Also when it comes to "creating" jewelry it's just purchased from a company out of California. Krystynas is simply the middle man with no expertise in jewelry. My wedding set was actually purchased with a jeweler in the city. I have always exclusively gone there to have in cleaned and inspected. I live here in the Southwest Suburbs. Due to time restraints I decided to try Krystynas based on their great reputation with my family and friends. I called the day before and inquired on the cost..which was less than I'd pay for parking in the city. I stopped in the very next day and was so pleased with the service!! The woman that assisted me thoroughly checked my ring. I brought to her attention a prong that I had snagged on something and she noticed right away that it was making my stone jiggle in the setting.
