He yelled at me about not coming early enough for parking. My appt was 2:15 and I arrived 2:10 and circled the avenue twice looking for parking. I came in around 2:17 because I parked in the hotel parking lot to come in to talk to them to ensure my appt wouldn't be canceled while I find parking. He ask me , "WHY DIDNT YOU PLAN FOR THE PARKING?" how the heck can I plan for parking? I asked if I should have arrived 5am because that's the only time I could think of that I would be sure to get parking. You guys have a spa that is in a hotel but the spa guests can't use the parking space.. Maybe that's what you need to worry about Mr John or use that loud mouth of yours to push for a parking area for spa guests. 1other time I came and couldn't find parking and the receptionist arranged for me to park in the hotel parking lot. I did not know that was a 1 time situation, but thanks to BIG J's scolding, I now know. It was strange telling a grown man not to speak to me that way and stop attacking me as if he knew me personally. His response was, 'Well you don't know me either.' Bruh, well that's my point. I am a customer to you, spending hundreds of dollars for your service even brought my family there. Don't treat me like an enemy you have a vendetta against. I'm STILL in pain and it's been a few days since my appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but the roughness, lack of care, and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. Because of Covid, they have you pick out your nail color when you're sitting down and we were also pretty spaced out from other people. They did a pretty good job. My technician rushed a bit so it wasn't the best pedicure I've ever had but it was decent. They let us sit in the chairs while our nails dried which was nice, the massage chairs are the best part! At the end they charged my friend incorrectly on her CC so it took a bit to figure all that out. Overall it was enjoyable but not the best I've ever had.
