I live in Honolulu, Hawaii so the only Krispy Kreme donuts is in Maui:( and coming to the mainland and getting my Krispy Kreme fix is the best feeling I can ever have! The donuts are amazing! Very light, soft and warm. Tried the original glazed ice latte and it's like drinking the donuts! I loved it! This place never disappoints me! Phenomenal customer service! Online order of 5+ dozen donuts was completed in under 45 mins. It was ready when I came to pick up the order. I placed an online order for 3x20 piece mini glazed donuts. Within 10 minutes, I received a call informing me that the machine making these mini donuts was out of service. I was offered a replacement. I come to this Krispy Kreme about once or twice a month. I always go through the drive-thru lane because it's convenient and also because there are a lot of homeless people around the are and it's just safer to stay in the car. About 80% of the time there's only about 1 or 2 cars ahead of me so the wait isn't long. The employees work fast and greet you in a friendly manner. My favorite donuts are the chocolate glazed,regular glazed and the donut holes. I sometimes buy their holiday edition donuts because they seem yummy and they come up with the most creative designs. You should definitely download the app and sign up for their email list because they have a lot of perks. Not only do you get a birthday reward but they frequently have deals that only members have access to. I've saved a lot of money but being on their email list. read more

Worst experience there specially being my first time. I was excited to go and grab donuts for my boyfriend and I asked the girl about the grinch donuts she gave me attitude and said no we ain't got none. Order on line.... it said they will be ready in 15 minutes. Drive to pick up and a lady let me and a line inside to make line. We waiting inside for about 5 minutes and then about four ladies started to ask our names for orders. I got Deanna (supervisor) Wow!!! She is handling this rush very well with a smile behind her mask. She is very kind and even a man tried to get a little rude with her she asked him to calm down while she was getting my donuts and he ended up apologizing to her. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We ordered all our donuts in advance online then went through the drive-thru to pick them up and they were ready exactly at the time we requested. I enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts which is why I gave it 4/5 stars. The glaze donut is by far their best and has way more glaze on top than most donut shops (the more glaze, the better in my opinion). The maple donut, however, I could barely taste the maple flavoring. And their cake donuts are delicious but basic -- nothing to write home about. read more

No one eats donuts everyday. It's not possible. For us it's 2 or 3 times a year. So when we do go, it's gotta count. Krispy Kreme's the place. We hit the drive-thru and scored a Cream-filled Maple Bar, a Buttermilk, a Chocolate Glazed and a Normal Glazed. I loved the super mapley flavor of the bar. The Buttermilk had just the right amount of "krisp" to it and the cake inside was moist and wonderful. KK's take on the chocolate and regular glazed donuts harken back to the days of yesteryear bakeries with crackling glaze and an impossibly light and fluffy center that is out of this world. read more

Usually this is my favorite store after this morning I'll never come here again. It's now 6:25 am and after being treated rudely and unprofessional by the lady taking the order, the host name on my receipt says Emely (red/orange hair kinda big & short) Anyways she said I could only pay cash but when I get up to the window she waited like 5 mins before opening and telling me my total. When I asked if I can pay through the app she said yes so while she was preparing my order I was trying to open the app. She told me to go through the line again that I had already been there for 7 mins and I was holding up the line. Also got my order wrong I ordered a medium ice blended hazelnut received a regular. One dozen of the specialty donuts were cold ... This is the only location I go to really. There is another in Gardena but only when I'm on that side of town I go there. I'm proud of this neighborhood location though. It's barely crowded (maybe it's just the times I choose to go) and they have private parking. I have tried ordering through drive thru as well and the service is just as awesome. Deisy is the cashier that took my order this afternoon. She was patient with my husband and I while we picked which donuts we wanted. It so many to choose from, even my husband wanted to try each one. What's a total plus for me is the fact that they serve coffee from my favorite coffee spot, "Coffee Bean". So awesome.
