I was an hour early for a meeting, looking for a Starbucks, and saw this place in the mall parking lot... The starbucks I was looking for, was in the mall, and i didn't want to deal with that so i went here. I can see what the noise is about. I got two donuts, a chocolate one, which was tasty, and a glazed which was right off the press.. OMFG... Simply amazing.. The coffee also, MUCH better than what I am used to.. I wish there was one of these close to me. The staff, was very reminiscent of the discipline of an In-n-Out worker.. Clean, Kind, and enthusiastic. The only negative, the restroom seemed to be a common stop for locals or something, and they lock it, so every so the door would unlock, and you would get a waft of the smell... BIG FAIL on the special Christmas Tree donut. These were a waste of selection in our box. The filling inside was gross. The frosted design was lackluster. I've seen the holiday designed ones in the pre-made boxes at the grocery store and at least they resemble the advertised design; not sure what's going on inside the store's fresh donut department. 2 stars just based on my love for doughnuts. Besides that when I pulled into drive thru I was putting in my order then got juggled between 2 employees which I had to repeat my order a total of 3 times. When I received my dozen I let the gentleman know at the window I had a by a dozen get the 2nd for 1$. He said no it's when you buy 2 dozens. I continued to show him my coupon, he brushed it off and said no you must buy 2 dozen. Insulting my intelligence at it's finest. As I drove away & got home 3...yes 3 of my doughnuts were smashed. I ordered the 3 boxes of chocolate glaze for delivery thru their website and they used door dash. I paid their delivery fee plus tip and ended up delivering me 1 box and obviously the wrong order. I scheduled a delivery a week ago for today for 3 boxes of the Thanksgiving donuts and 1 box of plan minis. I was expecting the nice thanksgiving box . I was also expecting 4 boxes of donuts. I received 3 boxes of donuts in a regular size boxes. I was disappointed because these are a thank you gift for my dads dialysis team. One of the four was supposed to be for my Thanksgiving. I had to break up the boxes and I sent what I could fit in the larger boxes. I called to explain my disappointment and she was busy and frustrated as she did not have the products and "I'm just trying to get donuts out " she offered me to come in for more donuts but I'm 20 minutes without traffic. With delivery I was charges $96. She is refunding the donuts. After getting off the phone and looking at what a thanksgiving box is, I actually did not receive the plain minis. You actually get 4 plain with the 16 thanksgiving box. Also, the apple pie donut was substituted for a chocolate frosted donut. I understand busy, but if you can not fill an order as expected, contact the customer to let them make the decision. Bottom line, 1 full box missing, donuts substituted. We came for a dessert, and was assisted by Starlyn. After waiting a good 15 mins in line (there was a bogo deal, which we didn't mind waiting or was upset about) not only did she have the nastiest tone and dry attitude upon helping us, I ordered an assorted and asked for the bogo dozen chocolate glazed in which she cut me off and said we don't have anymore and are only giving out glazed ones in place. We were okay with that, until she walked away and rolled her eyes. When I asked her to swap out the crème filled ones for sprinkles she rudely responded "I only put one". We understand that they were busy, like was long, lobby full. We were patient but her attitude sucked. We got to the cashier and when asked to speak to a manager the employees smirked when told we had an issue with her customer service as though it was a norm. Why do you even put it on your menu if you are not going to have the product?? Or order enough supply to accommodate orders!! Visited this location many times in the drive thru. The past two times we have came here (within a month) we went inside. Each time the employees acted like they hated their jobs. Horrible customer service, unorganized, and just rude. Once we had ordered our donuts, we waited an extensive amount of time just to pay for the order. This was due to the staff all making coffee drinks at the same time, instead of at least one person staying on the register to collect payment. The women in front of us had asked an employee to add on a drink and she stated she was unable to because she did not have access to collect payment. And none of the surrounding team members jumped in to help the customer. Assuming this staff member was in training, they should have more structure to keep their line moving when some people are not waiting for drinks, they just want to pay for the donuts they already boxed up and leave! When one member returned from using the restroom, she stepped up to the computer to collect payments. But before that she had to make numerous comments along the lines of "someone better find me a new job" and "I'm about to quit" as she is less than 5 feet away from customers. (I am leaving names out for the public but if the Managers of Krispy Kreme would like to reach out to me via message I would gladly share the name of the employee so they can correct the behavior). Throughout the entire experience the members made me feel as though I was burdening them by being there. If you hate your job so much, find another one! read more

Shame on you Krispy Kreme took my senior for free 2020 donuts to stand in drivetru today spend over an hour for the un polite security guard to tell me that I have to keep driving around in circles because the line has to keep moving and make another hour line to maybe get the donuts.
