I am not a fan. This place is a very hit or miss kind of place. I fear they've just offered myself, my family, my roommates, and my friends too many reasons not to like them. The food quality is usually pretty pathetic. The meat is usually flavorless and dried out, the noodles more crunchy than soft, and the pot stickers (my favorite Chinese food) are just sad, flavorless, and burned. Even for how cheap their food is, it's just suggested going a little more out of your way to a better place. My most recent roommate used to order delivery from them. She was not happy with what she got. The food was usually cold when she got it (despite living 5 blocks away) and the driver was usually rude. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. We paid 30 dollars for old chicken, flavorless soy sauce, and bad rice. The after taste alone was unforgivable between ash and burnt meat, but how the heck do you screw up prepackaged soy sauce?? We basically donated 30 bucks to this place because my gf didn't even eat hers. We were traveling and stopped in Pueblo co for the night. We found Kuan's Kitchen online and ordered the Pepper Steak full meal that I guess meant it included a egg roll and possibly larger portion. My wife and I were going to share because we can t eat much. The lady who took our order was cheerie and nice and said it would be about 40 min to deliver order. the base price of meal was $10.99 on menu and we added one more eggroll and small order of wontons. She said the total was $26.49 including delivery charge. Due to the large difference from menu price to total price I asked if tip was included and she hesitated and then said yes. About 55 minuted later order arrived and bill only showed total price and a line for TIP. i took order and gave deliver guy $5 anyway. The meal came with one fork and no napkins. We used our hotel hand towels for napkins. Plenty of soy sauce though. It was a large portion but mostly vegtables and not much meat with a bland sauce. Wontons were good eggrolls ok. I was a little worried about the legitimacy of this "fast food" oriental place, but overall its pretty good. The menu is full of the traditional fare you would expect, and some you probably wouldn't. Tons of choices. I had my food dine in (yes, they have a dining room, although it is small). Counter service, but they bring the food to your table. The staff were all very friendly. The food was good but won't blow your mind. Good sized portions. They offer Thai tea, which is always a bonus. Love that stuff! I wouldn't have any problem with going back again. read more

Only disappointment was after paying $30 for food, we ordered a boba which was also good but since my second order was under $5 they charged me extra for using my credit card. If I could give it No stars I would. Ordered over the phone for delivery, the lady said they were busy and to expect it within 45 mins to an hour. Ok no problem right? I waited an hour and half and called them asking where my order was. They said the driver stated he delivered already and some lady said her daughter ordered and signed for it. When I told her I lived alone and there would be no one to sign for me she said sorry and offered me a new order or a store credit! Omg hell no! My husband and I were traveling through Pueblo and decided to stop here for some lunch. For the food, I would absolutely give it 5 stars! The ambiance not so great, they could use some updating and the bathroom was not available the whole time we were there. Very impressed with the food here! This place has a drive thru and they also have donuts (!), so we were kind of leery walking in. My son doesn't like the boring Chinese food you can get anywhere. The fact that you can get food that is Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc. made us relax a bit. Service was excellent and the workers took the time to describe items to me & help me place the order. I visited this restaurant so that I can try its asian food, as I had only tried the donuts previously. I had read several bad reviews before going and decided to try it anyways. Those reviews were correct. I ordered chicken fried rice and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup isn't very good because it seems to be blended up corn broth with eggs dropped in it and lacks flavor aside from corn. The chicken fried rice was undercooked, the chicken was in giant patties rather than chopped up and blended amongst it, and every few bites there was a fish taste which is indicative of cross contamination. The staff was very pleasant. The food was bad, and overpriced. read more

best chinese food in town but better to eat in then to go. they've pretty much made every dish with tofu for me, so i think that's pretty cool, they'll gladly omit fish sauce or egg as well for dishes like pad thai which is pretty accommodating in my opinion. this is a great option for vegans. the tofu is always crispy and glazed to perfection with every dish including kung pao tofu, szechuan tofu, garlic tofu, tofu broccoli, mongolian tofu, and the tofu bowl. the lo mein is always delicious. the cucumber salad is great. the spring rolls with tofu and peanut sauce are tasty too. my only qualm is whatever brand of soy sauce they're using is bland. read more

I was driving by and noticed the "fresh donuts" sign and decided to give it a try. Wow! By far, the best glazed doughnut I've ever had in my entire 38yrs on this earth. Great place! Cheese wontons are delicious, which is something I'm really picky about. 99% of the times I've been in the sweet and sour chicken has been top notch. I have been in once or twice where it was a little to crispy for my liking, just a tad over cooked. I've never got delivery but I'm sure it will be just as quick as their regular service! I'm considered a local now, and locals who say this place is not good have no taste in food apparently. It's one the best places I've had. I work @ a hotel and they are constantly delivering to us @ the desk and to our guests. We ordered delivery for the Szechuan combination meal, the house lo mein, and the crab rangoons. It came out to 35.00 total which in my opinion was a lot for what we got. We ordered egg rolls with the combos and got spring rolls instead. The fried rice and Szechuan chicken were very bland, there was only one shrimp and very little beef or pork for a combo dish. I am From Florida, I have eaten my fair share of Chinese food, and this was easily some of the worst I have had, especially for the price. The lo mein was fair at best. First I am giving 4 stars because I can't give 31/2. My husband and I ate there yesterday and for what it is the food is pretty good, it is kind of a fast food Chinese place. The food is fresh but for me lacking flavor, I had the chefs lo mien. My husband had Pad Thai and he said it was pretty good, though not nearly as good as what he had when he lived there. Along with Chinese and Thai food the also have Indonesian and Vietnamese food. I asked about a couple of the other dishes one Indonesian and one Vietnamese, neither were prepared the way my friends from those countries made them. But I must say it is NOT by any means the BEST Chinese food anywhere unless they have none at all. But is pretty good and worth going to and it is fast. First off, they don't even deserve one star. My friends and I from CSUP ordered delivery at 1:30 on Sunday and when I called I was placed on hold for 5 minutes!! I had to hang up and call again where I was placed on hold then my order was taken. After taking my order they quoted my order price to be $30.31 and then told me my order would be DELIVERED in 30-45 minutes. We waited a whole hour and a half before calling back just to have a woman say her delivery driver just left and they should be here any minute. Keep in mind, CSUP is 4 MINUTES away from this establishment. After waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes. I called back again to be told that my order was cancelled because someone called to cancel my order and add something with no pineapples and no onions. I never called after placing my order to change it. Then she told me the manager could remake my food but I would have to go get it myself. And when I expressed my frustration and asked for a discount, I was told that I could bring it up with the guy who took my order when he got back at 4:30 but no discount would be given. After agreeing to go to pick up my order I was then charged $38 for my order. Which is $8 over what I was told. My friends sweet and sour chicken was dry and cheap. Every time I called this establishment, I was placed on hold for at least 5 minutes every single time. My other friend received steamed rice when she ordered fried. I am very displeased with my experience and their inability to help and reconcile the situation. I never foresee myself returning to this establishment and will pass the word onto my friends how they should refrain from going here. It was a waste of $38. read more
