    This is why Kroger fails. Not one bagger in sight.

    Kroger fails on customer service and speed. Contrast the photo with a recent trip to HEB that had 12 checkout lanes staffed with 12 baggers working. Kroger wants the customer to do the work. HEB wants to take care if the customer.

    We did NOT order water. We just did a pick up and our bags have 2-3 cups of water in each bag. Basically the ASSistant managers response was well that's going to happen when it rains. This amount of water doesn't get into bags when it's drizzling outside. Our groceries were likely left outside in the rain for who knows how long. All of the packaging is soggy as if it's been sitting in water for hours. HEB & Market Street customer service is 100x better and better selection.

    I wish I could give them zero stars! They have disabled reviews in their Facebook. Why you ask? Because they would get slaughtered. I alway drive to Frisco to do my grocery shopping because Kroger is the worst. The only reason I go there is when I need a few items. I went today and went to the bathroom before getting my items. It was worse than a interstate gas station bathroom. How does the manager still have a job? When people in Prosper would rather drive to another town then use your store you should look within and see what you can do to bring customers back. #pathetic

    This morning I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an Instacart delivery driver for Kroger's. Her name was Patricia. She was extremely rude. She dropped my items or basically threw them on the floor broke two cases of soda that started spraying all over my front door and porch I am partially disabled, and work from home, and I had to put myself on a early break to clean up my entire porch and door from the soda that burst. When she arrived. She knocked on the door and asked me do I have a cart for my groceries which I've never been asked before. She got upset and mumbled as she walked away to get my groceries that my apartment was to far in the back. Next I heard a loud sound which was her throwing and dropping my groceries down negligently. She broke the cases of soda which bursted and sprayed and leaked all over my front door and porch. I advised her that I'm not taking the damage items to which she replied "I'm not putting that in my in my car and that was my responsibility to go in the app and ask for a refund. I am partially which is why I unfortunately had to use Instacart for for my groceries. I've never experienced someone so rude and disrespectful for a job that they chose and I will never be using Instacart again, the woman's name is Patricia D and I will never forget what I experienced. Video below. I was I could give no stars D she is not even worth the one star.

    No return calls from management. Rats in store and when reported total ignored. Best to shop for food elsewhere.

The seafood counter closes at 7, so I would think he would actively be working the last hour. When I received help from another employee, so kind by the way as they normally are at this location, the man at the seafood counter finally came around the wall but like not happy at all. It was an uncomfortable interaction and I get everyone has their days. So I asked for 4 clusters of snow crab to be steamed and he stated the steamer was broke... Now HEB PLEASE don't turn into kroger! This was a hack that became popular due to tik tok but it sucks to know you found something that you like but then it depends on if their steamer is working properly. With the location of this store, how much business it receives and it being the first and most popular location in Frisco, you should make sure everything in your store is up to date and working efficiently. But also the attitude behind it was almost like he was happy he didn't have to do it. So I did speak to the manager and she let me know there are 2 other locations which I was aware of and happily would have went to but because of the wait at the seafood counter we were not able to do that. Please make sure your equipment is working properly but also that all of your employees are happy and proud to work for your company.

As I was pulling into the parking lot a person a customer walked in and 30 seconds later I was walking to come to the front door. As I was a couple of steps away the door was locked in front of me. I looked around and saw a sign closed for lunch from noon-1pm. I looked around and I saw the customer that walked in and a lady that locked the door in front of me waiting for him to finish so she can unlock the door. I looked at my watch and it was exactly 12:00pm. I mean seriously? That lady could've told me sorry we are closed now and I would've understood and came back when it was opening back up. She didn't even acknowledge me. Great customer service, what can I say? I won't be going back there again!

I know the Mahards and they do not gas their chickens or beat them to death, etc. It would be stupid to do so. Their old chickens are sold to soup companies and they get paid by how many arrive alive. So the chickens are carefully loaded into trucks during the cool morning hours before shipping. I have actually been one of their locations in Aubrey, TX, and I saw the loading process. If you don't like 5 birds per cage OK, say so but you hurt your own cause when you write shrill, blatant lies. The only thing I did not like was that I lived east-southeast of one of their facilities and I would get wind of the place when the wind was switching from south to north. But not for long. I tend to be skeptical of PETA. They paint with a wide brush, fabricate, and it seems they have sent people in to create conditions they want to "expose".
