I have an existing contract with a large company but they wanted to charge me over 4k for treatments, special insulation, etc. so I reached out to Bug State on a recommendation. Bug State saved me from spending $4300 and getting an unnecessary treatment. Ken could have sold me on a lot of work and I wouldn't have known any better but he was honest, gave me real information and never pressured me. I highly recommend them for any pest services. While I still have that contract with the big company, I will be calling Bug State for all future work. Integrity is something that is hard to find these days but it seems to be a cornerstone of how they do business.
