We had 10 yr old barstools whose vinyl covering was peeling and needed to be re-upholstered. We met with Cesar who helped us look at the different types of material to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and easy going and made it a painless process. They gave us an estimate of when they'd be done, and we found out they'd pick up and deliver at no extra cost. Bonus! Mario and his son delivered the finished barstools on the estimated date. They barstools looked really great, I paid them and off they went. About 20- min later I realized that the plastic insert to the foot of one stool was missing so it was uneven and wobbly. I called Mario and he said "don't worry about it, I will make it right" and immediately went to Home Depot, as well as to the place we purchased the stools, to get the proper fitting plastic piece. He came back quickly and fixed it in about 5 minutes. He told me he needed to make it right, right away. That he doesn't sleep well if he knows a customer is unhappy. Wow. How often, if ever, do you hear that?! Excellent customer service! Every interaction I have had with Krupps has been a positive one. Every employee I have spoken to has been polite, helpful and respectful. I highly recommend them!! read more

This is an amazing place, that no one knows about here in Campbell. They agreed to help me with a project I was doing for a nonprofit and it was quite impressive to watch how skilled and hardworking their team is. Recently I took in 3 dining room Danish modern chairs. The leather seats were cracked and worn out after 40 years of use. The chairs are very well made and worth recovering the seats. I chose an artificial black leather replacement. Mario gave the chairs new padding and now they look like new chairs. We have a chair that was my dad's from college, in the early 60's, era of the olive green stuff. Finally got passed onto me and has so many memories, of spinning our cats when I was a kid to see there ataxia haha. Probably a reason for some of the tears. Took about 6 weeks, totally worth it. The guy we initially talked to seemed to have a lot of knowledge, and was confident in being able to match the stitching, even saying he would take it home to work on. I showed up around lunchtime with my rocker glider needing 2 springs reattached. I'd spoken to Mario day before and he gave a quote and told me to stop by. Very poor work. We brought in several sets of couch pillows that zippered together. Bill reupholstered them but forgot to put back the zipper on one set, and threw out the original zipper. He then redid the work very badly. He sewed a new zipper in place of the old one that he lost, but didn't use the right length of zipper - his excuse was that he didn't have it and why would we want to be able to unzip the pillows anyway - so now the two pillows cannot be taken apart! He could have just ordered the correct length zipper from amazon instead of doing Mickey Mouse, makeshift work. Bad workmanship. Don't go to Krupp's!! read more

My first visit to Krupps was great. Second not so much. I brought my clients outdoor cushions to be redone on my first visit and Bill had them done within the same day. It was fabulous! My second visit I had to return because there was one cushion missing that we found. I brought that in to be fully redone a week and a half ago on Monday. Bill said he would call me that same week when it was completed because I didn't have a rush on it. I never received that call from Bill so I called him yesterday which was Tuesday and he said he would have it done for me to pick up today, which is Wednesday. I just left there without the cushion. I feel bad for the workers as they were clearly overworked and had no idea. Bill was not present. Sad to say but I do not recommend a business who doesn't live up to what they tell their customers.
