I've given this Krispy Kreme 2 chances. First chance, they were out of 7 different donuts that I liked when I traveled all the way from Idaho to come here. The 2nd time today, thought I'd give them another chance when they were sold out of even more donuts, and said they were out of milk for the coffee. What kind of donut place is out of milk??? I've been to this location multiple times when the Hot sign is on and they NEVER have hot doughnuts. Today I went and they told me they didn't have any hot doughnuts and that it would be a while before they had any. Why do you have the hot sign on then? I don't understand why some people revert to Pavlovian drooling whenever Krispy Kreme is mentioned. Their product is OK. JUST OK. KK is expensive. Their counter help was pretty indifferent and unfriendly and for my order of a half dozen apple fritters, I received five more or less regular sized fritters and one very small fritter that looked like it had broken off a larger one. Seriously? Target has better apple fritters...less expensive, size consistent...just better...and they're shipped in frozen from an off-site bakery! I don't see this place as a destination stop for things fatty and sweet. Hype. It seems Krispy Kreme is owned by JAB Holding Company, controlled by the Reimann family, descendants of Nazis and some of the earliest supporters of Adolf Hitler. Went July 4th. Ordered 2 dozen glazed and 2 dozen assorted. Assorted were ok and seemed fresh. Original glazed were old and probably made sometime last week. They were shriveled and had shrunk from the glaze and had a lumpy surface texture. All tasted dry and stale. I have had their donuts a week later and this supposed fresh glazed reminded me of them. Not worth the money for stale donuts. read more

This Location is right by our house so it's obviously the one we go to, and honestly After today I don't want to go again. It's 8:30, and they are as usual out of everything.... Worst customer service they don't pay attention to the ads Their own website didn't have the seasonal doughnuts as it was promoted as the only day on site to get them. Put in online order wasn't even close to being ready had to wait 20 mins for order after original pickup time. I put in My order for 1030 left the store at 11am ridiculous. 10 people running around manager kind of helped but not really. Will never order online again what a waste of time. No one read my order they tried to fix it but did t even check my online order. Never order online Forgot to refund me for the cinnamon roll that wasn't available on National Cinnamon Roll day as promoted. They had no clue and none were made for the event. No apple fritters either as the promotion says all over the store and on the website. Who is running this place? Not the manager and corporate is not telling them. Terrible, I've been three times during "business hours" only to see signs making excuses why they weren't open, (Cleaning inside at 8:30 AM - No staff at 6:00 PM etc, etc.) Then tried to use my app and a deal and the kid at the window couldn't find anything even though it was on my phone and scanned. So the free dozen became one dozen. Don't get me started on the buy 12 dozen get one free app. I've logged in and out, tried to use the missed transaction portion only to find that I get an error and have purchased 8 dozen trying to use he app and gotten credit for two. I asked about it and the kid at the window gave me a blank stare, said "hmmmm" and then told me that it will "Probably" take a bit of time to show up. STILL WAITING FOR A PURCHASE EIGHT, SEVEN, SIX, FIVE ETC. MONTHS AGO) Hey management don't you care? Is the fact that you're the all mighty Krispy Kreme a reason for this kind of service. Ahhh how I just wish this location would get their crap together. 95% of the time that I go, regardless of when in the day, they are out of the raspberry filled donuts or out of the maple donuts or out of the next three types of donuts I try to order. It seems they only make the traditional glazed!! They never have apple fritters in stock either and it is beyond frustrating. The staff aren't very friendly or attentive. The last time I went I actually left without even getting anything because I pulled up to the drive through and sat there for over 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged, then the girl just asked me to look over the menu and said she'd be right with me. I sat there for SIX MINUTES waiting for someone to take my order until finally I asked if I should just go inside to order because multiple people walked in after I pulled up since their inside counter is in full view of their drive through and those folks were all being assisted and so then the girl finally asks for my order. I give her my order and THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK OF THE DONUTS. At this point I was beyond pissed that I waited 10 minutes just to be told they didn't have what I wanted so I just left. So anyways, I'd recommend getting your donuts elsewhere- perhaps somewhere that intends to stay in business. read more
