It tasted more like 80% lean ground beef from Walmart which would have been an improvement. The rice was not aromatic at all. Lacked basic spices. Falafel dry and tasteless. Baba Ghanoush tasted like a store bought version from your local grocery store. The Tahini sauce side. The tahini was a mixture of Tahini paste, yogurt, hummus, garlic, salt, very little lemon juice which made for an unpleasant and unusual after taste which we threw in the trash.
