5 stars for the glazed donuts This location always seems to be pretty full during the evenings on a friday. The main reason to come here is for the glazed donuts when they are just made. They are so warm, sweet, and melt in your mouth! All the other donuts are good too, but it is nothing special. You could probably get those donuts for less at your local donut shop. read more

Krispy Kreme donuts are a favorite of my family! Unfortunately, this location is closest to my house. (There aren't many locations near this area) The female worker who runs the drive thru (the one who was working the morning of 2/6), she's very rude to customers. Apparently the scanner wasn't working properly so she took exception to having to enter my rewards club number and also my 16 digit gift card number! Sorry honey but it's the not the customers fault the scanner isn't working! This isn't the first time nor the only worker at this location I have encountered rude customer service with. There's seriously some grouchy people working here! Very poor customer service, if you aren't happy serving the public find another job you're happy with.! Customer service was sadly very poor. went here on Tuesday night around 7-8:30 pm kids wanted donuts, went through the drive-through waited about 15 minutes. We ordered a dozen glazed donuts and a strawberry chiller. and i think we were told they were out so we changed it to a lemonade chiller. got to the window, no greeting, no confirmation of our order before being charged. the girl at the window looked as if she was obligated to be there. we got our donuts, but not the lemonade chiller, i asked the girl at the window for it and she looked at me with this crazy look on her face. like it was my fault they were out. a better response would have been "we didn't charge you because we are all out" not sure why I am writing this comment. you would think people would fix the issue, or read about themselves and change their manners but they wont. our family loves krispy kreme doughnuts, but I don't think we will be back to that type of service. read more

Patient and smiley employees. Gave sample small donuts to my kids. Love that they even gave one to my little on who is in a wheelchair, not many people treat him the same as my six year old. I like going to Krispy Kreme because the doughnuts are light and airy. They have great flavor and are sweet. The place is very clean and I like how you can see where the doughnuts are being made. One girl sounds like she's mumbling to herself, but she's actually talking to you. You have to ask her to repeat herself and she still doesn't speak up. That irks me. She also doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing. She made my caramel iced latte extremelyyyy sweet. I ended up making more coffee at home and mixing that together to make it taste normal. She also took forever to get my donuts. Two customers finished their orders before I got my 20 mini donuts. Sadly none of her co-workers seemed to help her either. I noticed she asked someone else about the coffee. I'm not sure if she did tell her what to do or not but the coffee didn't come out right so that's kinda sad. They don't have a menu for other drivers to see as another customer orders, so when you get to the mic/menu you feel rushed to order specially if it's your first time and do not know what to order here. 2. KK had its fanatical days when everyone in the office was ranting and raving about their donuts and every once in a while someone would splurge and bring some in for everyone to share. Yeah, that lasted a couple of months. Now we're just stuck with overpriced donuts that seem to be so rich-tasting you can only eat one. Obviously, the fresh KK donuts taste the best. If you choose to purchase some of their non-simple "glazed" donuts and opt for something a little more out of the ordinary, like chocolate for example, expect that your donut has been sitting there for a while and is now a hard crust that you'll need to warm up in the microwave (as recommended on the box) to get it back to the KK style we've all come to know and love as "fresh." Drive thru is so unorganized... We only had ordered 2 boxes and 3 milks. She charged us for 4 boxes! When we went to the woman in the store for our money back, she said we had to go and wait back in the VERY LONG drive thru line. When 1 it was their fault!
