i love doughnuts... krispy kreme always has amazing limited edition items and ive been really excited to try their new offerings. so far i think their halloween donuts were the best. these limited run twix donuts were fine. the service was great though! when i came to visit last night, the store looked closed. the krispy kreme app has accurate hours posted, so we found out they were open for another hour drive thru only. fast and great service with no line! the team member who helped us out was really sweet. the best ones in the set were the glazed. read more

Today is May 7, there was a promo to have a free donut with NO ID NO HASSLE and I went in to claim a free donut and the illiterate manager who read the promo from my phone said we were wrong. They were denying everyone a free donut that didn't have a REAL ID. This is my closest location and I will not be going back. I already called corporate as well. Seriously do better. read more

First time visiting this establishment donuts of course pricey $17.99 for a dozen ouch $3 for additional assorted individual donuts . Service was great the lady at the window was very nice.. i haven't been inside actually went in the drive thru so I'm not sure on the ambiance of the establishment truthfully ‍. Phenomenal customer service! Online order of 5+ dozen donuts was completed in under 45 mins. It was ready when I came to pick up the order. I placed an online order for 3x20 piece mini glazed donuts. Within 10 minutes, I received a call informing me that the machine making these mini donuts was out of service. I was offered a replacement. I'm in shock and awe of how smoothly the whole process went. read more

This place never disappoints me! I'm a huge fan of Krispy Kreme! I live in Honolulu, Hawaii so the only Krispy Kreme donuts is in Maui:( and coming to the mainland and getting my Krispy Kreme fix is the best feeling I can ever have! The donuts are amazing! Very light, soft and warm. Tried the original glazed ice latte and it's like drinking the donuts! I loved it! This place never disappoints me! I always come to this location to bring back some donuts back home since we don't have one in honolulu( sadly). The service was fast and easy! They would also recommend you to upgrade for a good/ better price! It's Valentine's Day season so there were tons of Valentine's Day donuts! This location isn't busy so it was very fast for me. I come to this Krispy Kreme about once or twice a month. I always go through the drive-thru lane because it's convenient and also because there are a lot of homeless people around the are and it's just safer to stay in the car. About 80% of the time there's only about 1 or 2 cars ahead of me so the wait isn't long. The employees work fast and greet you in a friendly manner. My favorite donuts are the chocolate glazed,regular glazed and the donut holes. I sometimes buy their holiday edition donuts because they seem yummy and they come up with the most creative designs. You should definitely download the app and sign up for their email list because they have a lot of perks. Not only do you get a birthday reward but they frequently have deals that only members have access to. I've saved a lot of money but being on their email list. read more

What could be better than warm donuts? Warm Krispy Kreme donuts. That's it, end of list. I love that they tell you in advance when the light will be on, aka when you can get an entire box of warm, sugary goodness. It's possible that I plan my trips around those times. ;) read more

Order on line.... it said they will be ready in 15 minutes. Drive to pick up and a lady let me and a line inside to make line. We waiting inside for about 5 minutes and then about four ladies started to ask our names for orders. I got Deanna (supervisor) Wow!!! She is handling this rush very well with a smile behind her mask. She is very kind and even a man tried to get a little rude with her she asked him to calm down while she was getting my donuts and he ended up apologizing to her. She then had someone assist him with kindness! This ladies and Gentlemen is now hard to see but oh so glad I was able to witness this Lady Supervisor doing her thing with kindness!!! read more

Worst experience there specially being my first time. I was excited to go and grab donuts for my boyfriend and I asked the girl about the grinch donuts she gave me attitude and said no we ain't got none. After we proceeded and I tried to order and she was just giving me more attitude I don't understand why people work in the food industry if they don't like don't work . KRISPY KREME DOES NOT RESPECT ITS OWN BUISNESS HOURS OF OPERATION. I arrived here on Wednesday May 24th at 9:40 PM 20 mins before their closing hours listed on google. Myself along with about 10 other people were shushed away by the rude employees. A buisness as popular in demand as Krispy Kreme donuts, I believe should respect the buisness hours listed on google. If I were the manager of this Krispy Kreme location I would make an adjustment so that an issue like this is not reoccurring. Service is horrible, employees are rude. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We ordered all our donuts in advance online then went through the drive-thru to pick them up and they were ready exactly at the time we requested. I enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts which is why I gave it 4/5 stars. The glaze donut is by far their best and has way more glaze on top than most donut shops (the more glaze, the better in my opinion). The maple donut, however, I could barely taste the maple flavoring. And their cake donuts are delicious but basic -- nothing to write home about. read more

Really bad customer service. Didn't even get a "hello" . The agent just stood at the counter and looked at me. I started back and asked "are you ready for me to order?" He then said "yea" that's the most he said to me. Didn't even give me the total at the end of the transaction. read more

Well it's Krispy Kreme.. , when you want a serious Sugar FIX, you come here to Crenshaw/King Blvd, one of the very get stores around making Donuts "FRESH " ALLLLLLL -Day Longggggg! ! ! Yes .. these are NOT " the Best or Greatest donuts around, but they do get the job done when that Sugar-Rush kicks -inn.The staff was super friendly and helpful, the only reason I'm giving 2/STARS is because these are just super sweet sugary donuts and that's all they are , it's not a bad thing or a good thing... it's just the kind of donut it is. read more

No one eats donuts everyday. It's not possible. For us it's 2 or 3 times a year. So when we do go, it's gotta count. Krispy Kreme's the place. We hit the drive-thru and scored a Cream-filled Maple Bar, a Buttermilk, a Chocolate Glazed and a Normal Glazed. I loved the super mapley flavor of the bar. The Buttermilk had just the right amount of "krisp" to it and the cake inside was moist and wonderful. KK's take on the chocolate and regular glazed donuts harken back to the days of yesteryear bakeries with crackling glaze and an impossibly light and fluffy center that is out of this world. read more

Usually this is my favorite store after this morning I'll never come here again. It's now 6:25 am and after being treated rudely and unprofessional by the lady taking the order, the host name on my receipt says Emely (red/orange hair kinda big & short) Anyways she said I could only pay cash but when I get up to the window she waited like 5 mins before opening and telling me my total. When I asked if I can pay through the app she said yes so while she was preparing my order I was trying to open the app. She told me to go through the line again that I had already been there for 7 mins and I was holding up the line. Also got my order wrong I ordered a medium ice blended hazelnut received a regular. One dozen of the specialty donuts were cold ... It took them 5 mins to open up the window to tell me that I was holding up the line... I hope you guys treat other customers way better than you treated me... Bye will never come here again!!! read more

Krispy Kreme never fails to satisfy your inner need for comfort & fulfill your guilty pleasures. During the COVID lockdown, post dinner, we were craving a sweet dessert but didn't want to make it. We also wanted to order something for delivery that wouldn't melt or go bad during delivery. Krispy Kreme it was! I hadn't had it in a while but we got a dozen donuts - mixed of the original glazed, chocolate glaze, and curd stuffed. It was much more expensive via Postmates, but so good! Krispy Kreme in three words: sweet. melt-in-your-mouth. happiness! So much nostalgia comes with Krispy Kreme: delighted wide-eyed wonder when trying my first Krispy Kreme donut many years ago. All the times I've suddenly swerved the car into the store parking lot upon spotting the red HOT sign lit up. The treks I'd make to a faraway train station just to snag a donut from the Krispy Kreme booth. Ahhh...memories of my happy love affair with the warm, golden, spun-sugar explosion that is the Original Glazed donut besiege me (and a few side affairs with Chocolate Glazed and seasonal flavors)! Ordered a dozen Valentine's Day donuts from this store to be delivered to a neighbor. They arrived promptly, and my neighbor reported an immediate sugar high! read more

Super nice staff! Located on the corner of Crenshaw & Martin Luther king. Parking lot is available. They also have a drive thru to help you stay inside your car. I personally like the original glazed. It's super tasty and melts in your mouth. It's $1.89 each, you can't go wrong. Staff was amazing! She went to the back to make sure I got a donut that was fresh. My go to donut shop! read more

I often buy KK donuts for business purposes. Today, I bought three dozen for high school fundraising for our kids. When I visited today, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, so even I had to wait for a while. Sometimes, they offer samples, but I don't usually take their samples. Today, I wanted one, and I asked for a sample. Terrible Customer Service!!!!!! The person who took my order at the intercom was ok but when I got to the window, the lady was rude. I thought she hadn't given me my card back, I made a simple mistake and she gave me a death stare. I was like thinking I just wanna find it before I pull off which I did on the floor next to my seat. I think she handed it back to me with the box so that's how it fell. Anyway she was super unkind like don't work in customer service with an attitude like that. My second time at this Krispy Kreme location. We stopped here a few weeks ago to grab some donuts while on our way to my cousins house that live out this way. I ordered 12 donuts since my baby girl love sweets. I dont eat donuts too often, but when i do, I chow down. We got 12 different donuts and they are so good and fresh daily. My cousin come by here all the time since he lives nearby. Customer service need to improve, Staff were a little rude, But not enough to make a big stink about. Otherwise, I will always stop by when in the area. read more

This is the only location I go to really. There is another in Gardena but only when I'm on that side of town I go there. I'm proud of this neighborhood location though. It's barely crowded (maybe it's just the times I choose to go) and they have private parking. I have tried ordering through drive thru as well and the service is just as awesome. Deisy is the cashier that took my order this afternoon. She was patient with my husband and I while we picked which donuts we wanted. It so many to choose from, even my husband wanted to try each one. What's a total plus for me is the fact that they serve coffee from my favorite coffee spot, "Coffee Bean". So awesome. For their service and taste this location is worth the trip. read more

I'm from the Bay Area but I've been to Cafe Dulce several times. My wife and I really like their Hong Kong Tea Latte and their Matcha drink, as well as their various donuts and baked goods. In the morning rush they can be a little busy but the staff work hard. On a recent visit I saw people eating their steak breakfast burritos, so I ordered one for myself and a coworker. The burritos were reasonable size, the steak was seasoned well, and the breakfast burrito had potatoes in it (I only like breakfast burritos that have potatoes/hash browns/tots in it). Keep supporting the classics, not just because they've been around for a while, but because they have strong products and service.

Iced blueberry matcha ($6?)-- I see lots of good things about this drink on here but ooooooof... it missed the mark and by a LOOOT too. It was green sweet cereal milk. Where's the matcha? Where's the blueberry? It was so confusing because I see the green and I know I ordered matcha... but it's just sweet milk! And it's not even blueberry flavored milk. Did they forget the blueberry jam? Syrup? Whatever they use? Because it just tastes like the milk after a bowl of Frosted Flakes or something like that. Very sad, very disappointing. Ended up tossing after a couple sips. ANDDD for those matcha purists this is NOOOT the place for you! They have it pre mixed in a milk gallon.
