I got a manicure and pedicure here for the first time in early May for a co-worker's bridal shower :) ! Julia worked on my pedicure, and Ken worked on my manicure. They were absolutely amazing and made me feel completely at ease, totally relaxed and very well taken care of :) ! They both worked really diligently and hard to remove the dead skin cells before smoothening the skin around my nail beds, and before applying the pink gel color I had requested :) ! The soothing and calming music in the background also helped me feel totally comfortable and helped me forget my worries, even if it was just momentarily! The water they used and the tools they used for my manicure and pedicure were very clean :) ! Julia asked me throughout my session if the water temperature was too hot or too cold - she wanted to ensure that the temperature was just right :) ! I specified that I wanted to get gel nails for both my hands and my feet, and the staff members were really great about making sure that they didn't add on to the length of my nails :) ! Especially since I wanted to keep the same nail length :) ! The pricing is very reasonable, even for their deluxe packages :) ! You don't have to break the bank just to treat yourself ;) ! I will definitely be back :D ! And I plan on bringing my sister with me on a future visit so she can also enjoy some relaxation and rejuvenation :) ! read more

Picture it, San Antonio 2025. You make an appointment for 10:00 am for a pedicure with John (who is fantastic by the way). You arrive at 10:01 and check in. After being seated you wait 25 additional minutes as if you're a walk-in. At 10:26 someone who is not John comes to start your pedicure. You notify them you've requested someone and John is finally able to start at 10:30 at no fault of his own. Your pedicure is lovely as always, because John is lovely. You go to check-out and are told a ridiculous total because the owner has decided to take advantage of you. Her made up pricing goes as follows: Pedicure $45 Gel upcharge: $15 French upcharge: $10 Builder gel repair: $8 All fairly standard. NOW GET THIS: she charges me an ADDITIONAL $10 for a pink base coat for my French. I've ALREADY paid you ($25 more) for the extra time it takes for gel and for French. Then she tries to gaslight me and tell me that's what she charged me last time (I paid $70 plus $13 tip on 9/27/25 at approximately 1:00pm like the photo shows, so gaslight someone else). I tell her we don't need to go back and forth as this will be my last time. It's deplorable you want to charge me 78% more in fees that do not justify extra time nor materials. I hate that I won't be able to enjoy John's lovely work because of greed. read more

Went in for a French tip full set and was honestly blown away. It took a lot more time than I thought it would (almost 2 hours), BUT the techs (I had two) did an amazing job to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. There was an error in the base color that I asked if it would work well, but the tech was able to fix it with a few coats of Shellac. My second tech started when the French tip was applied. She did it all by hand and was amazingly steady. I am in love with the end result! Total: $68 read more

Came here with the wife. We made reservations but they accept walk-ins as well. Had a pretty calm and soothing vibe. We got their spa pedicure. They did a great job getting all the dead skin and callouses off my feet. The calf and foot massage relieved a lot of tension I didn't know I had. My wife was happy with her nails as well. Will be coming back in the future. They also offer a beverage service (including wine) which we didn't take a part of but may consider next time. read more

Sadly, I have been coming here for a few years now, and the last two times have been really disappointing. I just come in for pedicures, and the time before today, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes, to the point the water got cold while I was waiting. I was ok with it because I did not make an appt and I was glad to see them busy. Today, I did make an appt for myself and my sister who was visiting from out of town and needed to get to the airport. We gave our self an hour and a half for the appointment, but again we waited over 30 minutes to where we then had less than an hour for the service, and had to actually leave due to lack of time. I think this will be my last time coming to this shop. read more

I was a walk in and didn't have to wait much at all. Service was fantastic. Best pedicure in town (shout out to Hannah) and a great builder gel manicure. Prices 100 percent reflect what you are paying for. Couldn't recommend enough! read more

I appreciated their quick service, but I felt the pedicure massage wasn't as good as i expected. Polish looked good, though. I really liked how quiet it was and the background instrumental songs really helped with the relaxing atmosphere. Also seem to have some cool nail design ideas. In the store, nail polish smell was pretty strong, and the vent didn't seem like it was working.. and the fan to dry my polish wasn't working either.. I'd say overall an ok place if you are nearby. read more

I had a disappointing experience here today. I came in as a walk-in for a new set or fill. At the time I wanted a professional opinion on which would be best. Cost was not really a factor for this particular visit, just getting the results I wanted. I showed my nail tech my inspiration picture which was essentially a pink cat eye, almond shape, and a heart accent on the ring finger. The nail tech said she would be able to do it but sadly, when it came down to it, she wasn't able to. My nails still look cute, just not the vision I had in mind. I was supposed to also get my eyebrows waxed, but while I was getting my nails done an influx of customers walked which lead to the staff not being able to do it. The salon is clean and the technician was friendly, which makes me said that my nails just didn't come out the way I wanted and not being able to get my eyebrows waxed. read more

Came here with my brother to get pedicures and we did walk in and sat straight down with no wait. We came an hour before closing and still had a wonderful time. Nina and Hannah did our pedicures and took their time with the massages and were very friendly and enjoyable to talk too. Overall everyone was so nice, friendly, and had such a great atmosphere/vibe, I'm definitely going to return :)) read more

First time trying this place for a pedicure and went with a friend. I tried the Spa pedicure and my friend got the Deluxe pedicure. The only difference was an additional step with paraffin. I thought the staff was very polite and we were seen pretty quickly even without having an appointment. They have good quality polishes and products like the lotions they used. The space itself is pretty basic but clean and comfortable. We usually go to a salon in the Quarry but they were closed for Lunar new year. This place was close by and a good alternative. read more

Heather and Hannah are simply the best - detailed-oriented, light hearted (there is laughter in this salon), and confirm I am happy with my nails and toes before saying good bye. If you want people that care for you and each other, come here. Hannah goes beyond, working on my feet when most others tap out (I have ingrown nails and skin). I was anxious to find a new salon but so happy I overcame my apprehension. They are on time and remember your feedback! read more

This was my 3rd visit here; I always get the same pedicurist. She's an older woman and the first time she made me bleed and put some antibiotic ointment. I came again and got the same woman, she made me bleed again. 3rd time this past weekend, I told her to just cut the nail straight across and nothing else. What does she do? She starts digging and cuts my skin. 2 days later, it's swollen, red, and very painful. I'll need to call the dr to get an antibiotic. Listen to your customers and stop digging where you shouldn't be! I asked not to cut the nail down the sides because it causes ingrown nails and she did it anyways. I'm beyond frustrated! Not only that, she was filing my nail with an old orange file that looked like it's been used for months. Update: My dr put me on an antibiotic because I got paronychia (infection of the nail fold) from the nail salon. Within a few days, I developed a yucky abscess; I was able to drain it. I also removed the polish, and what else? I developed a toe fungus, too. What a mess. They're obviously not using sanitary practices. read more

6.13.23 Cleaned and refreshing salon. Kelly and her staff are always very polite and welcoming! I had manicure, acrylic overlay done by Henry He cleaned up cuticles and shaped my nails perfectly. I showed Henry a pic the previous time and he remembered how I liked them trimmed and shaped. Henry is accurate, pays attention, gentle and goes over his work to make sure everything was completed before moving to the shellac/gel application. Henry did a great job on my nails and the massage was very relaxing! I had the Spa pedicure with Ann and wow! Ann is super sweet, very detailed about her work and the massage was absolutely fantastic! She is very careful taking her time as she works as well which is also very nice. I live 20 minutes away but I'll drive here from now on. They did an amazing job. My nails look the best they ever have. Great service and the prices weren't that bad. I got the one just above the basic and the massage was very good. My big toenails on both feet grow into the skin and he was extremely careful and gentle with it. They also have a lot of pedicure stations so you can come in a group. Highly recommend! read more

I so wanted to have had a great experience from this place after reading all other reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not great. We stopped by to get two pedicures on an early Saturday morning and lucky us they did not have anyone there just yet. We ordered two hot stone pedis at 45 each. I have had numerous pedis in the past and have never had such a painful experience. The male tech that attended me was extremely hurtful. Bled some. I'm not sure if he was new or did not know what he was doing. He continued to pick at my toe even after he hurt me once. Days later my toe is bright red, swollen and very sensitive. I hope it does not turn into an infection. On the positive side, the offer complimentary soda, red or white wine. Their massage chairs are nice to sit in. read more

First visit. Did the dip with my natural nail. The dip was done so thin that my first nail chipped. Went in and Ann fixed it. Another day goes by and another chipped, then another cracked the entire nail. Bad for the first time going there. Don't think I will go back. I uploaded a picture of my nails which now I have had for two weeks. But the breaking and cracking started within the first three days. The clear coat on top was also lifting. Been filing away... I seriously had the best manicure I've ever had in my life. I have acrylics for now but they were so thick and so just big old thick acrylic nails. They just looked awful. I think the young lady who did my nails was Nancy. I could be wrong, but she did such a beautiful job. I could not believe it; the people there are so nice and friendly and accommodating. It was the best nail experience I've ever had, seriously and I was thrilled that she was able to plane them down and they were not all thick and grossly obvious anymore. I highly recommend this place they treat you like you're a queen. Such warm and friendly people. Did not expect to find this gem by happenstance! First of all, i walked in and immediately was taken back for my pedi/mani and offered beverages. They took 10 minutes to start on my pedi but I felt welcomed and pampered already. I chose the deluxe pedi and mani gel manicures and I loved the service. First and foremost, their nail care is all sterile and towels are clean. 1. They are super attentive to fine details, the sweet woman taking care of my pedi really took the extra time to get every cuticle, callus, and nail. 2. The did my mani and pedi simultaneously 3. They offer so many color selections 4. Again, they offer beverages and have nice massage chairs The paraffin wax was amazing along with the hot towels. Will definitely be returning again. Love it! Exactly what I wanted. I picked out the five colors from the their nail polish selection and got a long almond shaped acrylic set. Colors are DND 447 Licorice, OPI Suzy Loves Cowboys, OPI Yank My Doodle, OPI Passion, DND 448 Snow Flake. Very happy with the set. The pedicure was very relaxing and my skin is so soft now! I gave 4 stars but had to edit the review after a week of wear. Tommy did my nails. UPDATE: the nails didn't even last 5 days. My pinkys both lifted and I had to super glue the right one. The left one is sooo painful like my finger is split. I didn't even hit my nail for them to pop off! They just lifted then due to the lifting, pain started. They're cute but the application was bad and the cuticles are not sealed and smooth for longevity. Who wants to pay $70 for a set that doesn't even last a WEEK. read more

They offer massages and facials also. When you arrive you check in at the front desk and then you are escorted to a waiting area where they bring you the beverage of your choice. From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.

I decided to book a massage at the Windflower Spa as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. I had just…read morehad my second baby three months prior and was really looking forward to my first outing without my kids needing anything from me. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
