At KTR for a party, my god this place is disgusting, old, filthy and falling apart. Upon entering the doors are broken and the floors are filthy, bathrooms are filthy and walls are full of holes and the place stinks of urine. The party area is filthy, sticky and visibly dirty. The play areas are old and damaged, nets are toen and broken, mats are torn, every few mins the staff are running blowers to manually refill pads, I would honestly call this place a dump!! So incredibly disappointed in this location. I booked a party weeks in advance for my son's birthday. When I booked, all 4 party suites were available and I chose one that would have good visibility for when the kids would be playing. Earlier this week someone called and asked if we would change to the party suite that has almost zero visibility of the play area. I have attended a party in that suite before and did not like it so and we declined. Now, 2 days before my son's party, they called back and said the other group is "more important" and they were forcing us out of our location. I find this completely unprofessional and frankly rude. I cannot recommend this place to anyone if this is how their management treats guests who have planned in advance and paid a deposit for a party. read more

A birthday celebration for the Nephew turning the 10 milestones. I felt like a kid once I walked inside to see how huge this place was. I was ready to go play with the kiddos. The parents reserved the party room upstairs near the entrance. It was so spacious, a dining area with mini drink fridge; a small sitting area with sofas, cornhole, and overlooks whole the facility. Of course, the party package came with a party host too. The other end of the facility had plenty more party rooms and games. A really trendy small cafe section with large TVs and also outdoor patio section. They do serve beers here. You can do so much at KTR for all ages. 2 hours play time flew by quickly when you are having fun! read more

The parkour wall matts are pealing away everywhere. There's tapes everywhere. And I mean everywhere with all of this. The place is run down and they are no longer up keeping it. Negligence. This used to be an amazing but expensive afternoon for my son to enjoy the indoor scooter park. Upon arriving today we discovered that after saving his allowance for three weeks to spend a Sunday afternoon there, they had DOUBLED their prices! Doubled. From $22 for 4 Hours to $36!!! $36 for 4 Hours. Think about that for a second, that is more expensive than half a day at DISNEYLAND. Except no characters to take pictures with, no fireworks and they only hire about 7 employees a shift. That's 3.5 Matinees as Harkins Theatre! It is now worth the extra money I will save to drive to The Grind! And pure scooter fun there. Will be driving more and spending less money. Just curious if anyone noticed they doubled the prices at the same time they rebuilt the Mesa KTR Skatepark. They want to rebuild the Mesa Park on the backs of the loyal Gilbert patrons. This place is super cool. Adults can play too and I would recommend doing so it you have younger kids. We unfortunately wound up with an injured kid. It was not the fault of the establishment and was entirely a self-inflicted injury but I do have to mention that it happened. Upon walking in, it's a zoo. No, it's a circus. There are kids everywhere, running around and pretty minimal seating if all those children were accompanied by their parents. The "Lifeguard" staff as they call them, are certainly visible however, after our visit it is evident that the ratio appears to be one zillion to one. I will come back to this point. We were keeping a pretty close eye on our younger ones (7 & 9), from a bench near the café area. The two girls were playing up in the parkour area when the injury occurred. The 7 year old decided to slide down one of the larger walls which resulted in her knocking her teeth against her knee and knocking them inward (she later had 3 teeth pulled at the hospital). Immediately following the injury the "Man" (my man) carried her out to the front desk. No "Lifeguard" seemed to even notice there was an injured kid anywhere. Granted I do understand these front desk employees don't know the kid and so there was no idea as to what type of damage had occurred, as she was bleeding profusely from the mouth. "The Man" requested a first aid kit or something anything to help and was told they didn't have one? They then brought some paper towels over for him? I remained in the play area to monitor the other 4 kids that we had with us. I do know that the Fire Department arrived to assist eventually and that the "Man" was unimpressed with their protocol. He did mention the manager was very friendly though seemed unprepared for evident possibility for injuries. As I sat on the bench I had an opportunity to watch the staff. Mind you, this was my first visit and the situation had me pay closer attention to some minor things. It took a while for the staff member standing in the corner to notice blood on the mat; the minute he did notice it, he did a very good job of trying to keeping it unexposed from others while he waited for someone to bring him something to sanitize the spot with. Which meant, even though there was a girl bleeding at the front, no one came by immediately to assess whether or not there was any blood anywhere else. As time progressed, two of the employees eventually ended up buddying up with one another and seemed a little more interested in their personal conversation than monitoring the general area. One of the kids in the group I was supervising was behaving in a manner that made me speak up, not the "Lifeguard". Hmmmm. Stacking those blocks on top of each other and proceeding to climb on them near the outside perimeter seemed like a terrible idea. I was the one who spoke up, not the staff. A ration of one zillion to 1, no one asked kids not to pile up under mats or to place mats on one another. I witnessed this a few things and times where one would think a trained staff would inform kids of appropriate play. A little while later, a little girl approached the staff with a bloody nose, dripping down her arm. What was she given? She was given a paper towel and a seat. I wonder if her blood dripped on the way to the employee? I'll never know. Now, don't think I'm bashing on KTR because I most certainly am not. As I said in the beginning it's a very cool place with an awesome concept. However, to not have a basic First Aid kit seems a bit insane to me. Granted I do understand that waivers are signed and no one wants to be liable etc etc but First Aid kits are pretty standard in most establishments. If there is a First Aid kit on hand, perhaps the staff should be educated on where it is and how to ensure that it is appropriately stocked. It is a bit pricey if one is paying an hourly rate, though additional time is slightly discounted. We arrived at an awkward time and were given a little bit of additional time at no cost because of this and that was a very kind gesture of the ladies checking us in. Bring gear if you plan on letting your kid play in the skate park area, though they do have helmets available for rent my son was disgusted by how wet his was when he put it on. I would also suggest knee, elbow and wrist guards depending on the comfort level of the rider. They also offer a number classes and I'm curious to see how those are run because they really do have a cool thing going on at KTR. I will definitely be back with the kid at some point. I will definitely stay with the kid to keep an eye out since it is my responsibility. It's just one of those at your own risk types of places. They also have an area specifically for the little tykes as well which is nice so they don't get mowed over by the animals running a muck. read more

This place is great in theory if it was more structured and the staff there weren't just kids who don't have a clue what they are doing. Been multiple times to try to enjoy the skatepark and toddler section. Toddler section is not so great in obstacles or space. There are no employees watching the toddler section so if there aren't other parents there watching their kids, older 6+ children will run amuck wreaking havoc and knocking over little ones with the swings they have in the section for a good amount of time until someone one notices or an adult has to go complain to the teen employee to do something. We would also get there at a 3:30, pay for the 2 hours, and they would give us a pass that says 3-5. Totally not cool. Wish I could say I liked this spot more because the skatepark is at least nice. read more

Took the kids to KTR which is a combo of a trampoline park, skate board & scooter park. Quick tip ... check the schedules online for the different sessions & fill out the waiver online to make it a little quicker when you arrive. We attended on a Sunday for the 2-6pm session which had plenty of kids but not too crowded. They have different sections for different activities. One side has most of the trampoline/jumping activities & has a special section for the 6yo and younger kids. The other side has a skate park area with one part for scooters and another for skate boards. They also have a snack bar area for that time when the hunger pains hit or if you get thirsty. Nice place with lots to do. A session is $22 and they have other membership plans if you plan to be a frequent flyer! read more

This website for the KTR Chandler location on Pecos Rd advertisement shows it had a salmon ladder. we paid $22 for an hour got in and no salmon ladder to be found. we asked one of the attendants and she said the salmon ladder broke and that the new owners have done nothing to repair it. no manager in the store and the girl in the front didn't care when we said the salmon ladder was the only reason we came here. VERY DISAPPOINTED CHIlD!!!! rip off for advertising something that is not available and should have been offered a refund!!! We used to come here all of the time. The family had a membership and we've had multiple birthday parties here. This place is one of the reasons why we can't get COVID under control. No safety measures or cdc guidelines are followed. No temperature checks were don't at the front (and yes I realize this is not foolproof for detecting COVID), no hand sanitizer stations were seen spread throughout, most kids were unmasked as well as many parents. The girl at the front when asked what masking measures were enforced she told me you didn't have to wear one unless in the eating area (you know because COVID for obvious reasons only congregates there). I work in one of the largest hospitals in this state and have seen how bad we got with the surges. This location lacks the proper staffing and supervision to provide a safe environment for kids to play. Some of the it equipment needs to be updated or better maintained to provide a safe environment for kids to play. The metal rings are a safety hazard and should be covered in some type of rubberized material to make them more kid friendly. There are also trampolines that need to be better maintained to prevent kids from falling into crevices. When issues were brought to the managers attention they were dismissed. Scottsdale or Glendale locations are better maintained and managed. If safety is a concern avoid the Chandler location. read more

I would not recommend for smaller children. I attended a birthday party with my little ones and spent a lot of time comforting them because they either were ran or swung into or being sideswiped by bigger kids. We were in the kiddy area (6 and younger) and the workers barely paid attention to the kids swinging and running into each other. After about an hour one of the workers finally kicked some 10yo out of the area because they were too old. Thanks but my kids were pretty much over it by that time. We paid $17 for one child which I think is pretty high for what it is. They really don't have much to do at a young age. Maybe in 10 years when my kids are old enough to enjoy, we'll return but I doubt this place will still be open. read more

After two great visits, we had a 10-min episode here earlier that really makes me rethink ever going back to KTR. Saturday, just before 2pm, 13Aug16. We all know accidents happen, and that's totally acceptable. But when a group of 10-12 year old boys are 'running' the easier side of the scooter area and one almost plows a 5-year old, it'd be nice if the staff member would talk to the kid responsible before a) I have to do it myself and b) another punk kid comes to defend the dangerous kid, telling me my kid was in the way (when he hadn't seen the near accident). After the incident and me trying to tell the older kid to be careful of the little ones, the staff guy managed to stop talking to his friend to... come to me and stick up for the older boys when he clearly had no idea what had happened. Let me reiterate... My son's friend was crossing the first public area to get into the left side of the skate park. An older kid either started his decent off the wall well after my sinks friend was trying to cross. Then, the older kid started shaking his head and acting as if it were the little kids fault, when the little kid was clearly crossing first. Instead, of the guy who was 'watching over the area' taking to the older kid, he came to me to try and agree with the punk kid and explain that my kid was not following 'the flow' of the room. There are no arrows, no signs and nothing to indicate a 'flow' other than apparently what was in their expert little heads. With no 'clear flow' and only one way to cross, obviously a ton of riders cross in that area, not just little kids. Maybe if he would have been helping the little kids instead of practicing his own stunts and talking to his friends, we would have been in that situation. What I would have liked to see was the older kid be reminded by the staff guy to watch traffic before he takes off and to especially watch for the little kids. That didn't happen until the staff guy (and punk kid who wasn't involved in any way) was on me for quite some time. The staff guy was clearly part of the preteen gang and by the way he handled the situation, all the older kids were smirking in the background, clearly thinking the one had done nothing wrong. He even indicated that the punk kid was right but just needed to go and let him do the talking... Unreal. That makes for a dangerous cocktail. The absolute worst part of the staff trying to handle the situation... I was not yelling or angry and yet the staff guy kept asking, 'why are you so mad' and wouldn't quit coming up to me, repeating that line over and over. It was like he was trying to make me mad and make me seem unreasonable. And then, when I left, he tried to buddy up with another mother who was nearby and get her to say I was being unreasonable. I just want the older kids to watch the traffic before they charge off of a wall on their skateboards. Moments after that, one of the gang of kids 'accidentally' flew off their skateboard and launched it at my guy friend's head, even though he was sitting back behind the rope area. If I hadn't been standing close, seen it coming, and smacked it out of the air, it would probably have been a hospital trip for my friend, or at the very least, a huge black eye. Accident? Maybe. And maybe not. I literally felt like it was a gang of kids and the staff guy was the ring leader. We just left. After 3 hours of fun play and our third trip to KTR, we now have a very sour idea of the place. At the very least, their staff need to be letter training. I get like I was dealing with a short stoned skater dude who wanted to stay cool with the preteens instead of someone who cared about the kids safety. May not see ya there. read more

We love KTR!!! Endless bouncing, climbing, and ways for the kids to burn off steam and get some exercise! Two super huge thumbs up!

I didn't even make it past the front desk. They wanted $28 for my twin 3yr olds to jump for 1.5 hours. I only wanted an hour but they informed me since they only sell on the hour that I needed to buy 1.5hours. Then, it was $14 per kid. I'm sorry, but kids under 5 need a discounted rate. I know they would last at most 45 min. I left and returned to Jump Street 5 min up the road. There, kids 5 and under can jump ALL DAY for $4.99. So we can jump, go home for lunch and naps and return later in the day. If you have small kids, don't go to KTR! It's a complete rip-off here, there are other trampoline parks that better accommodate small children. Management: 1) Adjust your pricing for small children. 2) Get more colored wrist bands and sell "hours" even on the half-hour. Don't force your customers to buy more time than they want. read more

Booked a party here for my son. Disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of this establishment. Several employees were playing with equipment instead of working. The young girl that was a party host rushed us for everything. We booked hours 5-7 on a Friday night and by 6:30 she was cleaning our room throwing away kids pizza, sodas, and cake. You could tell she was impatient trying to get us to leave. At 7pm she was already done cleaning our room, the pizza was not great so I told her we did not want to bring it home, she said well then can you take it down stairs and throw it away because I already finished cleaning. Had a birthday party here, everything leading up to the party and the actual party was great. The last hour was spent dealing with a group of "regulars" that decided to harass our kids. It was the worst experience and apparently this group of kids causes these problems every weekend! Management did absolutely nothing! What an amazing facility!!! Wow!! Easy check in, the facility is immaculate! The kids had a blast! Fun for all age kids. I brought a 7,10,11, 15 year olds with me. They brought their scooters too which are really fun. Open gym is from 10-2 today , 2-6, 6-10pm. A lot of different time frames available. $20 for each kid, that is only $5 an hour!! If you get a chance to check it out I would highly recommend it. Also, the cafe area for the adults is quite relaxing. Comfy couches to relax while the kids are playing . read more

We have a monthly membership and my teenaged boys are here several days a week after school and on the weekends. My 9 year old daughter is usually once a week. There is a large trampoline area, a large tumbling mat, a large dodge ball area, parkour area, toddler area, snack bar with reasonably affordable food, and the skateboard park. This place is 100% play at your own risk so please don't cry about it. The skateboard park requires helmets but other pads are optional. Old people are not required to wear any protective gear while participating. I enjoy that my kids ask to go. I appreciate when they enjoy themselves so much that they want to go back. I love that my teenagers are so exhausted at the end of the day and they can have fun without being on their technology. We've had a few bumps and bruises but no broken bones or stitches. You can hold parties in any of the upstairs booths. We've never been to one so I cant speak to that. The bathrooms aren't terrible but both times in both stalls I choose, unfortunately was no toilet paper. Bummer. They have food items such as pizza, french fries, uncrustables, potato chips, and protein drinks as well as the requisite slurpee and sodas. Most kids play reasonably well. I'm sure there are mean girls and boys just like at the summer pool we all remember so fondly. Please participate at your own risk and consider supervising your children if they require it. They clean the place regularly throughout the day and at closing. Masks are your own decision. Please don't change this fun, eclectic mix of chaos and crazy. We love it like it is! read more

I've been to KTR half a dozen times and I've finally, finally learned to never go back. It starts with the ridiculous registration and check-in process, and ended twice with kids in the ER. ** Bullying is a big, HUGE problem - unless you're a "member", then there's no problem if you're the bully. I talked with management and staff on several different visits - there are absolutely no consequences which makes this a systemic problem . If there is anything "opposite" the Golden Rule - that seems to be the rules they live by. We've been to other similar establishments in the Valley and NEVER had these types of institutionalized problems. I'm the mom of a 4 and 6 year old. The two times we've gone there have been extremely busy due to school being off but no problem since they have a toddler area and a couple of other areas run by staff to reduce chaos. However, the staff doesn't seem to have a problem with rowdy older kids in the toddler area and the staff in the other area was to concerned with hanging out with her friends to pay attention which resulted in a black eye for my daughter when a kid flew across the trampoline and clocked her in the face. The only redeeming thing is the manger seemed upset about it when I told her what happened. read more

I brought my two sons here because they wanted to use their scooters on the indoor skate park. It's free skate but they also offer skating and scooter lessons as well. I was impressed by the other activities they offer. They have a large climbing walls and many trampolines. You can pay for $22 for unlimited hours. They also offer more adult activities such as fitness classes. They have free Wifi. They have a small "Cafe" that has pizza, sandwiches (I had the premise turkey sandwich and the bread was dry. I guess you can't expect gourmet at a place like this). They have protein shakes, large pretzels, fries, and other "finger foods." No outside foods or drinks allowed, so a day here can "set you back" some money. The decor is pleasing considering it's a huge warehouse-type place. It's set it up to look like an outdoor skate park. They have several large artificial trees wrapped at the bottom with small white lights. It brightens up the place and makes it more appealing to adults (in my opinion). They have several places that offer seating so you can watch the kids skate and jump. We definitely will come back here again. It's the sort of thing that you plan on spending at least a couple hours here considering what to pay. They do offer monthly Memberships as well. ***On a side note, the day we were here, they told my son that he needed to get off the skate park Because after 7, they only allow skateboards. I have been here twice myself, my kids have been about 4 or 5 times. I will say we only go for parties because it is really expensive for what it is. We end up at other venues instead of here if we are paying. The check in process is painful. The first time you go plan on 30 to 45 minutes of trying to get the waiver done. You sign your life away, and I am not sure if it would really stand up in court anyway. Each time I am here I see an accident they are quick to respond though. On June 28, 2021 my two grandkids and I visited KTR Chandler for the first time. Another parent had recommended. After two hours there and ready to leave , my grandkids shoes were missing. The manager (Ean) said they were not responsible for lost or stolen shoes. I had to leave carrying my grandsons because it was 110 degrees outside and the floor extremely hot!
