I drive by this Krispy Kreme all the time and the hot line always seems to be on! I haven't ever driven through the drive through but there always seems to be a wait day or night. The one time I went in my wife and I were greeted with one free donut each by the manager while we decided what we wanted to order. The attendant was patient and she answered all the questions we had about the selection they had too. We got about five different kinds of donuts and all were as fresh as you would hope they would be. The bathroom was decently clean. The employees here are extremely rude to customers. We went though the drive through and the employee impatiently and repetively asked what we wanted after we had asked for a second to look at the menu. Once we were ready, she mumbled over the speaker so we politely asked her to repeat herself. She mumbled again and we had to ask her to repeat herself again. I have always loved Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. However after this experience I am unsure whether I should return or not. I will not expose the young ladies name due to respect. Last weekend my Boyfriend and I were craving donuts for our cheat day. We went through the drive through and asked for a dozen donuts with 4 glazed, 4 strawberry, and before I could ask for 4 chocolate sprinkled I was interrupted by her saying "anything else". She then said they were out of Strawberry and we asked for chocolate sprinkled to substitute. After changing my mind i just decided to order chocolate glazed. After I told her to make this transition she said "anything else" and I asked to order a mocha coffee and once again before I could ask for a caramel coffee as well I was was interrupted by her saying "anything else". I brushed off her rudeness and drove up to the window. She did not greet us or anything all she said was "who knew making a decision was sooo hard " in a sarcastic tone, handed us our order, closed the window and that was it. I'm very dissatisfied in this service. Whether you are having a good day or not the costumer is not the one to take it out on. I love the new building. Yes the old one had lots of memories for me - like many others, it was an after-club hangout for coffee and carbs and chatting with the local homeless who were getting endless refills. Yeah, I'm maybe going way back.... At any rate I love their donuts. Some say they are too sweet and prefer Dunkin Donuts. Honestly it's hard to find a bad donut. Krispy Kremes are consistent, fresh, tasty and great for that sugar coma that I need after a night partying. I've never had bad service. In fact I frequently get a free hot donut. I am extremely disappointed in how rude this location is. I pick up donuts for work frequently and today was no expectation when I went through the drive threw, I asked the cashier a question and she turned about and slammed the window shut. When she opened it back up she was extremely rude and would not let me use my points, just to get out of there I paid with my card. I also ordered medium drinks and was given a small,and when I asked about that the cashier shut the window again. It was so rude it was almost humorous. My husband and I just spent 45 minutes in the drive through. Not a single car moved for 20 minutes. That wasn't a big deal. What was a big deal is that when we finally got to order screen my husband was cut off three different times by the employee for various reasons. The employee even told my husband to stop his order so he could deal with another customer. Then when we arrived at the final window, the same employee didn't greet us with anything more than an eye roll and a demand to repeat our order. The employee was completely rude and unprofessional. Haven't been to krispy kreme in years and i was very disappointed when ordering at the drive through and discovered that they don't have chocolate cake, powdered, cheese cake, or any of the other flavors that we specifically went there for!! Extremely poor customer service! My boyfriend, sister, and I went and the lady was rude and impatient. Every time we said an item we wanted she immediately said "Are you done now", then she split our order up into three orders and became extremely nasty and slammed the drive thru window when we told her it was supposed to be one order. The coffee is fine, but the doughnuts are to die for. There is nothing like getting a hot Krispy Kreme doughnut--they are phenomenal and melt in your mouth. So, if you come in when the hot light is on be sure to ask for hot doughnuts (from other reviews, it sounds like you might not automatically get them if you just ask for glazed) Ever since I was a kid, I liked watching the hot doughnuts being made and in the new building, there's a big glass window with a step that is perfect for kids to look through and watch the process. read more

So I had to ask her. She was extremely rude and acted as if this was the last place she wanted to be. She wouldn't look at me, insulted me when I asked for a hot glazed donut for my daughter (in TX, OK & MO you get one free donut when the light is on but not here, they're .99) and charged me an up charge of .20 per donut on a dozen mixed donuts.
