And fast! So fast that when I went to pick up I had to double check that I had remembered the conversation correctly the first time.. thought I was losing it! Every single small washing machine is taped off/out of order, and has been for several years now. The majority of the largest machines are also consistently out of order, including the only ones that accept the "Laundry Boss" app for card pay (which is also frequently offline/not working with no warning). So many dryers are also out of order, which is especially tricky when a big section of the laundromat is roped off for their Fluff and Fold Service. May the odds be ever in your favor if you come with a lot of laundry to do here. If you own this place, your neighbors beg you to do more to help this place function...especially after losing the laundromat off Sunset/Fountain.

No apology, no attempt to resolve it. I brought in several high-end items for dry cleaning, including two Tom Ford shirts.. one dress shirt that retails around $500 and one silk shirt that is over $1,000. Both came back in worse condition than when they were dropped off. One had visible discoloration and damage near the collar. The other still had a stain and clear fabric damage, including pulling, puckering, and distortion of the silk weave. One of these shirts had only been worn once and did not have any of this damage beforehand. On top of that, my Loro Piana cashmere sweater was returned with stains and the cashmere looks scruffy. What's most concerning is that no warning or explanation was given at pickup. None of the damage was disclosed... I only noticed it after carefully inspecting the garments at home. This isn't a missed spot or minor issue; it's permanent fabric damage consistent with improper cleaning or pressing. When I brought this to the owner's attention, I was told there was "nothing he could do." Not even an apology. When a cleaner accepts delicate, designer garments, there is a basic duty of care and transparency if something goes wrong. That standard was completely ignored here. Do NOT bring expensive or delicate clothing to this place. Tailoring may be fine, but the dry cleaning quality, professionalism, and customer service were unacceptable.

It's always nice to see Jose the driver when he arrives at my preferred pickup and delivery times. John the owner is fast to respond on Yelp messages to any inquiries you may have. He really does care for his customers. I'm always amazed to see my clothes, etc. arrive so nicely folded and packaged. It's such a time saver and so convenient. I can still highly recommend Launderland after all these years. I think you'll like them too!
