This store has grown on me. It is never as crowded as the other Kroger stores in the NW suburbs. They do seem to still have issues keeping stock on the shelves, but it has gotten better. The produce here seems much fresher than at other locations and I love the convenience of the gas station to use fuel points. read more

This store is essentially self-service. Good luck if you want help with anything. I was here yesterday and asked a worker in produce if the store carried a particular type of product. He said he didn't know. I asked if he could look it up, but he said he did not have that device with him. I asked him if he could ask anyone else and he said no! This sadly is just the latest in very poor customer service at Kroger. There clearly is a real lack of training and/or poor management. read more

This Kroger is so close and would be so convenient for me... but it's such a hot mess that I try to avoid it at all costs. I've been shopping at this Kroger off and on for 6 years and they've been doing renovations for at least 5 of those years. Aisles and products are moved at least monthly, and bless their hearts but the employees can't keep up either. There's more space in this Kroger dedicated to Starbucks and the florist than there is to produce and dry goods combined. They did recently add a second cluster of self-checkout kiosks... but I've only ever seen one side of the self checkouts open. For some reason, this Kroger also seems to be more expensive than other Krogers I've been to (Marysville, Hilliard, the other Dublin Kroger) and I don't know why that would be. Their pharmacy is severely overworked and understaffed and appears to be a revolving door when it comes to staff retention. Overall, this Kroger is so close to so many neighborhoods that it could really be such a great convenient shopping spot, but they're currently missing the mark hard. read more

I purchased a whole loaf of pumpernickel bread from the bakery for the holidays at a cost of $7.98. It was horrible. Very dry with very little taste. I was so disappointed. I do not mind paying a high price for a quality product, but this was not the case. read more

I started ordering grocery pickup from here after continuously getting rotten and moldy produce from Walmart. The stuff is always ready at your chosen pickup time and I don't get emails/ texts about how the order is running late every time. I have received all of my items every time and if something needs to be replaced or refunded, they let you know before they start loading stuff. Their produce is usually fresh and if I save it correctly it last more than 3 days, their fresh meats and seafoods are pretty awesome too. Honestly I thought shopping here would be a lot more expensive than Walmart, but with their membership card and all of the coupons they offer it winds up being about the same and the stuff is soooo much better. read more

I'm from out of town, and cashier Alex in self check out was a great help to me. As someone who's never been to Kroger before, I'll definitely be back. He was such an awesome help, helping me ring up both ice and wood and letting me know where I can grab both on my way out. We needed to shop for Sunday dinner. We wanted to avoid crowds due to COVID-19 so we arrived at the store at 6:45AM. I took us about 1/2 hour to shop, had a cart full of items, and we were ready to checkout by about 7:15AM. Not one cash register was open. Not one! So now we're forced to use self checkout. The elderly store attendant offered her help, but coming into contact with her, as nice as she seemed, would totally void the reason we had come to the store so early - to avoid direct contact with others. After checking out most of our items the cashier shows up. Sorry. I'm late. Who's to blame? Management. If he/she had to man a register himself/herself that's what should have been done. If the manager didn't know his cashier was late it's still on him/her. I'm done with Kroger's. If you open at 6:00AM you should be ready to serve customers read more

I frequent this Kroger at least once per week because it is in a convenient location for me. The prices, like at all Kroger stores, are fair. The layout is good and I can typically find everything that I'm looking for here. There is a clinic and a pharmacy located inside, so that is a plus. They have some newer shopping features where you can order and pick up your groceries, or scan items as you shop. I haven't been brave enough to try these features yet, but I think they sound cool. We've never had any issues while shopping here. read more

One of the most poorly staffed, disorganized grocery stores I've ever shopped at. Saturdays are a huge grocery shopping day, but this location responds with only two aisles open and one of the two self-checkout stations open. read more

As far as Krogers go this one is pretty nice. I usually frequent it's sister store down the road on bridge Street but was feeling a little fancy tonight. Soi why not hit the fancy Kroger. Well, that and the five guys is next door. Seriously though this Kroger had one of the best cheese selections in the area and everything is clean and well organized. But at the end of the day it's still just a Kroger, they're not winning any innovation awards. Bonus points for minute clinic although really, a minute? Not buying it. read more

I went this morning during Senior hour (7:00-8:00am) and was greeted with a smile from 2 employees. I watched as they politely asked younger people to come back after 8:00. THANK YOU!! The produce was well stocked and I even found a chuck roast. There was little in the pasta aisle, but I've found that in other stores since the virus started. Love this store. Been in here many times and you can never go wrong in this store. One of my favorite spots in the store is over by the magazines/books where there are a couple of leather couches. Yeah, lets just say that I was ready to take a nap there the last time I was at this store. Overall the store is clean, easy to find what you're looking for as well. read more

I'm aware that Kroger's is no longer open 24 hours and now closes at 1 AM. But come on I walk the store at 10:30 and they said they are closing at 11 tonight. Kroger is my preferred grocery market. I happen to forget my lunch, while on my way to sub, thus this Kroger was closest. Of course this was a great store: tons of open parking spots, two separate entrances, good flow and placement, stocked shelfs, big isles, good lane identification signs, plenty of check-out lanes, and polite cashiers. The one down side: Location! This store is not right of Avery Rd. You have to turn off a side road, and their parking lot is off that road. Worst grocery store ever. Was walking in passing a green Honda CR-V. Had a dog in it it was 80° outside the dog was in there for over 50 minutes. Called Kroger to see if they can make an intercom message telling the owner to come get their dog it is too hot for the dog to be in the car. Family member was inside at the store I was next to the car making sure the dog doesn't pass out they never made an intercom went and told them and they said we did lie to my face they don't care about that what would they do if there's a baby in the car. read more

Friendly staff, great location, great seafood selection. The little clinic has been great for simple fixes. I've gotten a flu shot there and I've been seen for a sinus infection there. It's awesome that the little clinic is in kroger read more

Was super low on gas, so I went to fill up. I went to the counter to use my card and I was told I wasn't able to because it was my mother's card, which is understandable. Obviously, I was slightly annoyed, because I desperately needed gas, but I understood why. After the cashier reluctantly handed my card over, I went to my car to go somewhere else, when the man behind the counter comes to my car to and starts grilling me on how I don't understand how being a cashier works and how I need to have respect. The man behind has taken my card a number of times, and I was already in my car to go to another gas station, yet he felt the need to come to my car and berate me on how to be more respectful towards him. It was absolutely unacceptable for him to approach me in that manner, and I will not be coming back to this Kroger. read more

With my experience with Kroger (not just this location, but in general), I'd rather shop at Giant Eagle/Market District, I just like the products and service better there I used to work at this Kroger location, and while it's not the worst place to work, there are much better places to work out there From a customer perspective, they could do better, don't get me wrong, they have some nice and helpful employees, but they still have some bad apples (rude and/or unhelpful employees) Not long ago I went to the Customer Service desk (Guest and Money Services) to break a $100 bill (Chase was closed as it was on a Sunday), and there were no office staff behind the desk, I noticed 2 employees from the office just talking to each other, not doing anything, standing by the registers (I remembered them from when I worked there, so I knew they were from the office), after waiting about 5 minutes they moved from beside the registers to the front, completely ignoring us, my fiancé went up to ask for service and they refused, asking another employee from the office that was logged into a register and was in the middle of checking someone out, she also refused (understandable, she was busy at the time), both of the employees who refused, even though they weren't doing anything, looked at each other as if they couldn't do it, and was wondering if the other could (pure laziness), one of them FINALLY decided to take matters into their own hands and help us, after we were finally helped, my fiancé and I left the store appalled, and we both thought the same thing... Wow, I didn't think Kroger's in Dublin could be so poorly ran We went in to get 2 prescriptions filled at 5pm on a Thursday after my wife's surgery The girl said it would be 50 minutes, even though I told her i would wait because my wife needed it badly So, while waiting i walked around. The place was filthy No carts in the store, I asked a elderly guy at the scanner where the carts where and he pointed to the parking lot. I went to the deli and ordered a pound of Boars Head chicken and watched in surprise as the deli woman sliced my $9 a pound cold cut on a dirty slicer. I then ordered Colby cheese and without hesitation she cut my cheese on the same dirty slicer. I didn't say anything because at this point I just wanted to get the perceptions and get out. I stopped in the men's room and it looked as if it hadn't been attended in weeks, see the pic I proceeded to the pharmacy and asked for the prescription The young hairball gave me the bag and I paid for it When I got to the car my wife asked me where the other bottle was for there was only one prescription in the bag I went back in They told me the doctor had inadvertently called the other one in at Target Easton and it would have to be cancelled before they(Kroger) could fill it I told the pharmacy manager, "you couldn't have told me that when I was standing here the first time?" She smiled I called Target they cancelled it, then Kroger finally filled it All this took an hour and a half What Dublin needs is a Meijers store to show them how to run a store read more

I made a trip to this location a few day before Christmas to pick up a prescription for my son because my usual Kroger was out of stock. I headed to the walk-up window and gave the pharmacist my son's info for the prescription, which had been transferred by the pharmacist at the other location. As I was verifying information, the pharmacist very curtly stated that it wasn't supposed to be picked up for another hour. I had told the tech at the previous location that I'd be going straight there, so I don't know why they were given a later pick up time. I told the pharmacist that I didn't have a problem with waiting (since we desperately needed the prescription). She hung up the phone for the speaker while I was mid-sentence and walked away. I went back to the car, sick kid in tow, waited about half an hour, picked up the prescription and left. At no point was I greeted with a "hi", "thanks", or anything other than "last name? birthdate?" from the pharmacy staff. I get that the pharmacy was pretty slammed with a pre-Christmas rush, and the pharmacy staff probably didn't want to be there. But I didn't appreciate the fact that I seemed to be inconveniencing them by picking up a prescription (especially considering that they could plainly see that it was for a sick small child). Trust me, I wish I hadn't been there picking up meds for my sick 1 yr old the week of Christmas either. I doubt I'll be back, as I'd rather drive a little further next time than be scolded & hung up on for showing up too early. read more
