Found them through Yelp and was happy with the service until I found out that the cargo cover in my Range Rover Sport was not the original one that was in my car when I left it there. When I picked up my car my cargo cover was laying in my trunk. I immediately called them to let them know that I was not happy with my cargo cover laying in my trunk and that I could not get it to fit back in the slot. One of the owner was very nice and told me to bring my car back, it was not convenient for me to go back at that time. When i finally had a chance to take my car back they denied that they had done anything with my cargo cover and was not responsible for replacing it, one of the owner even told me that I was crazy and that I did not know what I was talking about. Desperate to find a new mechanic, I googled and found KS, and from the first phone call, they were so friendly. Their cost estimates are extremely reasonable. (I drive a luxury car that can be expensive to repair or do regular service on.) You don't get the feeling they perform work that's not needed. Recently, I had a problem that I thought I had to take to the dealer. I was so bummed because I trust Hovik and KS with my car. As it turned out, I didn't need to go to the dealer, and I was so relieved. Sure enough, Hovik resolved the issue and went above and beyond for a very reasonable price. The waiting area is comfy, with phone chargers and courtesy water. Everyone is friendly. Overall, it's a low-stress environment. Sometimes mechanics are hectic and rush you and don't take time to talk to you. KS is not like that. It's very friendly, with time to talk about what's going on with your car. They tell you directly that they appreciate your business. They say they want you to leave happy because they know you won't come back if you don't. This is the MOST amazing place. These guys are beyond honest and never try to take advantage of people, which is rare in this industry. I took my car there because I had a break issue. They could have easily changed my brakes and charged me a large amount. Instead, they said that the wearing of the brakes is due to a malfunction in the car and a warranty issue with the car maker. They not only told me to go to the dealership to get it fixed, they wrote out exactly what the issue was, told me how to make sure they don't screw me AND called the dealership to tell them the issue and that they are sending me over. I went into KS complete auto after getting my oil changed and being told there was a leak somewhere in my transmission. After being told by the gentleman who changed my oil that it was probably not that bad of a leak, I put it off for a couple of days and finally decided I needed to take it in before I move states. Harout took a look at my car, brought me over, and showed me exactly what was wrong with it and told me how much it'd be. Unlike most mechanics, he was honest and told me that he was 85% sure my car would be fine for the move! I still cannot believe how honest and transparent he was. Rather than charge me thousands of dollars (that's how much it'd be), he suggested that I wait. As a young girl, I don't know much about cars. Harout took the time to show me all the signs / sensors on my dash and explained in detail what each what meant. It took less than an hour, the price was very reasonable, they were able to see me as soon as i called, and best of all, were very nice! Not "nice" in the way that mechanics can be, like when i feel like i am being sweetened up to be swindled, but "Nice" in a genuine way: Knowledgeable, personable, patient and actually wanting to explain. Our Land Rover was leaking transmission fluid while on vacation in Palm Springs. We took it to a mechanic who gave us a diagnosis that didn't sound right. (It turned out that he didn't even look at the vehicle). We drove to KS Complete Auto to have it looked at and we were so happy that we did. This is an updated review based on service I received in Jan 2016. I brought my car in to fix the side view mirrors since I noticed they weren't adjusting at all. After getting it examined we also noticed the drivers side seat controls inoperable. Initially we thought it just needed a new control module underneath the drivers side seat but upon further examination we uncovered an electrical short due to water damage. You can imagine my concern and fear that this was going to get very expensive to repair. Hovik, the owner of the shop informed me water damage was not my fault and suggested I use insurance since that is what I pay for. What a sigh of relief since ultimately much of the floor board, sunroof panel, and side trim needed to be replaced along with some plugged hoses and outside of my deductible my insurance paid for it. Along the process Hovik kept me informed and reassured me that my vehicle would be fixed properly and correctly. And he was right! Although it took a month due to replacements parts and working out figures with my insurance company I am relieved and happy to have my vehicle back and operational. Hovik is a honorable business man with integrity who really cares about his customers and communicates very effectively and openly. Lastly, I had a key fob that was falling apart and he was kind enough to replace it at no cost. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends. Very good honest repair shop. I really like the owner Hovik. He seems very genuine, direct and honest about work and prices for their services. I've never bothered to review an auto shop, but this place is so great I feel like I have to! Last year I bought a used Mini when an old car broke down on a road trip and I had to replace it on the spot. I didn't have time to do any research on the car I was buying, and after driving it for a few months a bunch of vague problems started cropping up with it. Other mechanics (who didn't specialize in European cars) were unable to identify the source and simply gave me back the car saying they couldn't figure it out. These guys completely pulled the car apart and successfully identified a handful of issues, which, again, the other mechanic didn't catch. They worked quickly, and after addressing the issues the car runs amazingly well! It used to sputter and misfire out of nowhere, but since they worked in it the problem is completely gone - it runs like new! I've driven it for over 2,000 miles since then (even on a long road trip) and it's still running just as well as when they gave it back to me. I've never noticed such a dramatic and clear-cut improvement in auto performance after repairs before. Usually a mechanic will tell me they've "fixed" something and I honestly can't tell the difference. These guys clearly fixed the issue, and the difference is like night and day. I also appreciated that the guy I dealt with really takes pride in the job, explaining that he feels like a doctor who has to "listen to the symptoms" to identify problems. That may sound silly, but I think it's an accurate comparison, and that kind of genuine passion makes a difference in the quality of service. Again, can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you have a European car! read more

NO HASSLE HONEST SHOP THAT OPERATES ON A CODE OF HONOR THAT YOU JUST DONT SEE ANYMORE!!!! HOV AND THE BOYS REALLY KNOW CARS AND CUT A LOT OF THE STRESS OUT OF FIXING YOUR VEHICLE! BEST SHOP IN GLENDALE! Called them and explained that my check engine light had been on for a year and recently my 02 BMW started idling really bad and cutting off at stops. Met with Hov and he told me to bring the car in for diagnostics for 100$. Took 30mins and he came back with a long list of errors that the car was flagging. Gave me a estimate of what it would take to clear all the codes, the estimate was expensive for my wallet but very fair for the parts and labor it would require. I told him i would like to have all errors cleared but for the time being, I wanted to get my car to the point that it could pass inspection. Without hesitation or hassle, Hov reevaluated the list and come back with a estimate of what he thought it would cost to meet my request. The estimate was 1/4 of the original list and also 1/4 of the original cost. I really appreciated the fact that he was honest and did not place any of the non-essential repairs on the revised list so my car could pass inspection. He also stated that he thought a portion of the errors could be cleared by doing a simply BMW software update. He replaced my intake hose, took care of some other things and put the software update on the system, it only took them 1.5hours to do so, but he offered me a loaner in case i needed to run errands in the meantime. It's been 5 months since he made the repair and my car has had no idling issues since. He also refunded my 100$ diagnostics fee because they did the repairs on the car. KS Complete is my go to place to get an oil change. I drive a Porsche Cayenne and so any fix is pricey, however, KS ALWAYS gives me the BEST prices! I went in for an oil change today, and it turned out that I also needed to change my filters and brake pads. First question I want to know when I look for a mechanic: Am I going to get ripped off? At most mechanic shops (at least the ones I have been to) the answer has always been varying degrees of yes. Here, it is exactly the opposite. This is seriously the most honest place I have been to. Case in point: I was having transmission problems. I took my car in to Hovik. He drive it around and said what I didn't want to hear. It was the transmission. Which, of course, it a couple thousand to fix. But then, he did something that made me a customer for life. He want to check if there were any recalls on my car. And found one which effected the transmission. He told me to go to the dealer, where they would fix it for free. And they did. He went out of his way, and cost himself money, to save me from a costly repair. That is the sort of people you are dealing with here. Needless to say, he made a customer for life. Their work is great (years later my Rabbit now how 120k and is still running like a dream). The price is truly terrific. And when they tell you that you need something fixed, you don't have to be scared that you are getting ripped off. If you are looking for the last mechanic shop you will ever need. Congrats.
