I had a very disappointing experience when I took my LV handbag in to be cleaned. I was told it would be restored and look near to new again. When I went to pickup the bag they wouldn't take a credit card for payment. They asked if I could pay by Zelle. They stated they take credit cards for payment so I'm not sure why they wouldn't take mine. The cost was $250 for the cleaning which I ended up paying cash. I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one. I was told my claim check was my receipt. So after I pay he brings out the purse and wallet. I'm looking at the purse in disbelief and question the man on the poor condition of the bag. It wasn't cleaned. Neither was the wallet. I showed him the dirt and dust in the creases of both and he had an excuse for each. Basically I gave him $250 or leave behind a Louis Vuitton handbag and wallet valued at $6,500. I wish I could add my photos here. I would never bring anything to them again. They are shady and do not do the work they said they would. Very disappointing. read more

The best cleaners in Glendale for sure! I've taken three articles of clothing already and never disappointed. Other places I've tried have taken 4 or more days for simple stain removals and I can still see the stain after they are "done" but this spot so far has been perfect for me with zero complaints.
