Burgers are insane, stacked tall with amazingness and have a ton of flavor. We placed an order easily online and it was ready promptly. My son and I shared the BULL ($19 - Bulgogi, Kimchi, Caramelized Onion, Shishito Peppers, Spring Mix, American, Cheddar, Korean Aioli) and it was amazing. It could have possibly had more aioli spread evenly on it if I had one very, very minor complaint. We also shared the Shishito Peppers because they were out of their awesome Brussel Sprouts ($10.00 - Lup Cheong Sausage, Chili Garlic Soy Reduction, Gochu-q) and man, that sausage is sick...so good. Just in time for AAPI Heritage Month, Proudly Serving collaborated with Filipino American kickboxing champion Jackie Buntan. Jackie grew up in the South Bay and is a fan of Proudly Serving, thus leading to her collaborating with them. The Buntan Burger by Jackie Buntan x Proudly Serving is a celebration of Filipino heritage and flavor in every bite. It has a double patty, mozzarella cheese, banana ketchup aioli, longganisa, and atchara on soft pandesal from Gemmae Bakeshop. I really enjoyed this burger. I loved how they used pandesal and how they had a lot of Filipino ingredients in this burger. The longganisa paired well with the burger patty and gave the burger a nice, sweet touch. I also really liked the touch of banana ketchup aioli and atchara. Aside from The Buntan Burger, I got the PS Fries. I've gotten these fries before and they still remain to be some of the best fries I've ever tried. The thick fries are so crisp and delicious. I am fan of the generous toppings of burger patty, cheese, griddled onions, pickles and special sauce. I love the PS Fries but definitely also want to try the Chili Cheese Fries next time. I called & let them know, they mentioned next time they would compensate me on my next order. Today, I ordered a breakfast burrito with my store "credit" originally promised & they gave me tons of push back on how I originally ordered my burger dry. I told them that is not even an option on DoorDash and I have photo proof. Long story short, they messed up the burger, by far, the worst I've had in a while. Then provided false promised customer service. Then argued about a mistake they made on order even though they promised store credit for the burger meal (& burrito would've been of lesser value.) After all the back and forth with them, I said forget it. All and all. They just lost a customer who has been ordering there for years. Good thing there is a better quality burger place opening up in town, go to Fantastics instead or Steve's Burger.

Both my husband and I felt indifferent about our meals overall, and neither of us could really taste the hash browns in the burritos. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the restrooms were clean. However, based on this experience, I'm not sure I would return for breakfast burritos.
