Between scheduling a time slot based on my schedule - past several times they sent notes order will Not be ready on time. PLUS when I place the order online is shows a few items out of stock. But when I get there to pick up order many items are not included. Plus, when their 3rd party starts to pick my items in the store and as they let me know items are out of stock there isn't a button to cancel the order. I use delivery and pick up when I have large order of cases of water, fire logs, firewood - heavy items. Furious! read more

My experiences at this Kroger location vary each time, but for the most part, it's a standard grocery store run. The parking lot is a little small for how busy it gets, but not much to be done there. They have a clearance section I love checking out and often score some major deals. The staff is kind of hit or miss on friendliness. read more

The Kroger app is rrealy synched with the POS systdem at checkout even when using the Kroger card and clipped digital coupons. If I had the time I would document the app/checkout process. Watch out! Kroger is in the business of selling people gift cards that are not activated. They sold two worthless Amazon cards to my mom. She had bought them for Christmas gifts for my brother-in-law and me. $190 for two worthless pieces of plastic. They replaced one but I've been trying to get the second one replaced for two months and they continue to give me the runaround. I highly recommend getting your gift cards elsewhere. I stopped in on March 31 and purchased a few items along with a couple of gift cards. I'm in sales and often purchase gift cards for my clients. However they mistakenly placed my gift cards in another customer's bag and they went home with them. I called back. They said they would review the tape so they could make things right however, I never got a call back from anyone after multiple attempts. I finally reached out to corporate which agreed to reimburse me for half of the amount I spent. Hire people who care enough to fulfill pick up orders with the items that were actually ordered.

Although I live closer to the Hamilton Ave location, I usually go to this one because it feels less congested inside. The lot is hard to navigate because there are not enough parking spaces and it's the busier part of the area. Normally, I am able to find what I need but they were out of tons of food this last visit. I understand that when there is shrub threat of weather how people stock up like they are going to be in for weeks but this store had so many bare areas you'd think they were closing. I compare this to others in other parts of town and there are huge differences. I also realize there are different qualities of brands depending on the location. This trip, I was able to get some items but it didn't put me in a place where I won't need to go back. I will have to return to another location to get a few of the items that were missing. The staff was nice however and got me through quickly considering there are always just a few lanes actually open and self check out has huge lines always. read more

Management saw cameras and told me that there was no such evidence that I did. Still, they didn't make him apologize to me nor offer me an incentive for my inconvenience. Wow. Just tried click list at this Kroger it would have been faster to hire my 86 year old grandmother to wheel about in her wheelchair to collect the things I was waiting on. There's only three pick up locations, and no overflow parking. Means that if the three spots are busy it is a race to see who can jump into this one spot that opens up. Ridiculous. Almost saw a fistfight waiting for two people to get into a one parking spot. Definitely not a safe environment. And Kroger if you're paying attention, I think you'd now be responsible if something happened. Once you get into the coveted click list pick up location, you sit and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. My suggestion just skip the store completely. The worst! Had really bad luck w clicklist. About every third trip they charge me for items but forget to include in my order so I have to go back up there. The whole point of click list is supposed to be convenience but it is super inconvenient to have to run back up there. They never give me items for free like they would have done if price was wrong. Usually they do not even apologize. The last time they forgot 4 of my items they charged me for. The kid apologized and gave me a gift card for my troubles. Problem was there was $0 on the gift card! So had to return a third time. I'm officially done. Just tried Shipt thru Meijer where they deliver to the house and was quite happy. Sorry Kroger u will not be getting my $800+ a month I normally spend there anymore. read more

This is our regular Kroger. (We also get groceries at various other places, including the Krogers in North College Hill and in Madeira). Aside from a few management hiccups with training, we mostly enjoy doing our weekly shopping here. Early Saturday mornings are the best when the crowds are non-existent and the shelves are well stocked. Not sure why they don't do this overnight, but they ALWAYS seem to be stocking shelves during operating hours, blocking aisles with boxes and carts. We find that to be the case at every Kroger we've ever been to. This one, though, has one thing the others don't--"Miss Eileen". She is by far the best, friendliest and most helpful check-out clerk there. We always try to get her and have even meandered a bit waiting for her line to decrease. Otherwise, this Kroger is pretty much like any other. Not bad, but nothing special either. read more

This is the Kroger I go to because it's close. I don't love it, but it usually gets the job done! Parking lot is really cramped and always has crooked cart corrals and trash everywhere. Store itself is cramped, too. They also recently built a big cube/room inside for clicklist storage, which made things a little more cramped. Plus sides are: it's small, so you can usually get in and out pretty quickly. The produce is usually pretty good. And, the old man who is almost always the gas station attendant is super nice and precious! read more

Terrible experience I'm actually standing at the the front of the store like an idiot with no explanation why my order was lost even though I placed it three days ago. After accepting payment for all of the items we purchased they then handed me a basket with less than 25% of the items I paid for (no receipt given or offered). This was he worst place ever. The gas station person saw me pull in. Saw me inter my 20 cent discount and saw me put my card in to pay then 7 cents into the pumping he shuts off all pumps I lost out on my 20 cent discount and the Kroger person was not understanding at all and shut me down when I asked him why. I was on empty and the employee was playing dumb to why he shut it off on me at 7 cents. The facts are he waited till I put all info in and watch me then shut he pumps off. This employee did this for what reason? Kroger's this was rude and bad business. I won't be back and I will cut my shopping Dow at Kroger's because of this rotten service. I guess it is all about management. This is such an awful Kroger. The parking lot and store are minuscule to service such a large area. The staff is always goofing off and chatting. Takes forever to checkout! Other Kroger's are so much more efficient such as Mason, Oakley and Hyde Park. I guess I need to move to one of those areas for good service. Worst Kroger in city to clicklist. From time you pull up and try to call and check in it is not irregular to sit waiting 30 or more minutes. Several times I've tried calling to check in but no one answers at clicklist desk. This in addition to them being out of stock of some staple items that I've yet to see another Kroger run out. In comparison, I've gone to West Chester to pick up clicklist and although the lines are sometimes double what they are in Finneytown I've never sat more than 10-15 min, never had them not immediately answer the phone for checkin, and seldom are they out of multiple items. read more

Kroger you need to be ashamed of yourself, your Kroger store on Winton rd is a disaster for a disabled person who needs a riding cart. . On the 18th of this month I went to Kroger's, it is only about 3 miles from my home. I have been diagnosed with chronic pain in my lower back. I have to use a walker in order to get. Ihave excepted the fact and I will be in pain for the rest of my life. When I arrived at Kroger's I normally get A regular cartAnd use it to get from my car to the inside of Kroger's it hold me up so I can walk into your store. When I got into the store there was an out of order sign On one of the Motor carts Low and behold and I look at the other end and the cart Said out of order also. If that was not bad enough, there was no place to sit I went to Customer Service and asked to speak to their supervisor. She apologized and said the carts gets beat up.She went and got me a chair which I thought was nice. After 40 minutes they finally found a cart. And organization as big as Kroger's should always have extra motorized carts. I hate to change my location to another Kroger's because the people in the pharmacy treat me so well. Last Friday 5/31/2019 had the worst experience with this store. It has been slowly going downhills, but this was by far the worst. I was there around 8 pm. Garbage was strewn about outside the store, making the area look trashy. At the deli, they were out of numbers. I had to, therefore, stand in line. They were down to one meat slicer, so everyone was very backed up and forced to stand right in place as noone bothered to fill the number container. While standing there for 30 minutes couldnt help but notice day old meat sandwhich samples. They were a health hazard and very disgusting. Still under glass since early morning i would guess. Proceed to checkout and you guessed it, noone is working. Stood in line at the self checkout for another 20 minutes. Finally its my turn. Oops the scanner needs help from the worker, no worker is in sight. Another ten minutes. Horrible store and experience. Store needs torn down. An insult to the area. read more

Do not use Clicklist at this store - abominable service!! Signed up for timeslot 3-4 pm on Saturday. My husband showed up at 3:15 and had to wait for a parking spot. Then was told they were running 45 minutes behind. He finally got home at 5:35! Only to find that half of the order was missing. Fortunately we had a receipt showing that we paid for it. So back to the store he went and had to wait 35 minutes in the customer service line then sent to Clicklist station to find most of the rest of the order was sitting in the cooler - but it was not all there. So he waited another 25 minutes while someone retrieved the rest of the missing items. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened to me at this store. It's a mediocre store at best - but the only one in this area so they are busy nonetheless. Stay away from the Clicklist at this store. read more

So I tried click list today. This Kroger is not close to me but with two small children and limited time I figured it was worth a shot. The night before I went to the site and found the closest Kroger to me and searched for my items. They make it easy because my most frequently bought items show up from using my Kroger card. I pulled into one of the designated parking spots to the right of the building in the parking lot. You pull up and push the call button. They ask for your name and within 5 minutes they were swiping my card and then loading my items. I saw two other cars pull up as I left. I will definitely be using this service again I really, really hope it shows up at the Kroger closer to me. Anyone with small children or tech Savy seniors are even those with limited mobility this is a great choice. read more

Poor choice for a store. This location is pathetic! Parking is like watching monkeys chasing after a banana. The parking is way to small for the amount of customers. My latest visit, the aisles were blocked with palette jacks making getting around the area hazardous. No excuse for leaving these devices out. My husband needed to use the mens room and he came out and said the place smelled and was dirty. Again, NO EXCUSE! I find many times that what I am needing is not available, like yesterday, looking for unsalted peanuts in the shell. Also, this store hardly ever has the milk I need and never has it in gallon sizes. I usually end up having to go to the Dollar General to get that, which makes me have to make TWO stops. What is wrong with the manager of this store? I am now thinking I will go out of my way and shop somewhere else. Please do something about this store. I am only here for 5 months out of the year and nothing ever gets better. read more

Kroger is a Nationwide chain and normally rates somewhere in the middle for freshness, price and customer service. This particular Kroger though is lacking. This Kroger is consistently unable to provide fresh produce. On any given visit the lettuce is brown and/or wilting and the garlic and onions are old past their freshness sell by quality. The cashiers are always friendly, but they are not always available. During the day you can find one cashier and then self-check out. Self-check out is a pain if you have more then four bags worth of groceries or if you are purchasing produce. Today, I decided to purchase some of their already made (fresh-made) fried chicken from the deli area. The bins were filled with assorted chicken, but there were no prices or signs about the chicken. I waited for my turn. A man came over, I requested fried chicken and asked about pricing. He did not answer, so I thought okay, I'll just tell him the pieces that I want. Much to my dismay, the man informed me that a customer is not allowed to order more then four pieces unless they call ahead. The man clearly saw that I have four children with me and did I mention they had a large amount of fried chicken? I told him I did not understand, was the chicken in the case reserved? He replied no. Why would a grocery store refuse to sell food? I decided to check out with the groceries I needed. But wait it gets better... When I was in line, I asked to speak with the store manager. The store manager was not available. The assistant store manager called the deli and was told the same information. By this time I was already paying for my necessary groceries. He did not understand, but said the deli said it is their policy to NOT sell more then four pieces to a customer without a phone order. To this I say RIDICULOUS!!!!! They have no posted policy, no prices and the customer is just ... well I guess they just do not want our business. read more

I am at this Kroger's frequently, I am handicapped and must use an electric cart. Unfortunately I find the aisles blocked with merchandise that needs to be shelved. I cannot reach some items while in the cart and have to use my cane to knock things down for me to catch. Other customers frequently assist me. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is the drivers going through the stop signs when you are trying to leave. I have almost been hit 4 times. read more
