I gave him the go ahead, he ordered parts then I didn't hear from him till he sent me a picture of some 30 day pick up and threatened to sell my equipment. He never called or messaged to say it was done. I scheduled to pick it up ,then day of he was busy and not at the shop till 4. I'm a homeowner so I dont use my saw alot, I went to use it the other day amd it only ran for about 10mins before shutting off and not working again. Then he tells me there is only a 30 day warranty which again he never told me or had me sign anything. I explained to him he never told me that or I would have tried to use it a month ago. He offered to check the carb on Wednesday that he's open from 9 till 7. I wrote to go out there and now he has an appointment he didn't know the day before when I was asking to have my saw fixed correctly. Now he refuses to make things right, he's a thief, has poor communication skills, and will do anything to make a quick buck and then tell you there's nothing he can do. Shifty business practices.

After not hearing a word on my trimmer repair for 3 wks, I called to check on the status. On first call, they were unable to locate it in their store and was told they would call me back...no call. On second call, I got the voicemail which instructed me to text for assistance...no response. On third call, I was again told they would call back...no call. On fourth call, Al answered and told me to text him the details....no response. When I finally received word to come pick up my trimmer, I walked into the store to witness Al and the front desk lady in a screaming match with an unhappy customer. Regardless of who was right, I prefer not to support businesses that are willing to behave like this. So far, my trimmer is fixed and working as desired. However they did not perform the other general maintenance items I requested at drop off. I was not about to leave my trimmer there again and will not be using Al's again.

I was able to do the job I needed in the time I predicted. (I could have never done it with a four wheel bobcat.). The machine was in great condition, practically new, and functioned flawlessly. The air conditioned cab was really nice...cool, clean and most of all, not dusty. The tilt trailer I rented was easy to load and unload.
