Usually I absolutely love Krispy Kreme no matter what. There's nothing better than hot sugar & dough partying with your taste buds!!! But today wasn't a good one for me. I was upset because they said they CAN'T warm up my apple fritter....they can't? Really? Anyway, DD does it every time; so that left me feeling some type of way about my beloved KK. Anyway, that wasn't all....She then makes me the most gross hazelnut latte I've ever "tried" to drink in my life. Wow! That thing had to be made of pure syrup and sugar. And let me be the first to say that I truly love a sweet coffee. Finally, I couldn't use the coupon I'd driven all the way across town to get and back to KK to use. Went for talk like a pirate day and it was crowded!! 5 stars for having lots of employees on hand and getting us in and out as quick as possible. I don't think the building or parking lot is big enough for crowds. I have always loved KK doughnuts, yummy hot fresh now! That's what they are famously known for! Went our first Sunday in town because Dunkin in gulf breeze was closed. My third encounter with Krispy Kreme in my life, so im not one of those addict Krispy people. My daughter loved watching the conveyer belt roll by full of doughnuts getting glazed. Staff was nice, everything was delicious of course... coffee perfect. 4 stars, because my two downsides were that the line was to the door and moved at a snail pace, and the napkin area was a total mess with creamers and napkins just strewn around. Been eating Krispy Kreme all my life, dream of them and force myself to stay away most the time. Weight would be double if I ate them as much as I wanted. I don't think I"m going to have that problem anymore. Went in Yesterday,8/1/17 and the Hot glazed was good but not the melt in your mouth that they've always been. What did y'all do? The Bavarian cream, always my favorite, now the cream filled. That is the nastiest cream ever, I bought half a dozen of them and had to throw them in the garbage. It's a shame when you have tried and true recipes that have been beloved for decades and change it, probably to save money. I am sad. read more

Awesome donuts but RUDE workers. Went there with my family (some have never been to a Krispy Kreme) so we ordered a full box of donuts. The worker who was taking our order was visibly annoyed with us and when I tried to apologize for having such a big order, she ignored me. My brother in law also ordered a latte but they made the wrong order so they fixed it. However, when the guy brought it over to him, he gave the latte to my brother in law with disgust as if he was angry and inconvenienced that they provided the wrong drink. read more

Krispy Kreme is usually the best place to fill cravings for hot and fresh doughnuts. NOT THIS TIME! I placed an online order and had someone pick it up for me. The person I got to get the order for me called saying they only got 3 doughnuts from the window. I ordered 1 dozen glazed, 2 additional glazed and 2 lemon filled. She received 2 glazed and what looks to be a jelly filled. NOT WHAT WE ORDERED! When I tried to call the store, it took 5 times(literally) for someone to pick up the phone. I finally got an answer on the 5th call! I spoke to the manager, AUDREY. Audrey told me that she would personally make the order fresh and give an extra dozen for the inconvenience. The(driver) also said the worker at the window, ASHLEY, was very rude, throwing things, acting as if we were in the wrong for calling to complain. The driver called after picking up the order for the second time saying the order was still cold and no additional dozen was given. We are very disappointed in this mornings crew! They really took care of me and helped by recommending I order in such a way as to save money and get an extra donut- they didn't have to do that. The donuts were KK consistent and reasonably fresh, especially the raised glazed. read more

i am VERY disappointed with the experience i had. the girl at the window was HIGHLY disrespectful. i asked for a mocha coffee and she didn't even have the decency to mix it. i've never had a bad experience here but this was so bad i might not go back to this location. maybe management should actually think about the people they're hiring before they do. it's so sad this ghetto white girl had to ruin Krispy Kreme for me. :( read more

The hot and ready sign wasn't on so parking was easy to find. We made it just in time to grab a seat before the sign went on and people flooded the place. Donuts were standard glazed and blueberry cake. Only draw back was they didn't gave any unfrosted cake donuts (sometimes they do). read more

We went to this Krispy Kreme yesterday morning and brought home half a dozen donuts and some coffee. We've since decided that the donuts we purchased must have been old and stale because they weren't good at all. Customer service was less than spectacular as well. Disappointing. I really do love the Krispy Kreme donuts above all others. The problem is that every time they advertise a special donut, it is hardly ever there. I have been wanting to try the s'more ones for some time, but they are out every time I go, except for the last time. I did get half a dozen of them then and was disappointed to find that none of them had any filling in them. They were advertised as having marshmallow filling. They also never have the oreo cookie topping one or the honey bee ones. And at Valentines day there was a special one advertised that was never there when I went. I wish they would stop advertising donuts that they do not have. read more

I've only been inside this location once and I probably won't do it again. The two ladies working the counter were extremely rude. They didn't greet me, barely acknowledged me, I order a drink and they didn't ask what size so they gave me a small cup but charged me for a medium, and they continued to give me dirty looks. I sat down and waited for my drink and when it was done, one lady shouted at me "UM EXCUSE ME" for me to come get the drink from her at he counter.
