    Donut holes

I still cant believe this is the only donut shop in Baldwin Hills. Or Crenshaw or whatever. Its across from the mall so I am here to kill time using free wifi before farmers market opens in 30min. Donuts are standard but I just don't wanna spend that much money. I want simple donuts not ones that cost 3 bucks. Its about 67 cents per donut hole for 10. They taste like sugar what can I say. This area definitely got gentrified a bit if there's no old fashioned Cambodian donut stores around.

Who doesn't love a good donut. I do. I do. If you looking to satisfy your sweet tooth. Krispy Kreme offers many traditional/theme selections. Not many locations in Los Angeles County and this location is in the "famous" Lemert Park area. Let's jump right into this review. I have been here countless times. I have stood in line inside and went through the drive thru. Here's my donut opinion (lol). Donuts are extremely sweet but I love them. May not be for everyone but they are for me. They are small in size in comparison to Randy's or Winchell's. Yes, I find Krispy Kreme better than any other chain. Don't come for me readers - it's an opinion. Pros 1. Delicious donuts! 2. Variety of flavors and cool theme flavors throughout the year...for example, M&M, Ghostbusters, and most recently Wicked. They also offer holiday season donuts. 3. Customer service is a hit or miss. Usually folks are friendly. I won't ding the establishment for a few bad days from employees...it happens. 4. Parking lot. 5. Inside tables and chairs. 6. You can see the donuts being made and running off the assembly line - hot and fresh. **If you live in this neighborhood you have seen the HOT DONUGHNUTS sign flashing red. Cons 1. Its donuts being made so it gets messy. Although, I understand the mess; I do feel the establishment good be more tidy. 2. The inside line can be long. Customers trying to decide what they want. Employees trying to move those indecisive customers along. The customers waiting being annoyed. #goodtimes I'm a frequent customer. I love the donuts. I'll be pulling up real soon.

*Parking: Easy & plenty of Parking for your vehicle from cars to trucks. *Service: 100% Great Service, Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful to their customers walking in and out of the Krispy Kreme. *Food: Came here for the Fresh & Hot Donuts. The quality, the texture, the taste, the deliciousness was on point and very delicious. *Ambiance: Was not too loud which was good. Like on how bright the inside of the Krispy Kreme was. The restrooms were a little dirty here and there but it was okay. *Overall Experience: 100% Satisfied with this Krispy Kreme location. Would definitely come back for some Hot & Fresh Donuts. THANK YOU KRISPY KREME!

Friendly, patient, and helpful staff members Staff greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked into the door. I typically only get the original glaze but tried a random assortment for the 1st time today. The filled donuts has a fruit glaze while the crumble donuts tasted like a cake that breaks apart easily. Both were good and provided different texture and flavors from the original. The donuts aren't super sweet nor dense but lighter and fluffy. Much fresher from the store than supermarket but can get even fresher when the HOT red sign is ON. There are 2 convenient entrances with ample free parking. The facility is clean and quiet with tables to sit. Otherwise, just Drive thru window to order. Bonus is this location is next door to Southern California Crab Market, a wholesaler for frozen lobster, crab, shrimp, and scallops so bring a cooler to stock up.

They have discontinued my favorite donut. It was worth going out of my way for when they had it, but I'm less inclined now.

I stopped by for a late breakfast/brunch with my partner and two friends. It was my first visit. We found parking easily, but it could be due to the holiday. The place itself is clean, open and has minimalist decor that lends to a welcoming vibe featuring some really cool photography on the walls. The menu is definitely pared down, but there is variety enough for various moods and tastes. I had the avocado toast minus goat cheese and a raspberry (I believe) hibiscus iced tea. The pricing is fair for an individual-owned restaurant. I didn't experience any bad service and even when the gent calling out names had to repeat mine because I wasn't sure I'd heard right, he wasn't annoyed at all. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and cool. I am not being dramatic when I say this may be the best avocado toast I've ever had. The portion was a single slice of toast, but it was loaded high with fresh, delicately arranged ingredients. It wasn't too salty, which a lot of places make the mistake of making avo toast. It along with the delicious tea was literally the best first meal of the year I could imagine. The bathroom was clean and also featured more of that same rad photography inside on the walls. All in all, a truly wonderful experience! Walking back to the car past a dude playing conga drums and others just outside enjoying the day added to a wonderfully community-based feeling. I recommend! And I will likely be pin ring people in the direction of this place if they're in LA proper for the avocado toast alone! I devoured it before taking a photo, but I will get one the next time we visit!

Minus a star for lack of outlets- looked like they only had one section with a handful of outlets in the corner and none anywhere else. In addition, I had some concerns about the bathroom (which they handled immediately), however because I thought it was a managerial issue, I informed Liz, an employee, to get the person in charge for me. She stayed true to their protocol of trying to handle the issue herself, but I persisted multiple times. Eventually she complied. I spoke with the manager who came possibly from a break and listened intently and the referred me to another employee, Mike. Through the entire experience no one seemed agitated, no one was short with me; it felt like a normal and meaningful conversation despite the breach of protocol because of my perseverance. So kudos to the staff on 5/20/26 around 5pm. particularly Liz and Mike for handling a precarious situation with tact and customer-friendly service. The shift lead at 6:30 fixed drinks and at the same time entertained my concluding conversation about my experience along with telling me the employees' names and how to report my experience for about 5 minutes! So I looked for a coffee spot closer to the restaurant at which I could do some work. Alibi Coffee is only 10-15 minutes from the restaurant, which made it a good candidate--and off I went. It sits on the corner of Washington and Raymond Avenue. While there's one-hour parking on Washington, Raymond seems to offer unlimited parking (other than street cleaning days)--the friendly, helpful barista directed me over there. Inside, it's a tranquil, clean and comfortable environment that mixes contemporary touches with brick industrial vibes. I'm in my cream top era, so I decided to get their Trademark Cream Top Latte, which uses cold brew and house made cream with a hint of brown sugar. The drink was smooth and not too sweet and, all in all, extremely enjoyable. Next time, I might try the Salted Caramel Cream Top Latte. I was warned it was a bit sweeter, but I'd like to see for myself. Wi-Fi seems solid, and there are plenty of outlets (yay!), so this was a great work spot. I'd definitely return anytime I needed to be in this area.
