Within the last year my hair has grown to just above my waist. This is with lightening it, with the extensions and with regular haircuts. My hair has improved tremendously. You always hear horror stories about extensions and how they can make your hair fall out. That is true if you go to places that don't have a clue about what they are doing. I know that if I continue to come here my hair will continue to grow and improve over time. While realistically my hair is long enough to no longer wear the extensions, I love the added volume. I was told I would get an update within 24 hours--days went by with no communication. Only after reaching out again was I finally told the refund would be processed. While I did eventually receive confirmation, I was disappointed to see that shipping was deducted, even though I had already paid to send the item back. After all the delays and lack of follow-through, that felt like poor business practice. Customer service should not require this level of persistence just to get a resolution. The lack of communication, repeated runaround, and having to chase my own refund made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
