Very friendly and helpful service as I was quickly seated at bar and provided with some awesome recommendations with the miso salad and ragu. The ragu was phenomenal with perfect combination of fresh noodles, combo of meats and a bit of spice that gives it a little extra kick. Good selection of beers and drinks to wash your meal down over conversations with staff or friends. Stop on in for some great noodles in a casual and relaxed atmosphere!

The bacon is more like the fatty cross section of pork that's thinly sliced. It had a smoky flavor to it which mixes well with the crunchy bamboo and peppers. The spice level was also just right to give the dish a good kick. 3.5/5 fried intestines were also good but just didn't hit as well as the other dishes. Maybe just not crunchy enough. At least also spiced well. 5/5 Salted egg yolk with tofu... I could not stop eating this dish with rice. I don't know what kind of tofu they were using, but it was super silky, but it was also maintaining its form really well in firmness so doesn't break apart in contact. The salty egg yolk flavor balances out with the tofu and rice. It's so it's like a comfort food for me. 4.5/5 beef with Longhorn peppers, definitely on the spicy side, which I love. This dish was a bit softer than normal, but I was fine since we had rice to go with it. The beef strands mixed well with the thin sliced peppers so it was easy chew and the spice packs a punch. Overall, I love this place and will definitely come again when I'm around the area. The menu is so huge that I feel like I have to come back multiple times just to try 80% of the menu.

I believe it's a full smashed whole chicken so each bite has bits of bones. But the chicken is stewed in a rich, spicy broth. The stew has hand made noodles, potatoes, and peppers. We checked in with the host on the first floor, but she escorted us to the second floor to be seated. I always liked that this restaurant seems to be a small house converted into a restaurant since it literally makes me feel at [someone's] home. We were given QR codes to scan for the menu; not my favorite. I overheard another table ask for paper menus, so it appears there is that option. For a starter, we ordered handmade lamb dumplings and for entrees, original meefen and lamb on dry land with a side of white rice. It all ended up coming out around the same time and the tables are a little small so it felt like an overwhelming amount of food, but it was actually the perfect amount for two people. The lamb dumplings were flavorful, albeit, the wrappers were a tad too soft. The original meefen was very tasty, especially the minced meat. However, the uden noodles don't do a great job of absorbing sauces, so it felt like a lot of the oils and flavor were left behind. The lamb on dry land was good, but it was difficult to eat especially two people. We didn't realize it would be meat on a stick, similar to a turkey leg but less meaty. We ended up eating the easy parts, but took the bone home to finish out of the public eye. The crispy potatoes on top were my friend's favorite. The total was about $50 which was fair. Our waiter and other staff members did an excellent job of getting us all we needed and clearing plates as we finished. Their official website is one of the coolest I have seen since it includes audio and images, but I wish it had a description of what each item is, just like their in restaurant menu QR code.
