We waited a total of 20 minutes in the drive thru. I'm sure it take that long or longer during the weekend but it seemed as it was very slow service. To be prepared, we looked online on their website to have our order ready. Once we got to the window, we ordered what we saw on the website and they did not have any of it. April is my birthday month and I belong to Krispy Kreme's rewards program. This program offers a free dozen glazed donuts. What a treat, right?! No, not if you're hassled at the drive thru window by Shyanne. I drove 22.5 miles one way, approximately 25 -30 minutes to wait in a line for an hour and get my birthday reward. When I ordered I explained to them that I was using my birthday reward and also ordered two other items. When I arrived at the window, after scanning my reward. Shyanne was trying to charge me $17.47 and I asked her if a glazed raspberry filled donut and milk costs $17.47, she said you have a dozen glazed donuts too. I took my Grandkids for a special treat after school on 3/10, and I was so disappointed. There was no positive energy with the staff, just greeted with, "are you getting a dozen"". We went inside as the drive through was very backed up. There were about 5-6 customers in front of us and we waited 20 minutes in line, unbelievable. Now for the donuts. THEY SHRUNK!
