Not only did they fit me in the same day - they price matched. I drove right over and sure enough - they took me right away, were courteous and had me out of there in less than fifteen minutes. Gio was great and I was really impressed with their service and their customer manners. I def recommend this place for anyone that is looking to get a smog check.

He gets you in and out quickly, even while being friendly and conversational. It's a test only center so you can be sure he's not going to try and get you to perform unnecessary repairs. My son and I were doing some repairs on one of our vehicles, which required the battery to be disconnected. This reset the emissions readiness of the vehicle, and the onboard computer needed to evaluate the vehicle under certain driving conditions. Fernando explained what needed to be done, and my son completed the hoops and we got back in for the smog check. I definitely recommend this place!

I'm glad I checked because sometimes Groupon can be cheap but it usually doesn't include $8.25 certificate fee and $1.75 electronic transfer fee, so you end up paying more than you thought you would. I walked in on a Saturday around 1:30pm without a reservation and was in and out within 10 minutes. The gentleman was friendly and efficient. I'm so glad I found this spot and will be coming back for smog checks in the future if the price remains the same or reasonably priced! They even had a TV inside while I was waiting!

I was calm and respectful the entire time, so the reaction felt completely unnecessary. I also saw other reviews mentioning rude behavior from staff, and others saying they were refused the $39 discount advertised online. At first I ignored those reviews, but now I understand what people meant. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and basic customer respect was missing.

He got me in same day, and a couple hours later I had my Tahoe back - complete with an oil change. Lei took the time to take a video of under the car while he had it up on the rack so we could see the condition of the vehicle from underneath as well as taking the time to walk us through condition of the engine from under the hood. He did this for both my wife's car and mine, answered all our questions and made recommendations for things we might need to keep an eye on in the future. Reasonable prices, especially considering the level of service we got.

Oh boy, let me tell you about KS SMOG! This place is the bee's knees, the cat's pajamas, the...you get the point. I had such a great experience here that I'm ready to give them a five-star review faster than you can say "carbon monoxide emissions." First off, the customer service was top notch. The staff was so friendly and helpful that I almost forgot I was at a SMOG check. They made me feel like a VIP, even though I was just there to get my car checked. And the cherry on top? The wait times were so low that I didn't even have time to finish my bag of Cheetos. But the real magic happened when they started working on my car. These guys were like the SMOG whisperers. They knew exactly what to do and did it with lightning speed. It was like watching a magician pull a rabbit out of a hat, except instead of a rabbit, it was clean air coming out of my tailpipe. And let me tell you, the results were good. So good, in fact, that I wanted to frame my SMOG certificate and hang it on my wall. My car was purring like a kitten and I felt like I was doing my part to save the planet (or at least the air in my neighborhood). So there you have it folks, KS SMOG is the real deal. If you need a SMOG check, do yourself a favor and head on over there. You'll get great customer service, low wait times, efficient work, and best of all, a good result. I just took my son's Toyota RAV 4 in today for a smog check again after 2 years and the same excellent service from Mike at KS!!! I recommend KS to everyone that needs a smog check!!! He has not raised his price since 2 years ago! It is still $35.00 for the smog check and certificate. Others will charge you between 50-80 for the same service. Others charge extra for any vehicles that are not sedans. KS doesn't do that. Cars older than 2000 will be more. read more

Wow!! I was in and it in 15mins. Mike was super friendly, he even reminded me about my coupon! I mean who does that? He's really honest and more than fair with pricing, if your car doesn't pass smog he will retest for free. After my smog check he sent an electronic message to the dmv so I wouldn't have to do anymore paperwork. A+ service and friendly staff. My first time there and I will be returning to smog all of my vehicles here in the future. read more

However, the last time I went I decided to also get an oil change from them. They talked me into getting the synthetic oil change which cost more. They said synthetic oil lasts with many more miles. My car's warning light just went on for oil change this morning. I have recorded the mileage because it was the first time I got a synthetic oil change and I wanted to compare. The mileage I got out of it was 2,955 miles. It was less than the mileage I got from regular oil changes of 3,925 from Honda dealership. So my conclusion would be they charged me for an expensive synthetic oil change but gave me a very low quality regular oil change. Also, I asked the jerk if he put air in my tires which requires by law. He said yes and it was a lie. I drove home and the next day the warning light was on for low tire pressure. Please don't go there to do business. They are very dishonest people. I will never go back there again for smog check too.
