I had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo, who I'm assuming manages The Den. He recommended that rather than continuing to order individual drinks, I purchase a bottle that I could keep there and enjoy at my convenience throughout the stay. For us, it ended up being a much better value. More importantly, Eduardo was incredibly down to earth and genuinely seemed to take ownership of the experience at The Den. He made sure we were comfortable, taken care of, and enjoying our time there. That was actually what stood out most to me about this place. The cocktails are excellent, but I probably enjoyed the conversations with the staff even more. Eduardo shared his perspective on the differences between Cancún and the area near Mexico City where his family is from. I also had a great conversation with Jorge, who is from Oaxaca, and with the gentleman who made my cocktails throughout the stay -- unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he did an excellent job. The Den itself has a completely different feel from the busier areas of the resort. It's quiet, comfortable, and a great place to get away for a little while. There's something nice about sitting down, having a well-made cocktail, and actually being able to have a conversation with the people behind the bar. It's also a perfect stop before dinner. Come down a little early, have a cocktail, relax, and then head to your reservation. If you're heading back to the pool, they'll even put your drink in a plastic cup so you can take it with you. Definitely a 5-star experience for me. Great cocktails, a relaxed atmosphere, and, most importantly, genuinely great people. Eduardo and the team made The Den feel less like another resort bar and more like a place you actually wanted to come back to. Strongly recommend stopping in during your stay.

We spent a week at Hyatt Ziva Cancun celebrating my MIL's retirement with a group of 16.5…read morepeople--the .5 being our 8-month-old . We had an AMAZING vacation, but separating how much fun we had as a group from the resort itself, the resort was just okay for us. CHECK-IN/ROOM: Check-in was mostly smooth, although as UVC members they "upgraded" us from the ocean-view room I specifically chose to ocean front without asking. I care literally not at all about scenic views , so I would've preferred what I booked. The $12 bracelet room keys were convenient WHEN they worked. More than half our group had issues with bracelets/cards needing resets. Our Pyramid room was quiet and comfortable but dated. Our biggest issue was the crib. Despite requesting it before arrival and multiple times after check-in, it took hours. Eventually our concierge discovered it kept being sent to our originally booked room instead of our "upgraded" room. PROPERTY: Convenient layout, nice pools and beautiful water. Generally stroller-friendly, although elevators occasionally wouldn't go to our floor, leaving us carrying a baby AND stroller down stairs. FOOD: Our biggest disappointment--maybe 4/10. My family is full of foodies, and most things weren't bad quality, just bland and under-seasoned. La Bastille and Chevy's were our favorites, with Tradewinds' chimichurri getting an honorable mention. Dinner service was DREADFULLY slow. Two-hour dinners were common even with only 2-3 people. On the positive side, we rarely waited long to be seated, and Carla from Lorenzo's was wonderful helping accommodate our large group. Room service was fine, but dirty trays and half-eaten food constantly sitting in hallways and attracting animals wasn't my favorite. DRINKS: We had some professional drinkers , and overall drinks were good. Ariel and Guillermo at the swim-up bar were fantastic--funny, attentive and personable. They remembered us AND Cooper's little non-alcoholic drink order. Ariel even made us a shot that took literally 10 minutes and it was SO good. CABANA 5: Possibly the BEST decision of the trip. We rented it for six days. It's across from the swim-up bar but far enough away to avoid the crowd. The tanning pad was perfect for Cooper to "walk" through the water and for our floating card table/drinking games. With 16.5 people, the cabana became our home base and genuinely made the trip easier. Immanuel and Angel were our butlers. Immanuel was sweet but sometimes disappeared for long periods. Angel was AMAZING--fast, attentive and so sweet. They brought food/drinks and even grabbed food from the nearby Asian food truck. We had an issue with the included cabana facials and an employee repeatedly trying to determine who could use ours and when. Carlos, a manager, handled it wonderfully once we brought it to his attention, and Hugo was great about working around Cooper's naps. BABY: Traveling with our 8-month-old was easier than expected! Every restaurant had high chairs and usually something soft enough for him. Walkways were mostly stroller-accessible and many were shaded. Staff were SO sweet with him. We brought a sleep pod over his crib for naps, which I highly recommend if your baby needs darkness. SPA: Most of our group used it and everyone enjoyed it. My husband and I did 50-minute massages and the fish pedicure and loved both, plus the spa facilities. CLUB LEVEL: Included through UVC, so of course worth it for us . If paying substantially extra? Probably not. We enjoyed playing pool there at night, upgraded liquor and extra food options, but I personally wouldn't pay a large premium. ENTERTAINMENT: We planned most of our own activities, but played 11 a.m. volleyball religiously and OSCAR IS THE BEST! Hilarious, personable and SO much fun. Anything he was involved with around the pool seemed like a good time. SALES PRESENTATIONS: A few non-members were offered Leisure Cash for what they were told was approximately a 50-minute presentation. FOUR HOURS LATER, they were still there. If you attend one, do NOT make plans based on the quoted time. That huge difference left a bad taste in our mouths. WOULD WE RETURN? Honestly, probably not. That doesn't mean we had a bad vacation--we had an AMAZING time. But that had more to do with our group, the memories and some wonderful staff than the resort itself. There wasn't one catastrophic problem; it was an accumulation of dated areas, key/elevator issues, mediocre food, slow dinners, the crib mix-up and sales experience. For roughly the same price--or sometimes a little more--I think other resorts offer more, are newer/better maintained and have better food. Hyatt Ziva Cancun isn't a bad resort, and I can see why some families love it. It just wasn't the right resort for us to want to return to.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. We arrived early, 7:30AM and our private transportation picked us up after about 15-20 minutes after arriving. After a quick drive to the resort, we checked in. No welcome towel service nor welcome drink, but we received a warm neck wrap. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready until 11:30AM, so we walked around to explore the property and have breakfast. We received a text message from the lobby that our room was ready and to return to the front desk. We were told our room number and that our luggage would be delivered shortly. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean, clean, stocked with snacks and drinks ,and over all nice. We unpacked ourselves and headed to the pool. While we were on the way, we met our butler who's desk is located in the hallway of the elevators. At that time we were connected to a WhatsApp group text. Then we returned to our room with our butler, who reviewed the amenities and light switches in our room. We ate at all the restaurants. We went to Blanc and Terraza for breakfast and our 2 favorite restaurants for dinner were Bella and Yama. Unfortunately, on a few occasions, Terraza and Yama served us cold food, as if they were sitting out too long. We tried scheduling room service breakfast and they were behind in schedule 30-40 minutes. We were underwhelmed as the room service menu as it wasn't as grand as the other palace resorts; we were looking forward to the chocolate cake; which wasn't available. The K'akau, coffee shop was the best to relieve our chocolate cravings. The main pool lounge chairs were always taken, so get there early. We relaxed at all the pools and depending on the day had our favorite. The beach is beautiful and the lifeguard at the tower was always welcoming and helpful to get us lounge chairs. The spa services and hydrotherapy were wonderful, but we were disappointed that the men and women were separated in the pool and jacuzzi areas. We ran into difficulties with our dinner and spa bookings. We made prior arrangements with our pre-concierge, but when we wanted to change our schedule, the on site concierge didn't have access to canceling them. We were told to email our pre-concierge to ask her to delete them from the system. Our pre-concierge also didn't confirm our restaurant bookings for certain days and so we had to ask our Butler if they were booked. What was the most disappointing was the evening entertainment. We were looking forward to certain shows/performances and then a few hours before the scheduled time, seeing the entertainment was removed and replaced with something mundane. We've been to Sun Palace, another adult only resort, down the road and after our experience at Le Blanc, we actually prefer Sun Palace over Le Blanc. From our experience.. Le Blanc is a great place if you enjoy the spa, peace and quiet, and want to just chill and lounge. But if you want a little more excitement, fun, music, and meet people and have great conversations, Sun Palace is the place. Our Butler, Rene on the 3rd floor was awesome. He made our anniversary special. Safety: We felt safe. When we arrived at the resort after walking down the hotel zone, security always checked us in. When we arrived via taxi or uber, they did the same thing. If you walked out to the beach, you have to scan your bracelet to exit the gate and also scan it the when you enter back onto the resort property. Elevators: There are 3 elevators and during our stay, 1 was always out of order. One day, 2 elevators were out of order. Luckily, we were only on the 3rd floor, so we often took the stairs. The stairwell does need more lighting, it is dark, so watch your step.

Before booking, I was assured this was a quality all-inclusive resort offering premium alcohol and an elevated experience. That could not have been further from the truth. Upon arrival, the property looked nothing like what was advertised. There was essentially one bar, and it was extremely underwhelming--no premium alcohol options at all. This alone was a huge red flag and not what was promised. Things only got worse from there. While asking about adult/VIP amenities (specifically the Altitude breakfast), a staff member followed us and told us we needed to pay $20 to make a reservation. This made no sense since we had already paid for an all-inclusive experience. It later became clear this was a manipulative tactic to lure us into a timeshare presentation. We were never properly informed--just misled and pressured. We booked an Altitude Oceanfront Corner Suite, expecting a premium oceanfront experience. Instead, the room had a clear view of the parking garage and city--this was, at best, a partial ocean view. When we complained, staff came up and continued to misrepresent the room, insisting it was oceanfront when it clearly was not. It felt dishonest and dismissive. To make matters worse, the room's air conditioning did not work. We were on a top floor with direct sun exposure, and the room was unbearably hot. Maintenance attempted to fix it, but it remained broken. At that point, after everything else we experienced, staying was not even an option. The food situation was equally disappointing. The buffet had extremely limited options--mostly just pizza and mussels. For an all-inclusive resort, this was unacceptable and far below expectations. Thankfully, Expedia was able to step in, witness part of what was happening, and relocate us to Hyatt Ziva Cancun, which was a completely different (and much better) experience. Overall, this stay felt like one continuous attempt to mislead and upsell. From false advertising to manipulative tactics and poor accommodations, nothing about this experience aligned with what was promised. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you want a genuine all-inclusive experience. This property is not what it claims to be.

The staff was very friendly and tried to help with our request. The room was a junior suite with an ocean view. It was comfortable and our room attendant did a great job. The king bed was two beds pushed together, but with some magic by the wife we made it more like one and were very comfortable. You can get a single king bed in some of the rooms. We were there with friends and didn't want be separated so we stayed with that configuration. I would try and get a room on the west wing. It actually looks to the east and you don't get the extreme heat in the late afternoon that the east wing does. We ate at all of the restaurants and our favs were the Black and White Steak house and Krystal. The Italian restaurant off of the lobby was good for a quick slice of pizza at lunch time. The buffet is like it is on a cruise ship and was good for most of our breakfast seatings. After a few days gets a little old. The staff was super friendly and hard workers. There is a 24 hour refreshment spot, but the food is only so so. Just for a quick sandwich or fruit. They do have a beer tap and a few selections of liquor available there for self service as well. The pool and beach area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. If you don't see any available just ask and they will make it happen if possible. My complaint about the pool would be they close at 7:00. One small pool stay open until 8:00. Way too early for an adult only. I suggest if you want to do excursions to go straight across the street to one of the stands. If you know what you want to do they are a much better deal, but be certain you know where you want to go. make sure and get transportation included in your excursion. Also in that area there is the Bamboo Spa. You can get a massage for less than half at the resort spa. They did a very good job and were very professional. Not a "happy endings" type of place. Tell them you will do the massage if they throw in the fish foot treatment. Sounds weird but it was pretty nice. This is all inclusive for food and drink. The drinks are pretty light and when you ask for something other than the house liquor I'm pretty sure it didn't happen all the time. The best is to ask for the drink with a shot on the side, or better yet go to the bar yourself and watch them make the drink. It was definitely better and i was assured to get the name brand. Over all I would recommend this RIU.

Due to having a suite, we had butlers Romero and Isaías, and they were both AMAZING. They were extremely attentive, and whatever we needed was never an issue. If we asked for something, it was done quickly and without hesitation. You honestly couldn't ask for better service. We also had access to the Aqua Club, which was open from 7 AM-10 PM and offered premium liquor along with light snacks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The waiters there--Daniel, Guillermo, and Eduardo--were great! They were even willing to make us our favorite shots that they had never heard of (blowjobs... Google it ), but they made them anyway! The lounge itself is super relaxing, with spectacular ocean views from the 5th floor. Now, onto the part we ALL care about the most: THE FOOD! There are several restaurants on the property to choose from, but our absolute favorite was Hidden Garden, which is Asian-inspired and run by Chef Mario. Everything we ordered was spectacular! Chef Mario even came out to our table, greeted us personally, and provided us with a menu curated by him--which I'm assuming was because it was my birthday... lol. They also have one paid restaurant called Carnivore, which is a steakhouse. Now, I am a self-proclaimed steakhouse snob, so I have to keep it real: for the price, it was mid. But for a resort steakhouse, it was good. The rest of the food throughout the resort was WAAYYYY better than expected--even the poolside grill and the food you can order directly to your cabana. Everything was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ribs they made at the poolside grill every day were FANTASTIC! The head of culinary at the resort, Mr. Germain, is definitely doing what needs to be done because the food was consistently impressive throughout the property. Now, the second-most important thing for most people: NIGHTLIFE. Personally, I came to relax, and the overall vibe of the resort definitely gives relaxation. However, they do have a nightclub called Egos, which stays open until 1 AM. I went once, but it wasn't really my music or my vibe. If you're looking for more of a nightlife scene, I would suggest heading into the city. BUTTTT... if you love a good pool party, make sure you hit the Moët Pool Party because BABYYYYYY... it was LIT! Overall, the resort exceeded my expectations. The service, food, atmosphere, and attention to detail made for an amazing experience, and I would absolutely consider coming back!

Krystal International Vacation Club is an absolute and total fraud and scam. Former Dallas Cowboys Kicker Raphael Septien is one of the Ranking Managers and he leads the scam. His counterparts Isabel Moctezuma, Mario Vega follow his lead in this well set up scam. The latitude 21 resort part of the deal is what it is. A bad investment. I knew there was a chance that wouldn't pan out like there sales pitch. But the reason I went through with the deal was because of the ICE Rewards program. This was a program that I had each person confirm with me. The sales pitch is that as part of this deal you can get great rate deals with the Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot and others for $29.00 to $59.00 per night anywhere in the US and internationally at any day or time. They sell you that they partners with those companies and show you a brochure with verbiage that states as such. The reason I double and triple checked with several people is because just this part alone would have paid for the entire program over the course of time as we travel often. However it's a total and complete lie. The hotel prices on the ice program are worse than you can get on Expedia. When you try and call nobody wants to talk to you and getting a return email or call is like finding a needle in haystack. Then when you do talk to someone they say it's limited to specific places and dates and of course they are times and places during times of the year when nobody would want to go to those places because of weather etc. Sales associates change on a monthly basis. What they do to people is criminal and Raphael Septien and has cast of cronies should be locked up.If this helps one person save themselves from the scam I would be happy. Nobody should have to be taken advantage of like this. read more

This review is a serious warning to anyone considering a timeshare purchase from Krystal International Vacation Club (KIVC) in Mexico. My experience with Krystal/KIVC has been a complete nightmare, rooted in a fraudulent initial sale. I am currently in the process of demanding the immediate cancellation of my contract (CCA15092). The sales presentation was full of misrepresentations and high-pressure tactics that resulted in a contract I now have evidence was based on deception. They simply did not deliver on the promises made during the sale. Since attempting to cancel, the company's response has been shocking. I have sent multiple formal demands to their legal/customer service team (specifically Ms. Moctezuma) and have received zero substantive response. They have completely failed to address the core issue of the fraudulent sale. Their strategy appears to be one of avoidance and silence, hoping customers will give up. Key Issue: Not only are they refusing to acknowledge the fraudulent nature of the contract, but they continue to send demands for outstanding maintenance fees. I have been advised by legal counsel that I am not liable for these charges and will not be paying them, given the deceitful origin of the contract. To show the severity of this issue, I have now escalated my formal complaint to the Office of Attorney General James Uthmeier in the State of Florida. Do NOT sign a contract with Krystal/KIVC. The promises are hollow, the sales process is deceptive, and their customer service is non-existent once they have your money. Save yourself the stress, money, and years of legal headache. read more

I am writing this review as a formal public warning regarding the timeshare division of Krystal/KIVC in Mexico. Avoid this company at all costs. My experience has been one of systematic deception. The initial purchase of my timeshare membership (Contract No. CCB15004) was based on fraudulent misrepresentations made by their sales team. The promises made during the presentation were fundamentally different from what the contract actually delivered, making the entire agreement voidable. The most egregious issue is their total failure to communicate. I have sent formal+ demands for immediate cancellation to the company's representative, Ms. Isabell, and have received zero substantive response. Their tactic is clearly to ignore customers who discover the fraud, hoping they will just disappear. I have filed an official complaint with the AG Office in the State of Florida regarding this deceptive business practice and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has submitted this complain. Future buyers need to know: if you sign with Krystal/KIVC, you risk entering a fraudulent agreement. When you try to exercise your right to cancel, the company will simply ignore you, forcing you into expensive legal and official action. Do yourself a favor and research timeshare fraud complaints before you attend their presentation. Save your money and your sanity--find a reputable vacation club. read more

I stayed at this hotel from Thursday through Sunday, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The pictures made the hotel appear modern, clean, and luxurious, but in person it felt extremely outdated, dark, and poorly maintained. Although the hotel is advertised as "all-inclusive," it did not feel truly all-inclusive at all. The bars and food service closed by 11 PM, and the bar didn't even open until noon. Food options were also very repetitive -- breakfast was exactly the same every single day with little to no variety. Another frustrating issue was that no list of on-site activities or entertainment was provided during check-in, so guests were left confused about what was actually available at the resort. The condition of the hotel itself was very disappointing. The hallways had cracked walls and holes throughout, and the rooms looked old, dark, and unclean. The bathroom had mold, the mirror was outdated and damaged-looking, and there were even tiny bugs on the bed, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable. Overall, this hotel was absolutely not worth the price paid. The experience did not match the expectations set by the website or advertisements, and I would not recommend staying here. read more

Travelers may want to reconsider staying at this hotel after looking at the pictures we took. We have stayed at this hotel over the years and had no issues, however the hotel owners are not doing maintenance nor repairs, elevators don't always work (two elevators were out of service during our visit), water leaks were running from the ceilings in the hallways, air conditioning in the towers are on/off and 27 degrees Celsius (80F) is a bit too hot to tolerate for sleeping. We had to move to three (3) different areas within the hotel to get decent air conditioning. The sinks in the bathrooms are crumbling/cracked and showers have green mold. Pictures are attached. We complained numerous times to front desk, however no one was interested in hearing our concerns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone stay at this hotel as its not getting any better, but much worse. read more

I dont know where to start.. I reserve a room with ocean view but the room I got was half ocean and half garden view. TV, Fridge and coffee maker was not working and I called so many time to front desk. they picked up the phone after 5 times I call. And they told me they will send someone. They never did. I called again and again.. they never sent anyone. I went personally to front desk and they denied that I called them. I told them to fix it now they said they will send someone. They NEVER DID.. The room was not clean at all..I smelled the glass cup it smells like mold and you could see finger prints all over.. read more

Hotel has major issues. Bathroom showers have mold growing on walls, leaks and cracks in bathroom, toilet constantly running, beds are old and have sink spots. Everyone should check google reviews on this hotel and you will find its rated BAD. Elevators did not work, we had to climb to 8th floor. Management could had cared less about us. We are protesting charges with credit card company as this place was the worse we've experienced in many years. read more

More Shaun Steckley Local Guide·634 reviews·6563 photos 6 months ago We Our family was a party of 12 celebrating my grand daughters 15th birthday. We made a reservation for all of us. When we arrived on time, they sat some of us outside and some of us in side. They said they could not accommodate us. We saw a table out side for 12 when we inquired about it they said we had to buy a bottle of wine. We are not wine drinkers but we're still willing to buy the cheapest bottle just so we can sit together. Then we were told it had to be at least a $400 US bottle. REALLY!!! That is absolutely BS. You have to spend $400 just so our of party of 12 just so can sit together for a celebration? This is absolutely unheard off. Keep in mind that this is an all inclusive resort.

We stayed on the first floor and had our own mini pool right outside the room, which was super convenient since all the entertainment, activities, and amenities were nearby. The resort had a fun atmosphere with live entertainment every night. We watched traditional Mexican dancers at the outdoor amphitheater, did archery, and even went to a glow-in-the-dark party. Even though my trip was only 2 1/2 days, it ended up being such a fun and memorable quick getaway that I'd definitely come back again. The service was great from the room service staff to the entertainment team. The lobby is beautiful, and the food was honestly delicious. The buffet had so many options like breakfast burritos, made-to-order omelets, hash browns, churros, sweet plantains, plus a smoothie and juice bar. The cocktails were also really good and surprisingly didn't leave me with a hangover. I really also enjoyed the sushi restaurant Sunan( the sushi chicken bites and the ribs were delicious). The La Luce Italian restaurant had a great octopus carpaccio. Those who don't eat octopus really enjoy the thinly slice appetizer and the veggie lasagna was to die for you did not need any meat. The hotel is about 16-17 minutes from the airport, though it takes around 10 minutes just to drive from the entrance to the main hotel area. We rented a car, which was cheaper overall, but keep in mind there are a lot of checkpoints around Cancun.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place for a all inclusive, ADULTS ONLY resort. The resort it self was clean, modern and flawless. The service and people working there was top notch, everyone made us feel like royalty. The food was so good, obviously some spots weren't perfect but 90% of the time we LOVED what we ate. Was full inclusive so we ate a ton and drank a lot! The pools were beautiful and lots of options having 4. From Tuesday to Thursday it was so easy to get a spot at the pool or beach, would show up at 11am and find a two chairs and umbrella no problem. Friday/Saturday it was a bit harder since it's the weekend so the pool area was packed by 1pm but went to the beach and again found two spots with umbrella no problem. Beach was solid for hotel zone, this area of Cancun is known for having bad seaweed but the resort did its best to keep it cleaned up. Was able to get in the water some days and not see the seaweed everywhere. We did a preferred booking so got room on a higher floor, exclusive quick check in, access to roof top pool and restaurant. So if you don't care about those things just do a regular room but the upstairs pool was incredible. This place is definitely a relaxing resort, not a ton to do at night but that's what we wanted for our honeymoon. Pool can be somewhat lively during the day with music, and performances but at night it's just casual bars, restaurants and what not. Everything dies down before 12. Did a spa day too and it was great, had a couples massage, full body scrub, and hydrotherapy circuit for two that costs $398. I recommend booking it when you arrive as they may have deals. It was a great experience overall, we would for sure come back 100%!!! Every single worker there was so nice and helpful. Did not have a single bad experience with anyone that worked there.

Also my wife was pregnant we waited 25 mins to be seated and then the guy manager "Luis" in the steakhouse says I can't go in because I'm not wearing long pants. I will never return to this resort I will make sure none of my friends or anyone I know stay here take your money elsewhere . Also whatever you do if you do end up in this forsaken resort DO Not upgrade to preferred club the Infiniti pool is stupiddd and the alcohol is same as the other bars they just try to sell you on expensive alcochol by the bottle. They be like 4500 ... but in pesos .. in dollar 280 or something ... ripofff Anyone putting positive review for this resort clearly has not been to a decent resort and they do not know any better!

The hotel is located next to the Marina Puerto Cancun mall. There is a direct passage from the hotel to the mall, which is great when it rains. I took Didi to get here, and my driver got confused and took me to the mall parking lot, so beware they need to follow Google Maps and drive to the back/the other side. The room is well-designed and has a lot of details that are thought out. I really liked the lighting in my room, closet, and bathroom; the scale in the bathroom; the full-length mirror; the fridge hidden in the wooden cabinet for a seamless, unified design; etc. I also reserved the jacuzzi on the 12th floor, and sitting in the jacuzzi while looking over the marina view was amazing. There's also an infrared dry sauna by the jacuzzi, and both are located in the fitness center restrooms. There are lockers and towels, so you don't have to bring your own towel. The pool by the lobby also has chairs to enjoy the view of the marina. When I went to the lobby the next morning, they had an event serving rosca de reyes and hot chocolate for free. I had been wanting to try rosca de reyes, so it was perfect. The bread was good. Sadly I didn't get a mini Jesus in my portion. Next time? What could be improved were the pillows. They were too soft for my liking, and all the pillows were the same softness. Some hotels would have pillows with various firmness levels on your bed. The bathrooms in the sauna and jacuzzi area also needed to be cleaned when I used the facilities. I also wish there's a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

Prices make it exclusive enough and the security levels adds to that. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the hotel staff is very gracious and easy to deal with. There are many accurate reviews about how great the Marina shopping is and they are correct. Lots of excellent food choices at the hotel and Marina. However, every once in a while , you want something plain, like a plain hot dog. That was almost impossible to find until we stumbled upon and OXXO stuck in a corner of the Marina.
