By far the RUDEST location I have ever been to! I'm appalled by how they treat their customers! Just redeemed my rewards and deleted my app!

My daughter and I went here for a mom and daughter date night. It wasn't my first choice but Duck Donuts was closed so I was like hey we should try Krispy Kreme. Now this was my first experience to Krispy Kreme seeing the last one I've been in was in Orlando Florida. I have to say I was not impressed. We get our Donuts I ordered a coffee as well. Getting my coffee was an experience in it's self. The girl had no idea how to make it took two other employees couldn't even figure it out including a manager. My daughter and I finally sit down with our Donuts in my coffee. It was terrible! I had to take it back and get my money back. What kind of donut shop that doesn't know how to make a good decent cup of coffee they should close the doors just for that. I go back to eat our Donuts and they were old stale like they've been sitting there in the donut window for hours. There was a line so I didn't want to wait with my daughter just to get my money back for two Donuts but as I was walking out the door I noticed that the floor was so sticky my flip flop fell off for being sticking. Gross makes me wonder how clean the back of the kitchen is where they make the donuts. I will never be back again! I'll stick Duck Donuts, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks for my coffee. So so sinfully delicious! I am drawn to that hot light like a moth to a flame...but then again, who isn't? While I'm enjoying a hot glazed, I like to get a dozen assorted to bring home. We went to Krispy Kreme last night to pickup donuts for a sleepover. The cashier was probably the rudest I've ever encountered. We had 2 orders both of which had to be repeated at least 3 times each at the speaker. When we got to the window, I presented the barcode for the rewards program and she rolled her eyes at me and closed the window on me. When she came back, she scanned the barcode and handed out the first order without the water that was ordered. When she gave the total for my friends order, I handed out her barcode and the cashier rolled her eyes and said "Oh my f-ing God" before closing the window on me. When she opened the window again, the screen had gone dark and that made her more exasperated. Then there was an issue with a coupon not working and instead of explaining to us or trying to fix the issue she said "Imma get my supervisor to handle y'all because I can't deal with you". Mind you, we're two moms WITH our kids in the car staring at her in horror at how she's acting. When the supervisor did come to the window, we were able to sort out the coupon issue thankfully. I told her about what had transpired and the cashier's behavior, she just said "ok". Never did she apologize or even act like it surprised her. Sad state of affairs. read more

This was my first visit EVER TO A KRISPY KREME. And it was the WORST visit imaginable. Mind you, I've eaten plenty of their doughnuts, but have never actually ordered from a store before (purchased from Kroger and Publix). I was talking aloud trying to decide. My husband told me he wanted a blueberry cruller, the young female employee with her blueish gray hair in a bun shouts, as she's walks away, "we are out of blueberry". Customers around me noticed her shouting that back to me. I'm okay with her saying that, but one of the RUDEST encounters I've ever had in customer service. Again, I'VE NEVER ORDERED FROM A STORE. I even told her that before I placed an order. I was not aware that chocolate glazed did not come out hot and ready. She was overly rude about that as well. Went to go buy a mocha latte and two hot cocoas tonight but was unable to. Why you ask? The reason is that their machine was down since it hadn't been cleaned in at least twenty-four hours! The they tried to offer three coffees in replacement, if I had wanted three coffees I would have ordered them! Also they waited on the people buying donuts before they decided to wait on us. Apparently if you don't buy donuts they don't want your business. The management acted like it was an inconvenience to come up from the back to deal with a customer complaint. If your machine was working there wouldn't have been a complaint! It'll take at LEAST five days if not longer to be refunded our money. We went to Panera Bread in Mercedes Place instead. If you're craving a certain donut, they probably ran out. Love this place and their donuts, especially their specialty donut, cake batter. But they always run out of all the specialty donuts they constantly advertise by like 3pm! For a place that's open 24 hours and always has ample staff, they should be able to continue making donuts all day, especially the specialty donuts they (and I emphasize) advertise everywhere! Most other establishments open 24 hours don't deny you menu items because it's after 3pm. Also, most other donut shops will make your donut if they're out. Get with the game! 3 stars because I always have to settle for plain glaze when I come in for something I've seen on Twitter 4 times that day.
