Zameera (the owner) has a cozy and comfortable clinic there. I went in for a microneedle treatment to soften facial wrinkles. The results were amazing, but I'll save that for later. She made me lie down and started prep work. She explained what the process is and the theory behind it's effectiveness. She started with her equipment of choice which was the Eclipse Micropen and the associated Eclipse growth factor that she puts on the face. She explained how it's superior to many of the cheaper products due to its needles and proprietary motion. I later did my own research and came up with the same conclusion. During this time she was applying a topical pain reliever, which she stated is necessary in most cases. Once all the prep work was complete (20 minutes or so) she applied the growth factor and went to work. For the most part it wasn't as awful as I was expected. In fact, she has a gentle touch and the only uncomfortable areas were above the eye brows and outside of the eyes where the skin is thinner. Other than that it was quick and painless. Overall, it took about 40 minutes. At the end of it I looked as though I had a really bad sunburn. She told me prior to starting that this is normal. Here's the trick, after about 3-4 days there's a total transformation in the skin. It's softer, smoother, and the fine lines were definitely less noticeable. It's a process so I'll be back for more on a regular basis. Definitely worth the money. Zameera does a wide variety of services and is fully certified in each service she performs. I'll also be back for a tattoo removal and some treatment on a nasty scar from a bike wreck. FIVE STARS! Highly recommended.

SkyHouse is a beautiful building that typifies the gorgeousness of a lot of the buildings in Houston. Shiny, new, impressive, amazing. It does a wonderful job and adds to the skyline in a gorgeous way. As for the businesses that exist within this gorgeous structure, there is a wonderful photographer, and I'm surprised he's not already on Yelp, as well as a popular and lovely bakery, and all their goods are always very popular as you see, and well worth a visit, and then of course there is a great spa at this location, which is a really lovely location for a spa, and one that Barbi likes to use on a regular basis.

Fast forward to the end of my treatments. I asked for IPL on my lips to lighten them. I was charged $50 for approximately 8-10 snaps on the machine. The technician recommended I use the IPL on some veins showing around my jaw area. I said why not. Well whatever setting she had the machine on was way too high and it burned my sign. I skipped the next appointment due to the burns and me wanting my face to heel. I rescheduled my final appointment and explained and showed them burned areas, asked for ways to remove the burns. I got my final facial was given some cream that would help the burns and was sent on my way. I ended up moving to California, the first thing my mother said when she saw me was what happened to your face? It looked liked someone beat you up! I contacted the spa and explained that months later these burns were still a problem. They apologized for me still having an issue and asked that I send photos. I sent the photos and was told I need a IV peel, which is a $400 procedure. I've changed my skin care regime, used all kinds of creams, and scrapping procedures to get my face back to the way it was. I've spent more money trying to get rid of the scarring than I did on the facial package I originally signed up for. What really makes me mad is that they knew my face was damaged before I left the spa, they are the experts, and instead of acknowledging the problem and doing everything to fix it. They have now decided to ignore my emails. As I told them at this point I will need to take them to small claims court. Go at your own risk but once they get your money they could careless about you.

Guess what? They do! I was beyond excited. Not only that but their staff is so friendly and welcoming. I was given a tour and explanation of several other services offered. The facilities are beautiful. The ambiance is soo modern and relaxing, chic. Luxury exudes itself from every turn... every detail is thought out... Le Labo lotion in the bathroom - yes please! The bathroom for one... I feel like I could just sit in there, it's aesthetically pleasing. The artwork as well is pretty awesome. The offer so many services and I was surprised to even find they do the fillers that are spun from your own blood product, so you don't have to worry about using some weird chemical that will cause irritation or dissipate over time, this will be my next choice. I was very pleased with a spa that had so many high grade offering, and really backed by more wholly beneficial and advanced technologies. I'm so ready explore more offerings. My experience here was great! 10 out of 10 recommended!!

Angela is absolutely amazing !!! It has been years since I've had Botox and I was nervous but she made me so comfortable and at ease.
