Both toilets hadn't been flushed in ages, brim full of toilet paper and human waste. NO STARS AT ALL!! I'm only adding the 1 star cause Yelp makes you do it!!! I just left this subway location and I can tell you right now I would never ever return. Even if it's the last subway for another million miles! For starters their bathroom was disgusting and it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years. And the hot water wasn't working! So how do these employees wash their hands properly after using the bathroom and going back to handle our food?? I order a breakfast sandwich because there's a sign there that reads "breakfast served ALL DAY" they proceed to tell me that their eggs are frozen? OK! Then take down that sign! It's one thing to say "we ran out" but "the eggs are frozen?!?" Well unfreeze then since you're promoting BREAKFAST ALL DAY!!!! Then I order a 6 inch tuna (sandwich of the day) and when it was cut the guy "helping" me so obviously picked out the smaller piece and put the larger one back in the trays. It wasn't even a 6 inch. To the point were I had to ask him to use the other piece. (Did he purposely cut me a smaller piece because I wasn't paying the full price?!?) Then I asked for cucumbers and he only put 2. I used to work at subway... We all know it's supposed to be 3. But point of all this is they are extremely cheap when it comes to the amount of ingredients they use on the sandwiches. So much that they put less then the called for amount. Again, Could it have been because I ordered the sandwich of the day?? So basically what I'm seeing here is that when we order a sandwich that they are promoting at a lower rate... They make sure to give us less because we are paying less??? Hmmmm..... Then, I hadn't realized that my husband had also ordered the 6 inch tuna so I asked if they could charge it as a 12 inch. Mind you, the guy was the one helping me... But the rude girl working next to him made sure to answer that one.... But she didn't direct the answer to me... It was to him. She said no because my husbands sandwich was toasted and mine wasn't. So I asked him to toast mine. Then again, she tells him instead of speaking to me directly... And said that he couldn't charge it because we ordered them as two 6 inch. So he HAD to charge them as such. I understand that, but she could've been more understanding or nice about it. Instead she was extremely rude. Never addressing me as the customer that was standing right in front of her, instead only choosing to speak to him as if I was not there at all. It was extremely uncomfortable and you could tell that the guy was uncomfortable as well by the nervous look on his face. Like he was the middle man between her and I. I do not appreciate them taking advantage of their customers, first with their "promotions" they give us the least possible because we aren't paying full price and acting like they're all high and mighty because there's no other subway in the area. None of those reasons gives any chain restaurant or any place for that matter, the right to take advantage of a paying customer! I will never ever go there again. First of all, I'm going to give this subway a two star relief because it happens to be in one of the most depressing places a subway could be, and the server was not exactly impolite. It's tucked between 3 cheap motels, and connected to a Mexican restaurant that apparently needs no parking. I wanted some coffee, but apparently they stop brewing at a certain point during the day. The coffee I had was around 12 hours old, and was disgusting. The cashier made no offer to make a fresh batch, but I was desperate. I ordered cookies, and asked her to warm them up and when I got in the car they were barely warm. Can't say I would expect much but it was a complete waste of time and money. read more
