super clean and friendly . Would come back!

Service wasn't so friendly. This location isn't that busy in the afternoon. They have a drive through available.

I came in today to try the Hogwart's Hufflepuff donut and a original glaze donut. I came in and was quickly greeted and helped with my order. I was in and out in less than five minutes and the donuts was delicious.

I couldn't resist trying the donuts born out of Krispy Kreme's 2024 collaboration with Barbie to celebrate the doll brand's 65th anniversary. They came up with four all-new donuts with cute designs and fabulous colors! I tried three out of four donuts: Barbie Pink Doughnut - I had never seen any donut this pink! It's an Original Glazed Doughnut topped with pink buttercream, sprinkled with sparkly pink sugar, and decorated with Barbie sunglasses. The flavor was just OK. I mean, you could not get wrong with an Original Glazed Doughnut, and the pink buttercream unfortunately did not elevate the flavor too much. It just tasted like sugar. Not bad, but not memorable. Malibu Dream Party Doughnut - the design was inspired by the Barbie DreamHouse, and it's basically an unglazed donut filled with Cake Batter Kreme, frosted in Malibu blue icing and graham crumbs as the sand, topped with a Barbie DreamHouse piece seemingly made out of fondant. As if that wasn't enough, on the top right corner, you would see a white cloud made out of frosting. I like the flavor of this donut. I think the cake batter flavor in the filling really came through. I thoroughly enjoyed this donut. And the design was out of this world cute. Barbie Berries 'n Kreme Doughnut - this was probably my favorite out of the three that I tried. It's essentially an unglazed donut filled with Strawberry Kreme, dipped in white icing, drizzled with purple and pink buttercream, and topped with a Barbie heart. I really liked the strawberry cream filling (it was creamy, sweet, and fresh), and the white icing on the top just added an extra sweetness to each bite. Not to mention, the design was adorable. I would get this again, for sure.

My only concern is that the internet seems to go down fairly often. We've experienced it several times over the past few months. Other than that, the overall experience has been very positive.

What Happened to the Choco Bun?…read more Plenty of free parking. When you walk in, grab a tray and window shop all the pastries. They individually wrap these so grab what you want and place it on your tray. Once you're finished, cruise up to the counter. Would I Come Back? Yes, I keep coming back. I use to come back for the Choco Bun, but if they've changed the recipe at all locations, I'll only be coming back for the Milk Bun and Nougat. Their Signature Item: Egg tarts are their signature item. If you've ever been to an Asian party, someone almost always brings a box of egg tarts from 85-Degrees. But on today's visit. Well, just look at the photo. Someone stepped away from the oven for about 6 minutes too long. Choco Bun ($2.55, Grade D): The Choco Bun has been my absolute go-to for years--the closest location to me is usually the South Sacramento store and I tell everyone they have to get it whenever they visit an 85°C. Unfortunately, it's been about 8 months since my last trip, and the Choco Bun is no longer something to write home about. Milk Bun ($2.05, Grade A+): If you've ever had their Milk Bun with the custard filling, the Choco Bun used to be very similar in texture. Now, it's flat with super dry edges. Not good at all. Luckily, I also bought a Milk Bun (my usual second favorite), and by default, it's now my number one because the Choco Bun was a complete bust. It's so fluffy and sweet. Melts in your mouth. Strawberry Banana Smoothie / no boba ($5.85, Grade F): It was incredibly artificial-tasting--nothing real about it. I only made it through a quarter of it before throwing the rest into the garbage. My fault for hoping for a "just picked" fresh fruit taste, but this was honestly one of the worst smoothies I've ever had. Nougat ($9.60, Grade A+): The bagged Nougat candy is fantastic. It's soft, gooey, and packed with what I'm guessing are pieces of pistachio. Delicious, but a fair warning if you have dental issues: these will wreak havoc on your teeth. It's not quite as sticky as a Starburst, but it could definitely pull out a denture! Bottom Line: The staff here is friendly, and there are still a few standout 5-star items that make a visit worth it (the Milk Bun and the Nougat). However, the disappointing recipe change to the Choco Bun and the absolute miss on the smoothie knock this down to a 3-star experience overall.

I called in today to see if they could decorate a faux cake for me. Not only was she rude, but she told me she would charge me AS MUCH AS SHE WOULD for a real cake. You mean to tell me it would cost me $100 plus to decorate a piece of Styrofoam? And then, when I told her the shape of the Styrofoam, she flat out said no. As if the shape of the Styrofoam changes the action? And I'm not a baker, at least not a professional one, but something feels off about what feels like the refusal to help me. And it's not like I am looking for free service, I'm willing to pay, but I'm not willing to pay cake prices for icing on Styrofoam. Saying no, as a business is OK, I'm all for it. But customer service needs a serious rebranding. I have never had a good in person/over the phone experience. Their food speaks for itself, but the customer service skills really takes away the value of a local business that has been around for years. I hope whoever I spoke on the phone with has a better day

Passion Fruit Slush: Usually my go-to when I want something refreshing, and theirs did not disappoint.
