They have that slightly sweet cornmeal interior that pairs so well with their savory dishes. Always worth adding! * Combo Jambalaya Plate: A massive portion and pure comfort. The spices were spot on--bold but not overwhelming--and every bite was loaded with meat and perfectly cooked rice. My goto comfort... The Next Chapter: For anyone worried about losing these flavors: don't panic! While Ragin' Cajun is closing, the owner and chef are reopening very soon in the same spot as Redondo Beach Grill.
