When I received help from another employee, so kind by the way as they normally are at this location, the man at the seafood counter finally came around the wall but like not happy at all. It was an uncomfortable interaction and I get everyone has their days. So I asked for 4 clusters of snow crab to be steamed and he stated the steamer was broke... Now HEB PLEASE don't turn into kroger! This was a hack that became popular due to tik tok but it sucks to know you found something that you like but then it depends on if their steamer is working properly. With the location of this store, how much business it receives and it being the first and most popular location in Frisco, you should make sure everything in your store is up to date and working efficiently. But also the attitude behind it was almost like he was happy he didn't have to do it. So I did speak to the manager and she let me know there are 2 other locations which I was aware of and happily would have went to but because of the wait at the seafood counter we were not able to do that.
