    4 piece Chicken Tenders

iykyk for some reason these gas station fried chicken hits the spot... you have to know when they make it fresh because if you get it at night might not be fresh anymore. But we drove up around 9:30am and we got some tenders (we got honey mustard sauce) and chicken with mashed potatoes and gravey. Biscuits are already laced with honey on top. Wonderful quick eat.

Inside the gas station mark.... Next to the Krispy Krunchy chicken (which is awesome) is Taco Rico. Made to order burritos and tacos. Super Fast and fresh and huge! I enjoyed the birriera burrito at $8... enough for two meals

This place is decent. I've been here a couple of times before and didn't really care for it, but…read morethis time I switched up the sauce and went with the garlic butter with lemon pepper. I can finally say it was 4 out of 5. Next time, I'll probably order the "Burn My Tongue" level because I love my food really spicy...like really spicy. I definitely enjoy bold heat. The service was decent as well. I just wish our server had come back to check on us a couple more times because it was a little hard to get her attention. I needed a few extra lemons, and it took a while to ask. Other than that, everything was good overall.

I really wanted to like this spot, but we probably won't be coming back anytime soon…read more We love the Milpitas location and assumed all locations offered the same drinks. We were disappointed to find out this one doesn't offer micheladas or Coke Zero (only Diet), both of which the Milpitas location offers. Service was also frustrating. We came in for a Friday lunch and they weren't busy, yet it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us and seat us. Even getting our order in was difficult because our server rarely came by. There were only a few other tables and three servers total, so it didn't make sense. We had to wave multiple times just to get someone's attention. The biggest issue was when we ordered 3 lunch shrimp boils and added 1/2 lb of extra sausage. Each lunch is supposed to come with 1 corn, 2pcs sausage, 2 pcs potatoes, and 1 boiled egg. Naturally, we assumed ordering 3 lunches would mean three orders of all of that, and one of the bags would have the extra sausage. Instead, they put all the shrimp into one bag. Ok fine but then we noticed we only had 1 corn when we should've had 3 in there. Once we noticed we were short on corn, we realized we were short on everything else too, with 2 pcs potatoes, and 1 egg in the entire bag. When we brought it up, our server said we should have specified that we wanted three separate bags. That didn't make sense to us. We've ordered the same way at the Milpitas location and received 3 separate bags with all the included items in each. Even if they combined everything into one bag, it doesn't explain why we were missing sides or why we would want less sides. She did say she'd bring out the missing items, but again, it was difficult to get her attention. The servers were mostly standing behind the counter instead of checking on tables. We also noticed their lunch pricing varies depending on shrimp head-on or head-off, which is different from the other location (they charge the same for either) and the Stockton location is slightly more expensive for lunch too..maybe b/c they add an egg? The egg was also over boiled and almost grey inside (you know what I'm talking about!) The yolk just crumbled. The sauce though was consistent and that's what we love about Cajun Crackin. Same great flavor. Overall, we wanted to give this location a chance, but between the slow service, the pushback on what should have been a straightforward order, and the limited drink options, it just didn't leave a good impression.

Wow, I was so impressed with the uniqueness of this place! I've been to conveyor belt sushi places…read morebefore but this is the first time I have seen individual hot pots with accompaniments coming to you on a conveyor belt! What a great concept!! Everyone is seated with their own individual hot pot plate to build their own individual hot pot. (Don't worry it does not burn). You choose your basic soup broth, choose the meat you would like, and then start grabbing things off the conveyor belts! It not only is a fun concept, you can get quite creative with how you build your hot pot and choose just the things to your liking. I was amazed that they had very authentic Chinese ingredients to choose from - wood ear, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, different kinds of noodles, fish balls, Napa cabbage, octopus, and lots of different varieties of selfish, plus much much more! I chose the traditional broth and they even had Chinese red dates in it plus wolfberries (sometimes known as Goji berries) in the broth just like what I grew up with The service was just ok, since it was our first time there we had to ask a lady to show us what we were supposed to do. She was helpful, but the servers don't come around very often. That said, the plates and dishes clutter up really fast and they don't come around very often to clear the dishes, for which I would have taken a star off. But my experience there with conveyor belt hot pot was so nice that I'm leaving it at five stars. What I liked best besides the authentic ingredients, is that you can become quite creative to build your own hot pot to your own liking.

Love having my own individual pot and personalizing my broth and spice level. The meat is fresh (1 meat at a time), and the DIY sauce station. Price is reasonable too when you go at lunchtime. Waitress is super nice too.

I'm giving this Ono Hawaiian BBQ location a four-star rating based on a noticeable drop in customer…read moreservice compared to my first visit. On my first visit, the experience was great--I was greeted upon arrival not only by the cashier but also by the team preparing the food. That welcoming atmosphere stood out. Today, however, while the food was just as exquisite as before, the customer service was lacking. When I entered the establishment, I went straight to the order pickup/online order line. My presence and appearance were not acknowledged by anyone. I made eye contact with several front-counter employees, yet no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. There was an individual standing next to the online pickup area who appeared to be too busy on their phone to acknowledge me at all. Moments later, a female customer arrived after me to pick up a DoorDash order, and I realized that the individual on their phone was responsible for handing off online orders. That gentleman definitely needs to work on multitasking and should be trained to acknowledge customers' presence. Additionally, being on a personal phone while on the clock--especially in a customer-facing role--is something that should be coached and corrected. That said, the food was absolutely delicious, just as I remembered. The cleanliness of the establishment and the overall presentation were also excellent. In summary, Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Los Banos delivers outstanding food and maintains a clean, well-presented restaurant, but the team needs to go back to the cutting board when it comes to attention to detail in customer service. With improved engagement and awareness, this location could easily be a five-star experience.

Well the food was fine but the service here is pretty absent…read more We were at least welcomed in but the problem was it took 10 minutes of waiting in front of the counter for a second fork. Also had missing dessert item that I just took myself in the end. It's clear that the drive through is prioritized. I got the fish and bbq chicken. The fish was overly salty and overly peppered but I guess that may be the style. The fish itself was flaky and the chicken was tender. The good thing about this place is that it has a clean bathroom right next to Dutch bros.
