We had a fairly large project involving different fence types, four different gates, and also…read morelogistically difficult due to our hill and delicate plants. We worked with Jacob to make a plan and work out details and needs. Jacob assured us the plants would be avoided as best as possible, and went over what should be moved or tied back to help ensure they were protected. Inevitably a couple of plants were just too in the way, but overall the team took lots of care around them. There was a little delay with the posts we went with and Jacob communicated wonderfully about this, and worked to get us in immediately once the posts were finished with the fabricator. Cristian led the work crew and was an excellent communicator throughout. We ran into a couple of underground wires that were not properly marked by the marking company, he was extremely remorseful and one of the guys ran out to get parts immediately to put in a temporary fix. Again, this was not their fault, yet they took responsibility. The team worked hard for several days, always communicating what was happening. They were respectful, and not loud (except for power tools as needed). The project made a bit of a mess, I was a little worried about clean up, but Cristian assured me they would be doing a full clean up once the project concluded. They did such a great job cleaning up! Ergeon sent them back to correct the things that were not up to par yet I continue to walk the fence and find open post holes from previous fence. I asked for the bottom board to be placed appropriately to deter digging. Instead the board is left hovering above the ground with plenty of room for the dogs to reach under and container digging. Their resolution was to push dirt up against the board in the areas where the gap was larger. Boards had to be removed and recut to close the gap between the board and the kick board on the bottom ensuring all boards are nailed properly. I still have boards not nailed and bowing. Yes, I signed off on the project because I refuse to have the same team of two return to my property. Disappointed to say the least.
