DONT TRUST SHOPPING HERE!! This Kroger bait and switch their price tags with a lower priced tag on the shelves & a high price at check out. After being instructed to go take a picture of the price tags they informed me the price tags expired 2 months ago and would have to pay the higher price. Never going back here. read more

Came here for items for my seafood boil. Store was stocked with everything on my list and online coupons came in handy. Only complaint is There is a huge huge puddle of murky water where you get your carts from my AirPod fell in the puddle but overall everything on my list was in stock. read more

This was an Okay supermarket, but over the years the population exploded and the size of the store and parking is no longer sufficient for the area. They replaced all people with machines, and it's a place i now avoid. Frankly if i walk into a store and the only option at the end of my shopping is self checkout, then i leave the basket or cart and walk out. Unless they pay me minimum wage to ring myself out, i see no benefit to having to do this myself.. They have also added cctv to multiple aisles, treating everyone like a criminal. I avoid this store at all costs, I will drive up to dublin, or out to upper Arlington if i have to use a kroger. read more

We really like their birthday cakes, especially the whipped frosting ones. Went to order a birthday cake for my wife and was told they would not be able to do it due to a staffing shortage. This is one of my wife's favorite cakes but had to let her know I couldn't get it. Please be aware of this if you go to order a cake. read more

This is my go-to Kroger since it's really close to my house. The selection is hit or miss but more so lately, miss. I haven't been able to find many of the meats and produce I'm looking for. The store is clean and the customer service is generally good. The crew always says hello and is more than willing to help find something or help take your bags to your car. Liquor store selection is also limited. I may have to consider going to he Kroger on Frantz road to prevent multiple trips throughout the week. read more

I love This store!!!! I've been shopping here for the last five years for all of my groceries. I'm 71 years Old and I'm not a huge customer but I'm guessing I spent about $4000 a year there 99% of the time if I have a question or can't find something in stock I will ask one of their associates and they will go in the back and look for it And more often than not they will find it and bring it out to me. With a smile on their face!!!!! By the way I love the rotisserie chicken!!!!!! My only complaint Is that some of what I'm guessing are teenagers If you ask them a question Are standing around the self check out area looking at their phones I'm guessing texting her friends read more

Absolute worst shopping experience I have ever experienced in my life. I live about a minute away but I will go out of my way so I don't have to set foot in there. Staff is unhelpful and rude. Last time we were in, my 32 year old girlfriend was refused sale of nyquil, then, when asked for a manager, the small, petty, shameful excuse for a cashier called the police on her and did a full, invasive search, dumping her purse out and searching her pockets and clothing right there in the middle of the store just because she wanted to speak to a manager. Then when corporate was called, they said they would "look into it" and nothing was done. If it is corporate policy to treat their customers like criminals, then that is a business that does not deserve to have customers. read more

This is my go to store. I work with the homeless and I know Kroger is a big supporter oh mid Ohio food bank. I often order fried chicken at the deli. First time I ordered 250. Pieces at Roberts rd store. Got here an hour early and they didn't have half of it done and their equipment was broken. The cemetery rd store saved us. The last two times I've ordered over 300 pieces and it was ready to go at 4:00 like I needed. Also we cook for the holidays for around 300 and the manager is very kind to help us with sale items. I shy away from Kroger, because prices are high and the parking lots are crazy. Poorly planned crazy, as if they are making them complicated on purpose. This one has a bit of that, but I got in and out safely. Prices? Still high. But the store is clean and well-organized. I found what I needed, and saw plenty of options and interesting choices to tempt me. But I stayed on task and got in and out. Service was very friendly and helpful. I just wanted to give a shout out to Andy "Batman" I believe he said is his nickname lol. He wasn't even on the clock but he still took over 10 minutes to help me fill helium balloons and tie strings to them! What a sad cooperation Kroger has become. I only stop in now to pick up one or two things. This is why. The employees don't seem to care. I parked, there was a person out collecting carts and he went to the cart rack and only took those carts in. The ones loose in the lot were left where they lay. He never return. Second went inside, went back to the dairy section. I had to wait as a person who was digging through the sour cream to find a container with a reasonable expiration date on it. She was reaching far back into the cooler to accomplish that task. Be careful and always check the dates when buying dairy at Kroger. Got my stuff went to pay. Kroger has now removed aisles of cashiers. They are replaced by self scans. Which are fine if you have a few items. But not if you have a cart full. Today was a better day and they had two cashiers working on the registers. I've been there when they only had one. The lines at the two cashiers were extending to the aisles, and then some. They were quite a few shoppers waiting to be cashed out. Everyone in line had a full cart. They were going to wait awhile. Kroger is all self scan before 8am. I found out the hard way as I shopped early one morning and found no cashiers. I asked and that what I was told. No registers open before 8. So I ask them to return the groceries to the shelf. I had a cart full and had no room to check it all out at the self scan. That was the last time I went to Kroger with the intention of buying a large grocery purchase. At least Aldi's, and Costco, there they will scan your items. They are very efficient at it also. But poor Kroger's they want you to scan and bag to get out the door. Kroger stock prices have lost about a 3rd of their value. It would appear that to increase profit they are eliminating employees. Causing it to become a struggle to shop there. read more

Two ladies at customer service August 11th at 7pm flat out REFUSED to help me buy ping pong balls. They literally said "we have them but they aren't on the floor" i said well can you please get them from the back and they said no. I spend thousands a year at this location and I will not be returning for a long time. Going to switch all my prescriptions and grocery shopping to Giant Eagle, a store that actually helps you. read more

Went to Kroger to pick up some items. Decided to get some deli stuff to have for lunch. Deli Chef on the run. I would have been 100% happy if they actually had plastic containers with a good seal to put there food in instead of their flimsy cardboard foldable boxes. What is up with that? They guy who ordered those things never used them. The don't seal, you can re-use them, things leak all over the place by the time you get them home. I wonder who's brain-fart that belonged to. Stay away from this store. I used to like it but it has turned all bad lately. Never have things you're looking for. The employees are mostly teenagers and usually ignore you because they're busy laughing with their friends that came to hang out. 9 times out of 10 we have to bag our own stuff. Pharmacy workers are rude and not personal at all. They act like they are just working to work. Hung up on me as well twice.

I've never been more dissatisfied with this locations produce and meat departments. Tonight is the 3rd time in a month that I've driven the 1 mile to this store only to turn around and drive out of my way to the Roberts Rd location to find the items I want. I'm by no means a meat snob but c'mon, if I wanted grey beef or slimy chicken I'd shop at walmart. I expect more from a company with such an outstanding reputation. read more

Decent produce department. The deli workers always seem a little slow here...is that a Kroger thing? I really like the pharmacy! They have everything I need and more and are good with removing expired products...I don't have that trouble here like I do at the Kroger at Roberts and Rome Hilliard. It's not one of the fancy Kroger but is good for just a basic. I like that it's close to my library too...very convenient! read more

Won't send faxes to my doctor. Won't send a request to my doctor for refills. They wouldn't even send me text messages to let me know my prescriptions were filled. I complained to corporate and corporate did little to nothing to help. This is by far the WORST customer experience I have had with any pharmacy. I have two prescriptions by two different pharmacies and I don't have an issue with either one of them. I get notifications, just fine, if I need a refill its not a big deal it gets done without me even knowing it needs to be done. But not with this Kroger Pharmacy. It ALWAYS seems to be a big event with getting anything done with them. I think in the near future I will be looking take my prescriptions to another pharmacy. As corporate and the store doesn't seem to care about me, as some of these medications can be life threatening. Kroger should be ashamed. But I guess its only about money to them and not people. So my suggestion to everyone is go support your local pharmacy, they typically will care about your well being than a box store ever will. read more

Poorly planned parking and not enough of it lots of times. Store needs serious renovation, don't know why it hasn't had started. Selection is decent, but compared to the Dublin store this one is way behind. The bakery is nice except in the summer you can spot some flies in the donut cabinet. Same story with seafood department. Eww!! Wish these issues will be solved soon as I would like to continue to shop there. read more

The Cemetery Rd. Kroger is especially bad with their prices. Just about every other time, something I purchase from this location rings up with an incorrect price. Produce and sale items seem to be particularly troublesome. Customer service is usually happy to reimburse me, but it is such a hassle to have to review the receipt and wait for them to confirm that the price did indeed scan incorrectly. read more
